Abstract

The rights, obligations and responsibilities of children towards their families continue continuously throughout the lives of the children and their parents according to positive law and religious or belief law. . The status and position of the child is whether the state recognizes it or not in positive legal terms. Differences in legal protection for children legally exist, although this does not ignore the status and position of children born from unregistered marriages, but only relates to the protection system and resolving legal problems which contain other meanings of administrative and positive legal protection only. Children from unregistered marriages receive civil and public legal guarantees and protection from their mothers and their mothers' families, not from their fathers and their father's families. This research uses positive legal and religious studies as well as qualitative descriptive research methods with findings that legally children born out of wedlock can obtain rights like legitimate children but must fulfill requirements, one of which is legal recognition from the parents who seeded or impregnated the mother.

Abstract

The Civil Service Police Unit or The Municipal Police Force (Satpol PP) is tasked with enforcing regional regulations, maintaining public order, and protecting the public. Officers often face risks in the field, such as regulating markets and land at risk of clashes with sellers and thugs. Safety vests are needed because they can protect vital points from the dangers of beatings or sharp object attacks. Another function can be used to indicate the Satpol PP identity so that it is better known to the public. This study aims to redesign a safety vest that can be used in various field duty conditions. The research method uses a mixed method, namely by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and online questionnaires. The resulting data analysis is in the form of a redesign of a multifunctional vest to meet the security needs of Satpol PP. The application of graphic design with the selection of colors and shapes produces characters that match the identity of Satpol PP officers.

Abstract

Desa Delod Peken, yang memiliki potensi besar dalam bidang pertanian, turut merasakan dampak negatif dari alih fungsi lahan pemerintah kabupaten Tabanan. Salah satu upaya untuk mempertahankan sektor pertanian adalah dengan melestarikan tanaman rumah tangga di halaman rumah masyarakat. Namun, ketergantungan pada penggunaan pestisida kimia menyebabkan dampak buruk bagi lingkungan dan kesehatan manusia. Sebagai alternatif, limbah pertanian seperti kulit bawang merah dan bawang putih, yang biasanya dibuang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan pestisida organik. Kulit bawang merah dan putih mengandung senyawa acetogenin yang memiliki sifat sebagai pestisida alami dengan efektivitas dalam membunuh hama serangga dan perangsang akar pada tanaman. Dalam rangka mengurangi ketergantungan pada pestisida kimia, meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat, dan mengatasi pencemaran lingkungan, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan memberikan pelatihan kepada ibu-ibu Tim Penggerak Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (TPPKK) Desa Delod Peken dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan pestisida organik berbahan dasar kulit bawang. Selain memberikan solusi ramah lingkungan, inovasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui peluang usaha baru berbasis produk ramah lingkungan.
