<![CDATA[Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren) is one of the religious educational institutions that do not only function as a place for the transfer of knowledge (transfer of knowledge), especially in religious sciences. Islamic boarding schools also carry out the mission of forming the character of students to become mature/perfect human beings. Especially for an elderly person who wants to get encouragement to be more active in worship in order to get a sense of security and calm. The learning model in Islamic boarding schools for the elderly is one form of strengthening the role of the family in caring for the elderly. This research is qualitative research with a literature review method to assist a researcher in providing an overview of the context, debate, or current issues. Sources of data in this study are journals, articles, books, and other relevant references. The data collection technique is done by literature study and documentation. The data analysis technique begins with accessing the data, organizing, sorting, categorizing, and classifying the collected documentation studies. The learning model for the elderly in Islamic boarding schools places more emphasis on direct learning models and character building through life experiences. Therefore, Islamic boarding schools need to pay attention to the background and needs of the elderly in preparing learning models so that the learning goals desired by learning participants can be achieved easily based on their respective beliefs, without being constrained by problems with physical conditions that are starting to be vulnerable and make every life experience a blessing. lessons in doing worship to Allah, God Almighty.]]>

<![CDATA[As a tourist village, the Paledah Village area in Padaherang District, Pangandaran Regency, has potential that can be developed. This is because Paledah Village possesses many interesting characteristics. These characteristics include a unique social and cultural life and elements from nature which are pretty interesting. This research then aims to see and find out how the development of a tourist village that uses a base in the form of local wisdom. The data in this study came from various previous studies and studies that are still related to this research. This study found that the use of local wisdom was used in developing tourist villages. This can be seen in how organizational principles are implemented. The organizational principles include voluntary and open nature, democratic management, and independence. Meanwhile, there are five criteria for tourist villages, whereas Paladeh village has just two criteria already maximal, namely tourist attraction and empowerment. The other three criteria, namely accessibility, public facilities, and village facilities, are still not running optimally.]]>

<![CDATA[Globalization is the newest era when anything can't stop entering our environment, family and our children. Every value can colour our children. Through information technology cannal, Western Value can also enter our home. If the value that is enter in our home is positive, we can accept it. However, if the value is negative we have to push away it. Anticipating the bad impact of negative value that will get in to our environment, the role of child aducation is not just in parents hands. It is a responsible any related-institutions i.e. School operating by teacher, Religious Leaders and etc. Further, any resposble people and institutions have to protect our children from bad impact of globalization by religious education. <![CDATA[From quantitative measurement, gender discrimination is still a reality in our country. Woman is less access in development than man. Government seemingly is not serious in implementing gender mean streaming in development, whereas Indonesia has been consensus to support and implement international conventions and agreements in gender empowerment. This situation has to be changed by more increase woman quality. One principal aspect to do that is by strengthening woman bargaining position in politic. Meanwhile, 30 percent quota of woman in parliament is still not be implemented. Many parties are still uncertain in woman capabilities cause of gender paradigm that is unbalanced. Recently, gender discrimination is still operating in work place, in community and in any segment of our life. Thus, government has to be more serious in supporting gender empowerment, especially in bureaucracy. Parliament also has to initiate in creating regulation which pro woman. NGOs, university, gender study center also have to be more concern in women in diverse background; rural, city, career woman, etc.Key words: Gender discrimination, political position of woman ]]>

<![CDATA[Recently child violance phenomenon showed increasing trend figures. Particularly the numbers of child sexual abuse has been like a scary ghost. Indeed, some said that Indonesia has been categorized as emergency conditions sexual abuse in children. There are had appeared expression, Indonesia is a heaven for phedofil predators. This is due to legal sanctions have not been functioning as a deterrent effect. Child protection regulations have not been implemented yet maximally. In this situation, society has great expectations to law enforcement in order to take appropriate action. In addition, the institution of the family as a social institution is first and foremost for the child should be able to contribute to its function in order to reduce the number of child abuse. Families should be the frontline in the protection and fulfillment of children's rights. Further reinforced by the social networking community must participate in child protection which completed their growth process optimally.Key words : child violence, family function ]]>

<![CDATA[The phenomenon of increasing the number of elderly population has implications for development, including: the impact on the budget, the social and psychological situation of the individual elderly population and the social structure of society, fulfillment of basic rights in the health and welfare sector. One of the basic needs of the elderly is the caring fields, because of the proportion eldely population with morbidity is quitely still high. Therefore, the provision of professional and humane care services is a necessity which is at the same time an opportunity for institutions and organizations engaged in the social and community welfare sector. By implementing professional and accountable social welfare management, it will be an important solution in meeting nursing needs with its various models.]]>

<![CDATA[Migration is a natural process of human population dynamics that move from place to place for a wide variety of orientations. The phenomenon of international migration is often an overview of the economic situation of a country in equality. Child is the mandate of Almighty God, in their houlders the future of the family, the nation and the state will be handled. Therefore the completion of their optimal growth and development is the duty of the parents and all community elements, including the state to participate in its favor. Child Rights and Protection Act (UUPA) is a manifestation of the seriousness of the state in implementatng the ringhts of the children while protecting them from potential violence that is always threatening. The phenomenon of migrant workers makes children face problem by lack of primary escort their growth process, especially the mother. The role of the father or mother became the sole companion of children and family members assisted potentially unable to meet the data protection and rights of children. Based on the survey results in general the proportion of the fulfillment of 4 (four) children’s fundamental rights, namely the right to life, growng rights, protection rights and the rights of the opinion can be met by one if his parents or both become migrant workers. In the midst of the stuggle to fulfillment of social and economic needs by migrant workers, beside economic pressures and the exsistence of self in community life, international migration is a quick way to meet all needs, most sources person said needs serious attention to the problems of migrant workers children, by optimizing the existence of regulation with the synegy and policies and programs by both government and non-government organizations and community. Keyword: migrant workers, the rights and protection of children. ]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Perbaikan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat dan kemajuan dalam bidang kedokteran telah menjadikan usia harapan hidup penduduk semakin panjang, dampak langsungnya adalah peningkatan jumlah penduduk lanjut usia dan kebutuhan akan pola perawatan lansia. permasalahan semakin kompleks ketika terjadi pergeseran model keluarga dari keluarga luas menjadi keluarga inti. menghadapi tantangan tersebut para peneliti dan penggiat sosial kemasyarakatan harus dapat menemukan alternatif kebijakan yang dapat dilaksanakan pada akar rumput. sehingga konsep lansia tetap aktif dan produktif tetap menjadi keniscayaan untuk dilakukan. Kata kunci: usia harapan hidup, lansia, aktif dan produktif ABSTRACT The improvement in the level of community welfare and advances in the field of medicine has made the increasing of population life expectancy at birth (eo) is longer, the direct impact of that shifting is an increase in the number of elderly people and the need for the elderly care pattern or model. The problem is more critical when there is a shift in the family model from an extended family to a nuclear family. <![CDATA[Abstract: Proses transisi demografis berdampak pada peningkatan harapan hidup yang berakibat langsung pada perubahan struktur penduduk menjadi menua (ageing population) Â jumlah dan proporsi populasi lansia. perubahan dalam sistem dan struktur keluarga dan tekanan kehidupan di masyarakat menimbulkan residu, dalam bentuk masalah pada populasi lansia. Orang lanjut usia yang tinggal di panti jompo dengan semua masalah mereka adalah tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh manajer institusi. Perawatan di rumah Siti Khadijah sebagai salah satu contoh Model Filantropis berbasis Faith. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, peneliti mengeksplorasi data dari nara sumber melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan FGD. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan; 1) manajemen panti jompo konvensional merupakan kendala untuk mengoptimalkan program lansia yang tetap aktif dan produktif dan 2) lansia yang tinggal di institusi pada dasarnya tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai tradisional dan kearifan lokal bangsa kita. Dengan demikian persepsi dan kondisi psiko-sosial mereka skeptis terhadap keluarga, masyarakat dan lingkungan mereka.Key words: Transisi Demografi, Lansia, Psikososial]]>
