Abstract

Globalization is the newest era when anything can't stop entering our environment, family and our children. Every value can colour our children. Through information technology cannal, Western Value can also enter our home. If the value that is enter in our home is positive, we can accept it. However, if the value is negative we have to push away it.  Anticipating the bad impact of negative value that will get in to our environment, the role of child aducation is not just in parents hands. It is a responsible any related-institutions i.e. School operating by teacher, Religious Leaders and etc. Further, any resposble people and institutions have to protect our children from bad impact of globalization by religious education. Parents and teachers in school have to demonstrate good example manner to their children and teach the good values of religious.Key words: globalization, education, children and youth

Abstract

From quantitative measurement, gender discrimination is still a reality in our country. Woman is less access in development than man.  Government seemingly is not serious in implementing gender mean streaming in development, whereas Indonesia has been consensus to support and implement international conventions and agreements in gender empowerment. This situation has to be changed by more increase woman quality. One principal aspect to do that is by strengthening woman bargaining position in politic. Meanwhile, 30 percent quota of woman in parliament is still not be implemented. Many parties are still uncertain in woman capabilities cause of gender paradigm that is unbalanced. Recently, gender discrimination is still operating in work place, in community and in any segment of our life. Thus, government has to be more serious in supporting gender empowerment, especially in bureaucracy. Parliament also has to initiate in creating regulation which pro woman. NGOs, university, gender study center also have to be more concern in women in diverse background; rural, city, career woman, etc.Key words: Gender discrimination, political position of woman

Abstract

Recently child violance phenomenon showed increasing trend figures. Particularly the numbers of child sexual abuse has been like a scary ghost. Indeed, some said that Indonesia has been categorized as emergency conditions sexual abuse in children. There are had appeared expression, Indonesia is a heaven for phedofil predators. This is due to legal sanctions have not been functioning as a deterrent effect. Child protection regulations have not been implemented yet maximally. In this situation, society has great expectations to law enforcement in order to take appropriate action. In addition, the institution of the family as a social institution is first and foremost for the child should be able to contribute to its function in order to reduce the number of child abuse. Families should be the frontline in the protection and fulfillment of children's rights. Further reinforced by the social networking community must participate in child protection which completed their growth process optimally.Key words : child violence, family function
