Inovasi guru merupakan tindakan guru yang diarahkan untuk menghasilkan, memperkenalkan atau mengaplikasikan temuan baru berupa ide maupun solusi yang menguntungkan organisasi, yang bersumber dari eksplorasi peluang, generativitas, investigasi informatif, memperjuangkan, dan aplikasi. Rendahnya inovasi di kalangan guru bukan tanpa sebab. Salah satu diantaranya yang cukup penting adalah organisasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis peranan organisasi pembelajaran dalam mengoptimalkan inovasif guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui kajian pustaka dan dianalisis secara deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi guru sangat diperlukan dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga sekolah perlu mengoptimalkan inovasi guru melalui revitalisasi organisasi pembelajaran.

This study explored the empirical effect of adversity quotient (AQ) and interpersonal communication on teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment. A questionnaire in Likert scale model collected research data. The sample were 469 teachers of primary schools in Indonesia selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis used path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational matric. The research result indicated that AQ and interpersonal communication significantly affect teachers’ OCB, directly and indirectly, mediated by organizational commitment. Thus, the teachers’ OCB can enhance through AQ, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment. Besides, a new model regarding the effect of AQ and interpersonal communication on teachers’ OCB mediated by organizational commitment also was confirmed. Therefore, the researchers and practitioners can adopt a new empirical model to increase teachers’ OCB through AQ, interpersonal communication, and organizational commitment in the future.

This study explored the effect of compensation on teachers’ turnover intention mediated by organizational commitment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 207 honorary teachers of a private school in Indonesia. Data analysis employed path analysis, supported by descriptive statistics and a correlational matrix. The result indicated that compensation significantly affects teachers’ turnover intention meditating by organizational commitment. This study also found a fit research model that can discuss among researchers and practitioners as references/discourse or a strategy for mitigating turnover intention in various contexts and research fields.

This study analyzes the effect of good corporate governance (GCG) on teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational justice. The research data was collected by a questionnaire: GCG, organizational justice, and OCB, through the survey methods toward 356 teachers of State Junior High School in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. The results show that GCG had a significant effect on OCB mediated by organizational justice. This study also was found a fit research model about the GCG’s affects teacher’s OCB mediated by organizational justice. This new model can discuss among researchers and practitioners. Furthermore, this new model can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of teacher’s OCB in the future and various contexts of educational organizations.

This study explores the empirical effect of grit on job satisfaction mediating by affective commitment. This research uses a quantitative approach to the survey method through a Likert scale model questionnaire. The research participants are 230 lecturers in Indonesia selected by accidental sampling. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational matrics. The research result indicates that grit significantly affects job satisfaction, directly and indirectly, mediating by affective commitment. Thus, the lecturer’s job satisfaction can improve through grit and affective commitment. A new model about the effect of grit on job satisfaction mediating by affective commitment was confirmed. Therefore, researchers and practitioners can adopt a new empirical model to increase job satisfaction through grit and affective commitment in the future.

Turnover is an enemy of the organization that needs to be avoided by every organization, including private school organizations. Hence, this study aims to examine the effect of quality of work-life (QWL) on teachers' turnover intention, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), to overcome turnover intention among private school teachers. This research uses a quantitative approach. A questionnaire was collected the data through the survey methods for 224 teachers of an honorary private school in Indonesia. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics and correlational. The results indicated that QWL affects teachers' turnover intention through QWL. Therefore, the teachers' turnover intention can reduce by improving QWL and OCB. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of teachers' turnover intention in various contexts in the future.

This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.

Every business entity really needs employee grit which is reflected in its persistence and enthusiasm to achieve long-term goals which are demonstrated through hard work in facing challenges, sustaining business and interests for years despite the failure, resilience, and difficulties in achieving it. But in reality the grit of the employees is still relatively limited. One reliable factor for developing grit is talent management. This research was conducted to analyze the employee grit development based talent management grit. The study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data obtained through literature review and analyzed descriptive-qualitatively. The results showed that talent management is very necessary to develop employee grit, so companies need to schedule more intense talent management so that employee grit grows optimally.
