Abstract

AbstrakIbu yang bekerja di luar rumah akan menjalani dua tuntutan peran berbeda. Dengan kedua tuntutan tersebut, ia mengalami keterbatasan waktu, merasakan ketegangan emosional dan dituntut menampilkan perilaku berbeda antara di tempat kerja dan di rumah. Menghadapi kondisi tersebut, ibu bekerja harus memiliki energi ekstra agar tidak lelah secara fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu upaya untuk meringankan beban ibu bekerja adalah adanya bantuan fisik dari asisten rumah tangga, agar ia memiliki waktu untuk membagi perhatian antara keluarga dan pekerjaan hingga tetap optimis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan work-family conflict dan kepemilikan asisten rumah tangga terhadap optimisme ibu bekerja di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif-kausal komparatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 204 ibu bekerja dan telah menikah di wilayah Indonesia. Alat ukur optimisme menggunakan teori Seligman (2008) dengan 35 item valid (rentang (r) ≥ 0,3) dan reliabilitas (α) = 0,956. Skala work-family conflict menggunakan teori Greenhaus & Beutell (1985) dengan 22 item valid dan reliabilitas  (α) = 0,912. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara simultan work-family conflict dan kepemilikan asisten rumah tangga terhadap optimisme ibu bekerja di Indonesia (sig. (p) = 0,000); (p) < 0,05 dengan persamaan regresi berganda Y =  147,392 - 0,804 X1 + 0,320 X2. Work-family conflict dan kepemilikan asisten rumah tangga memberikan kontribusi sebesar 44,8% terhadap optimisme. Selain itu, ditemukan secara parsial ada pengaruh work family conflict terhadap optimisme (p) = 0,000 <0,05, akan tetapi tidak ada pengaruh secara parsial kepemilikan asisten rumah tangga terhadap optimisme dengan nilai (p)= 0,775 >0,05. Ibu bekerja dengan optimisme tinggi lebih banyak yang telah menikah >20 tahun, memiliki anak >3 serta berprofesi sebagai doker dan nakes.    AbstractWomen who worked outside the house had two different roles that are both demanding. With those two roles, there were time management issues, emotional burden, and pressure to show different behaviour at work and at home. Facing these challenges, working women needed extra energy to prevent physical and emotional fatigue. One of the thing to do was to provide a house assistant to help with some of house chores so women could have more time to handle family and work and in the end could experience optimism. The aim of this research was to find out the simultaneous effect of work-family conflict and the usesage of house assistant toward the level of optimism of working women in Indonesia. Method of this research was quantitative-causal comparative with purposive sampling technique, involving 204 working and married women. Optimism was measured with a scale based on Seligman (2008) with 35 items (range (r) ≥ 0,3) and reliability(α) = 0,956). Work family conflict was measured with a scale based on Greenhaus & Beutell (1985) with 22 items (reliability (α) = 0,912). The result of this research showed the simultaneous influence of work-family conflict and the usage of house assistant to level of optimism of working women in Indonesia (sig. (p) = 0,000); (p) < 0,05) with double regression equation: Y =  147,392 - 0,804 X1 + 0,320 X2. Work-family conflict and usage of house assistant gave a 44.8% contribution on optimism. Beside that, it was also found a partial influence of work family conflict toward optimism ((p) = 0,000 <0,05) but there was no partial influence of usage of house assistant toward optimism ((p)= 0,775 >0,05. Working women with higher level of optimism were those who were married more than 20 years, have equal and more than three children, and had doctor and health practitioner as their professions.

Abstract

AbstractNowadays, Jakartans have several options of online motorcycle transportation services with interesting offers to choose to supports their activity. The clash of online motorcycle transportation services is increasing drastically. The effect of this competition is, a good quality service has become the factor of customers’ loyalty. Go-Jek’s customers who rate Go-Jek’s service as a good quality service are the one who likely to be the most loyal customers, and unsurprisingly customers who rate it as a bad quality service are not the loyal customers. This research is made to shows the effect of service quality to the loyalty of the Go-Jek’s customers. This research use the non-experimental quantitative method with incidental sampling type of non-probability sampling. The sample of this research are 385 Go-Jek’s customers who settled in South Jakarta. Service Quality measuring instrument with 70 valid items and reliability point of 0,962. Customer loyalty measuring instrument with 43 valid items and realibility point of 0,946. The research obtains result of sig. 0,000 (p < 0,05) and R square equal to 0,374, which means there is a positive effect of service quality to the loyalty of Go-Jek’s customers, the amount achieve 37,4%. Categorization result shows there are more customers in the low loyalty category (54,5%). Crosstab result also shows the relation of customer’s loyalty with gender, age, membership time and service guarantee. Keywords: service quality, customer loyalty, Users Go-Jek. AbstrakMasyarakat Jakarta kini dihadapkan pada beberapa pilihan ojek online dengan penawaran yang menarik dalam mendukung aktivitasnya.Persaingan ojek online yang semakin marak menyebabkan kualitas pelayanan terbaik menjadi salah satu faktor pembentuk loyalitas pelanggan.Pelanggan Go-Jek yang menilai kualitas pelayanan Go-Jek memuaskan memiliki loyalitas lebih tinggi sedangkan pelanggan Go-Jek yang menilai kualitas pelayanan tidak memuaskan memiliki loyalitas yang rendah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ojek online Go-Jek. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif non-eksperimental, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling berjenis insidental sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 385 pengguna Go-Jek yang beraktifitas di Jakarta Selatan.Alat ukur kualitas pelayanan dengan 70 item valid dan nilai reliabilitas 0,962, sedangkan alat ukur loyalitas pelanggan dengan 43 item valid dan nilai reliabilitas 0,946.  Hasil penelitian memperoleh nilai sig. 0,000 (p < 0,05) dengan nilai R Square 0,374 artinya terdapat pengaruh positif secara signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan ojek online Go-Jek, dengan pengaruh sebesar 37,4%. Hasil kategorisasi menunjukkan lebih banyak pelanggan Go-Jek yang berada pada kategori loyalitas rendah (54,5%). Hasil crosstab juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan loyalitas pelanggan dengan jenis kelamin, usia, lama menggunakan layanan dan jaminan dari layanan. Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, loyalitas pelanggan, pengguna go-jek.

Abstract

AbstractThe University's policy of imposing mandatory counseling to students of EsaUnggul University starting from 2nd semester students who have a GPA <2.00 is one of the preventive ways to identify stressfull problems by students, both academic and non academic and find solutions from the beginning, so that students are able to complete their studies on time. The amount of psychological stress experienced by students as a result of the demand to adjust to the new situation is one indicator of the psychological well-being level and is usually greater experienced by students at the beginning of the lecture. First semester students will be able to undergo a transition period well needed a very important thing that is psychological well being. The purpose of this study is the availability of psychological profile profilewell being a new student in the psychology department and the factors that influence it. This research is descriptive quantitative research, with saturated sampling method which involves all students of psychology semester one study program is 51 regular students, using psychological well-being scale scale reliability value of coefficient (α) = 0,86. From the results of the categorization of students visible semester 1 (one) tend to have more psychological well being low (51%). Other findings suggest that sex, family status, family economic conditions, shelter, and dating status do not affect the psychological well being of the student. Keywords: psychological well being, semester 1, psychology student AbstrakKebijakan Universitas yang memberlakukan konseling wajib kepada para mahasiswa Universitas Esa Unggul yang dimulai dari mahasiswa semester 2 (dua) yang memiliki IPK <2,00 merupakan salah satu cara preventif untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang dirasakan stressfull oleh mahasiswa, baik akademik maupun non akademik serta menemukan solusi sejak awal, agar mahasiswa mampu menyelesaikan studinya dengan tepat waktu.  Besarnya stress psikologis yang dialami mahasiswa sebagai akibat tuntutan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan situasi baru merupakan salah satu indikator dari level psychological well-being dan biasanya lebih besar dialami mahasiswa pada awal perkuliahan. Mahasiswa semester satu akan mampu menjalani masa transisi dengan baik dibutuhkan suatu hal yang sangat penting yaitu psychological well being. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah tersedianya profil kondisi psychological well being mahasiswa baru di prodi psikologi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan metode sampling jenuh yang melibatkan seluruh mahasiswa prodi psikologi semester satu berjumlah 51 mahasiswa reguler, menggunakan alat ukur  psychological well-being scale nilai koefisien reliabilitas  (α)= 0,86. Dari hasil kategorisasi terlihat mahasiswa semester 1 (satu) cenderung lebih banyak yang memiliki psychological well being rendah (51%). Temuan yang lain menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin, status keluarga, kondisi ekonomi keluarga, tempat tinggal, dan status berpacaran tidak mempengaruhi psychological well being mahasiswa. Kata kunci : psychological well being, semester 1, mahasiswa psikologi

Abstract

Dalam setiap pernikahan, semua pasangan berharap dapat menjalani pernikahannya dengan langgeng, bahagia, saling mengasihi dan memuaskan. Namun demikian, seiring perjalanan waktu pernikahan, ada beberapa pasangan yang merasakan pernikahannya hambar, tidak memuaskan, bahkan tidak mampu menyelesaikan konflik antar pasangan hingga berakhir dengan peceraian Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan pernikahan adalah kekuatan komitmen pernikahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen pernikahan terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada dewasa awal. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas, menggunakan non-probability sampling dengann jenis purposive sampling yang melibatkan 100 responden dewasa awal. Alat ukur menggunakan skala komitmen pernikahan berjumlah 24 aitem valid dengan reliabilitas (a)=0,925 dan kepuasan pernikahan berjumlah 28 aitem valid dengan reliabilitas (a)= 0,995. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linear sederhana diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh komitmen pernikahan terhadap kepuasan pernikahan pada individu dewasa awal dengan nilai sig. (p) = 0,000; (p) ˂0,05 artinya, hipotesis diterima. Komitmen pernikahan berkontribusi sebesar 41,5% terhadap kepuasan pernikahan, sedangkan sisanya 58,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa lebih banyak responden yang merasa puas terhadap pernikahannya (56%) dan juga lebih banyak yang memiliki komitmen tinggi (51%). In every marriage, all couples hope to have a lasting, happy, loving and satisfying marriage. However, over the course of the marriage, there are some couples who feel their marriage is bland, unsatisfactory, and even unable to resolve the conflict between the partners, which ends in divorce. One of the factors that can affect marital satisfaction is the strength of the marriage commitment. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marital commitment on marital satisfaction in early adulthood. This research method is quantitative with a causality approach, using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling involving 100 early adult respondents. The measuring instrument used a marriage commitment scale with 24 valid items with reliability (a) = 0.925 and marital satisfaction totaling 28 valid items with reliability (a) = 0.995. Based on the results of the simple linear regression test, it is known that there is an effect of marital commitment on marital satisfaction in early adulthood individuals with a sig. (p) = 0.000; (p) ˂0.05 means, the hypothesis is accepted. Marital commitment contributed 41.5% to marital satisfaction, while the remaining 58.5% was influenced by other factors. In this study, it was found that more respondents were satisfied with their marriage (56%) and also more had high commitment (51%).

Abstract

Carrying out multiple roles for some working women is a tough, tiring and challenging role. On the one hand, as a mother you are required to be able to complete household tasks satisfactorily for yourself and your family. On the other hand, as an employee a mother is also required to be engaged in her work to show maximum performance. One of the factors that contributes to work engagement in women who play multiple roles is social support. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of social support on work engagement of working women who play multiple roles. This research method is a quantitative-causality type with a purposive sampling technique, involving 201 working and married mothers in Indonesia. The social support measuring tool refers to the theory of Sarafino & Smith (2011) with 35 valid items and reliability (α) = 0.915. The work engagement scale uses the Utrecht Employee Engagement Scale (UWES) from Schaufeli and Bakker (UWES) which was adapted from Titien (2016) with 28 valid items and reliability (α) = 0.922. The results of this research show that there is an influence of social support on work engagement in working women who play dual roles with a significant (p) value of 0.000 (p < 0.05), with a simple linear regression equation Y = 0.372 + 0.062. Social support give a quite large contribution of 54.4% to work engagement.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum has begun to be implemented at every level of education, so a student approach is needed so that this change can be accepted happily. This shows that students need inner strength that can motivate their desire to learn, one of which is student learning motivation. Motivation can be increased through guidance and counseling at school. It is necessary to provide a pleasant guidance and counseling model that students can accept. The aim of this research is to apply the art therapy model with visual media in guidance and counseling in order to increase student learning motivation. This research method is quantitative with quasi-experiment. The respondents were 72 students in grades 4, 5 and 6 at MI Al Ittihad School, Central Jakarta, where grade 5 was the control. The learning motivation measuring tool is based on Uno theory with 25 valid items and a reliability coefficient of 0.862. The results of the study show that there is a difference in the learning motivation of MI Al Ittihad students before and after art therapy activities with visual media (sig p 0.00), while for the control class there is also a difference but the average score decreased. There were equal numbers of students' motivation before therapy in the high and low categories, after therapy more students' motivation was high. Guidance methods using art therapy through psychodrama, art therapy using visual photo media for groups and individuals which have produced effective results. This suggested method can be applied in guidance and counseling activities that already exist at MI Al Ittihad, where student interaction activities in learning can also be more interactive in welcoming the Independent Curriculum.

Abstract

The pressure faced by college students in the digital era has become increasingly complex. Not only are they expected to be independent and succeed academically and in their careers, but they also often experience social pressure due to peers’ success shared on social media. This can trigger feelings of inferiority, anxiety, and even depression. One of the main factors contributing to depression in early adulthood is the inability to cope with life transitions, commonly referred to as a quarter-life crisis. In addition, family functioning also plays a crucial role in supporting students' mental health. This study aims to examine the simultaneous influence of family functioning and quarter-life crisis on the level of depression among university students. The research employs a quantitative approach with a causal design. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, involving 231 student respondents from various regions in Indonesia. The measurement tools include the Family Functioning Scale adapted from the Family Assessment Device (FAD) by Epstein, Baldwin, and Bishop (1983), consisting of 52 valid items with a Cronbach’s Alpha reliability of 0.950; the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale, based on the theory of Alexandra Robbins and Abby Wilner (2001), consisting of 26 items with a reliability of 0.856; and the Depression Scale using the standardized Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II) by Beck (1991).The results show that, simultaneously, family functioning and quarter-life crisis have a significant effect on students' depression levels, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Partially, family functioning has a negative effect on depression (p = 0.000 < 0.05), meaning that the better the family functioning, the lower the level of student depression. However, partially, the quarter-life crisis does not have a significant effect on depression, with a significance value of 0.405 (p > 0.05).

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that had just passed had a psychological impact on students, such as learning problems, general stress complaints, anxiety complaints, mood swing complaints, anxiety disorders and somatic complaints. This shows that students need inner strength that is able to become a protector , one of which is the resilience . Resilience can be improved through guidance and counseling in schools. It is necessary to do a fun guidance and counseling model that students can accep such as art therapy The purpose of this study is to apply an art therapy model with psychodrama and photo visual media in guidance and counseling in order to increase student resilience. This research method is quantitative with quasi experiment. The experimental designs were resilience pre-test, psychodrama art therapy, group and individual art therapy with photo media, and resilience post-test. Resilience measurement tool based on Grotberg's theory, 42 aitems and coefisient of realibility is 0,915. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with 42 respondents from SMP 1945 Jakarta. The results of the paired t test showed that there were differences in student resilience before and after therapy, student resilience became better. Likewise, there are differences in feelings and enthusiasm after doing art therapy. Art therapy through psychodrama and photo visual media is quite effective and can be applied in the implementation of guidance and counseling in junior high schools

Abstract

Ta’aruf is a premarital process in Islam that emphasizes a brief introduction between prospective spouses under the supervision of a trusted mediator, with interactions limited in accordance with Islamic principles. Despite the relatively short period of acquaintance, couples who marry through ta’aruf still aspire to achieve happiness in their marriage. This study aimed to examine differences in marital happiness between men and women who married through the ta’aruf process. A quantitative approach with a comparative design was employed. The participants consisted of 104 individuals, including 52 men and 52 women, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a marital happiness scale comprising 47 valid items, with a Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient of 0.979. Data analysis was conducted using an independent samples t-test. The results indicated no significant difference in marital happiness between men and women (p = 0.217; p > 0.05). These findings suggest that marital happiness among couples who marry through ta’aruf is not influenced by gender differences, but is more likely associated with other factors such as shared values, commitment, and the quality of the marital relationship.
