Abstract

Pengembangan kognitif anak diarahkan pada beberapa pengembangan salah satunya sains. Saat observasi ke lapangan peneliti menemukan permasalahan rendahnya keterampilan proses sains anak, ini dikarenakan keterbatasan media untuk menstimulasi keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan video pembelajaran cooking class berbasis daun kelor untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains anak usia dini. Metodologi penelitian ini hasil modifikasi model pengembangan dari Borg and Gall, Gall dengan 9 tahapan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, lembar observasi dan angket respon guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berupa uji validasi media mendapatkan nilai persentase sembilan puluh enam persen dengan kriteria kelayakan sangat valid. Hasil angket respon guru menunjukkan persentase tujuh puluh satu persen dengan kriteria praktis. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pengembangan video pembelajaran cooking class berbasis daun kelor efektif untuk meningkatkan meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains anak secara signifikan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan bertujuan  untuk memaksimalkan atau optimalisasi manajemen dalam rangka meningkatkan penghasilan pelaku  usaha serta memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan. Apabila dilihat saat ini banyaknya pelaku usaha khususnya yang bergerak di Usaha Mikro Kecil  dan Menengah (UMKM) masih kurang pengetahuan dalam optimalisi manajemen. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Cafe Candu Kopi yang berlokasi di Jl Bangau Sakti Kel. Simpang Baru Kec. Tampan Kota Pekanbaru Riau. Method yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan kegiatan yang diawali dengan persiapan, pelaksanaan  dan evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan methode wawancara dan dokumentasi  yang mencakup ceramah, diskusi, sharing dan pendampingan kepada owner. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menghasilkan pembuktian bahwa memaksimalkan atau optimalisasi manajemen sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan kepuasan pelanggan sehingga usaha ini dapat terus berkembang dan sukses.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the national economy, but still face challenges in financial management, especially in micro businesses such as Pop Ice sellers in school environments. Unstructured manual recording often makes it difficult for business actors to monitor cash flow. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to increase payment literacy and digital financial recording for Pop Ice business actors in Pekanbaru. Through a participatory approach, activities begin with needs analysis, training through workshops, demonstrations and direct mentoring. Partners are trained to use financial applications that are easy to operate to record daily transactions and manage digital payments such as QRIS. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' ability to record transactions accurately, prepare simple reports, and understand the financial condition of their business, thereby supporting business sustainability and competitiveness.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) engaged in Pop Ice beverages in Pekanbaru, despite their high market potential, face significant challenges in internal management, particularly unstructured Human Resource Management (HRM). This Community Service (PkM) aims to address these HRM weaknesses, characterized by inconsistent service quality and high employee turnover, through managerial coaching. The methodology utilized is a combination of Public Education (Counseling), Practical Skills Training, and In-Situ Mentoring. The PkM results show significant achievements according to the established objectives: (1) An increase in HRM concept comprehension (measured by Post-tests), indicating partner awareness that operational issues stem from HR weaknesses. (2) Practical skills acquisition was realized through the development of Simple SOPs for product blending and service, along with training in performance feedback. (3) The realization of professionalism was confirmed by Observations and Interviews after mentoring, showing SOP implementation, increased work efficiency, and reduced customer complaints. In conclusion, structured and application-based HRM intervention is crucial for strengthening the internal foundation of SMEs, ensuring consistent service quality, and enhancing professionalism. This outcome is essential for business sustainability and retaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

Sustainable development requires development planning that integrates economic, social, and environmental dimensions while remaining adaptive to future uncertainties. Strategic planning plays a crucial role in guiding long-term policies to address challenges such as climate change, environmental degradation, and global development dynamics. This study aims to examine key approaches and challenges in strategic planning for sustainable development using a systematic literature review (SLR). The review applies the PRISMA framework to academic publications from 2011–2025 obtained from Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, and ProQuest. The findings indicate that strategic planning approaches have evolved in a multidisciplinary manner, including quantitative SWOT analysis, spatial modeling and GIS, stochastic optimization, nature-based solutions, and information technology integration. However, their implementation faces persistent challenges, such as limited institutional capacity, weak cross-sectoral coordination, data constraints, low public participation, and environmental and climate uncertainty. This study highlights the need for adaptive, evidence-based, and collaborative strategic planning to effectively support sustainable development goals.
