Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pelaku usaha kecil menengah dan koperasi binaan Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten Dimasa pandemic Covid 19, Pada saat ini sumber daya manusia dianggap paling berharga dan memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalam keberadaan serta keberlangsungan hidup suatu organisasi. Sumber daya manusia sangat dibutuhkan di setiap bidang pekerjaan guna menghasilkan produktivitas kerja sehingga dapat berjalan secara berkesinambungan. Hasil produktivitas kerja yang maksimal perlu didukung dengan adanya sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas sehingga dibutuhkan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat dibentuk dengan usaha langsung dan tidak langsung sehingga berakibat pada meningkatnya kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kualitas sumber daya manusia dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan kemampuan sikap dan keterampilan Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah bekerjasama dengan UMKM Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten dengan memganalisis pemasalahan yang ada di tempat tersebut sehingga dapat memberikan solusi yang tepat dalam membrikan pelatihan dasar manjemen UMKM Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten . Setelah di analisis maka kami memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk materi dan praktek yang bertujuan mengembangkan kemampuan untuk meningkatkan dasar manajemen UMKM Desa Sindanglaut Kecamatan Carita Kabupaten.Padeglang –Banten Solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan atau pelatihan yang perlu di lakukan secara berkelanjutan sehingga dapat memberi mereka bekal pentingnya manajemen. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Hype Gastro Indonesia BSD, Tangerang Selatan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Asosiatif Kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 karyawan PT. Hype Gastro Indonesia BSD, Tangerang Selatan. Analisis data dalam penelitian mencakup uji hipotesis secara parsial dan hipotesis secara simultan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung 8,236 > ttabel 2,006 dengan (sig.) 0,000 < 0,05. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai thitung 6,199 > ttabel 2,006 dengan (sig.) 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai fhitung 39,709 > ftabel 3,18 dengan (sig.) 0,000 < 0,05.

environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bhakti Karya in Sawangan, Depok City, both partially and simultaneously. This research employs a quantitative associative method. The population of this study includes all employees of PT Bhakti Karya in Sawangan, Depok City, with a sample size of 63 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research include simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, partial t-test, and simultaneous F-test. The results show that the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bhakti Karya in Sawangan, Depok City. This is evidenced by a correlation value of 0.913 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 83.3%, and a t-value of 3.327 > 1.999 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Furthermore, work motivation also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by a correlation value of 0.926 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 85.8%, and a t-value of 4.818 > 1.999 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the physical work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT Bhakti Karya in Sawangan, Depok City. This is demonstrated by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 8.709 + 0.348X1 + 0.474X2, a correlation value of 0.938 (very strong relationship), a coefficient of determination of 88%, and an F-value of 219.373 > 3.15 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya South Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. The method used is the Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study were all employees of PT Samadista Karya South Jakarta. The number of samples used was 82 respondents. The data analysis method used simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, partial t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya South Jakarta, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y = 25.645 + 0.379X1. The correlation value is 0.754 (strong relationship). The determination coefficient value is 56.9%. The t-value value is 10.268> t-table 1.990 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya, South Jakarta, as evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 25.013 + 0.395X2. The correlation value is 0.710 (strong relationship). The coefficient of determination is 50.4%. The calculated t value is 9.018 > t table 1.990 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance at PT Samadista Karya, South Jakarta, as evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 22.969 + 0.254X1 + 0.193X2. The correlation value is 0.792 (strong relationship). The coefficient of determination is 62.7%. The calculated F value is 66.268 > F table 3.11 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Influence of Communication and Physical Work Environment on Employee Performance at the Depok City Social Service. Both partially and simultaneously. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population used in this study is Depok City Social Service Employees. The sampling method used by the author in this study is the saturated sample method, where the sample is an employee of the Depok City Social Service. which amounted to 54 Employees. The data collection method used in this study is primary data. The primary data taken was the data on the answers from the respondents totaling 54 respondents. The results of this study show that Communication while working has a partial effect on the performance of employees at the Depok City Social Service Office which is evidenced by the tcal value of > ttable or (99.126 > 2.007) This is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (0.026< 0.05). The Physical Work Environment also partially affects the performance of employees at the Depok City Social Service Office which is evidenced by the tcal value of > ttable or (10.092 > 2.007) This is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (0.026 < 0.05). Communication and physical work environment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Depok City Social Service Office as evidenced by the value of Fcal > Ftabel or (59.939 > 3.179), this is also strengthened by the value of Sig. < 0.05 or (0.026 < 0.05).
