Abstract

Kecerdasan logika-matematika sangat penting bagi kehidupan anak. Namun masih ditemukan bahwa 10 dari 18 anak usia dini yang memiliki kecerdasan logika-matematika yang rendah, belum mampu berhitung tanpa bantuan guru, dan mengetahui angka karena hafal lirik lagu urutan angka bukan memahami kuantitas angka yang dimaksud. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak permainan super smart kids terhadap kecerdasan logika-matematika anak usia dini.. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain Quasi Experimental tipe Non-equivalent Control Group. sampel yaitu 36 orang anak usia 5-6 tahun, yang terdiri dari 18 anak kelompok B1 dan 18 anak kelompok B2. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi terstruktur menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi. Teknik analisis ada yang digunakan yaitu uji-t. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa permainan super smart kids dapat mempengaruhi kecerdasan logika-Matematika anak usia dini hal ini ditunjukkan oleh skor skor thitung sebesar 4,500 lebih tinggi daripada skor ttabel yaitu 2,101. Jadi, permainan super smart kids sangat direkomendasikan dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan matematis, berfikir logis, dan kecerdasan logika-matematika anak usia dini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the professional competence of teachers, forms of teacher coaching, the implementation of continuous professional development for teachers, and the influence of continuous professional development in the form of self-development, scientific publications, and innovative work which have a positive effect on increasing the professional competence of MAN and MAS teachers in Sibolga and Regency. Central Tapanuli. The method used in this research is qualitative using a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach and quantitative using path analysis. The research sample amounted to 217 people. The research results in this dissertation show that teacher professionalism in MAN and MAS Sibolga City and Central Tapanuli Regency still faces various challenges that affect the quality of education, such as lack of learning planning, use of innovative media, as well as weaknesses in material mastery and evaluation. Factors such as low discipline and lack of continuous training are significant obstacles, which can be overcome through supervision of madrasa heads and improving infrastructure. The Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) plays an important role in increasing teacher competency, even though it faces challenges of limited resources and infrastructure support. The implementation of FGDs on professionalism and CPD showed an increase in teacher participation and teaching quality, in line with professional development theory. Various indicators, such as the ability to plan learning, use of technology, creativity, and involvement in collective activities and scientific publications, interact with each other to form better teacher professionalism. The synergy between individual competency development and effective educational management is very important in improving the quality of education and student learning outcomes in the region.

Abstract

Maintaining soil sustainability to increase and sustain land productivity can be achieved by minimizing synthetic fertilizers and maximizing organic fertilizers and biofertilizers, especially in suboptimal lands. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effects of organic fertilizers and biofertilizers with reduced NPK (Nitrogen, Phosphate, Potassium) dosage on increasing rice yield in tidal swamp areas in Tebas Sungai Village, West Kalimantan. The procedures were carried out using a complete randomized block design, with several treatments consisting of 175 kg ha-1 NPK as a control (P0), 130 kg ha-1 NPK + 1.5 tons ha-1 cow manure (P1), 130 kg ha-1 NPK + 3.0 tons ha-1 cow manure (P2), and 130 kg ha-1 NPK + 25 kg ha-1 biofertilizers (P3). Based on assessment, the study area was then categorized as C overflow type. The results showed that the combination of NPK synthetic fertilizers with cow manure led to a 15.1%, 25%, 5.6%, and 5.4% increase in total tillers, total grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains, and rice yield, respectively. In addition, the use of NPK fertilizers with biofertilizers increased total tillers, total grains per panicle, weight of 1000 grains, and rice yield by 24.6%, 56%, 7.7%, and 18%, respectively, compared to only NPK fertilizers. Based on these results, improving rice performance in tidal swamp areas could be achieved by integrating organic or biofertilizers with synthetic fertilizers.

Abstract

Acid sulfate soils are of poor quality and characterized by extreme acidity, nutrient deficiency, and high Al and Fe toxicity. Developing soil amendments from local resources is crucial to reduce input costs. This study investigated the effect of the integrated soil amendments (biochar, compost, and lime) on corn growth and the acid sulfate soil quality. Using randomized block design, this study tested nine type soil amendments, namely A (100% rice husk ash), B (100% rice husk biochar), C (100% compost), D (100% dolomite), H (100% humate), ACD (30% rice husk ash + 30% compost + 40% dolomite), BCD (30% rice husk biochar + 30% compost + 40% dolomite), AHD (30% rice husk ash + 30% humate + 40% dolomite), BHD (30% rice husk biochar+30% humate+40% dolomite), and control (no amendment). The application of soil amendments significantly increased soil pH (31%), available P (310%), reduced exchangeable Al (19%), and increased corn growth (163%). The BCD amendment type increased available phosphorus from 10 to 43 mg kg-1, reduced exchangeable Al from 3.45 to 2.01 cmol(+) kg-1, and enhanced corn growth and leaves' P level. Integrating rice husk biochar and compost could reduce the need for agricultural lime, improve acid sulfate soil quality, and enhance land productivity. This combination has the potential to be an effective soil amendment for degraded acid sulfate soils, thereby further boosting land productivity and promoting agricultural sustainability.

Abstract

Moral education is very important to instill from an early age because this influences the communication process with the environment in the family, peers, school and society. This research is useful for improving children's morals, such as discipline, politeness, honesty, responsibility, implementation, social relationships and cleanliness, through discussions of moral dilemmas at PAUD Khairin Islamic School which is located at Jalan Tuamang No. 85. This research uses classroom action research. (PTK) or CAR is held by teachers in the class (school) where they teach, through a focus on improving or improving learning mechanisms and practices. This research was conducted in Kindergarten B class aged 5-6 years with a total of 13 students. The results of this research were made in two cycles, which included planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Researchers also applied observation sheets to determine the improvement in children's morals and evaluate their level of success. In the pre-cycle, in terms of assessing students' moral character, the criteria are not yet developed and are starting to develop. In cycle II, the development criteria increased, students' moral values ​​increased. there was an increase such as through classical completeness of 83.3%. This proves that the increase in children's morals, such as discipline, politeness, honesty, responsibility, implementation, social relations and cleanliness, increases through discussions of moral dilemmas at PAUD Khairin Islamic School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of Filial Play in increasing the ability of parents to regulate emotions and empathize while accompanying children to learn from home at Maitreyawira school, Deli Serdang. Qualitative research method with a narrative research approach using NVIVO-12. The results showed that by being given Filial Play treatment, namely structuring skills, setting boundaries, attentive listening, and child-centered games for 3 months so that the informants could carry out Filial Play in a flexible and integrated manner. By applying the four Filial Play skills, parents become better able to regulate emotions by means of cognitive reappraisal and expression suppression. In addition, parents are better able to empathize, namely by understanding the child's point of view (perspective taking), placing oneself in the position of others (online stimulation), emotional contagion (emotional contagion), drifting/getting carried away with feelings (peripheral responsiveness), and sympathy/feel what is felt by the child (proximal responsiveness). There is an effectiveness of Filial Play in increasing the ability of parents to regulate emotions and empathize while accompanying children to learn from home.
