Ashram Ratu Bagus is spiritual tourist attraction located in Muncan Village, Karangasem Regency. Ashram Ratu Bagus has a spiritual teacher called Ratu Bagus and unqiue spiritual activity called Bio-Energy Meditation or Shaking Yoga difference them with other spiritual attraction. This study aims to research relationship pattern that being formed between ashram community and tourist in Ashram Ratu Bagus as tourist attraction. The research method used in this study is a qualitative and quantitative data types. Source of data that being used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are participation observation technique, unstructured interviews also document study. Informant determination using purposive sampling. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of this research points out that the relationship pattern between ashram community and tourist in Ashram Ratu Bagus as tourist attraction occur because tourist want to relieve themselves, want to have serious recreation, find their trueself and interested to utilize their leisure time with spiritual education in ashram and interact with Ratu Bagus and ashram community. The relationship being formed between Ratu Bagus and tourist is teacher and student wheres Ratu Bagus as their spiritual teacher, and the relationship being formed with ashram community is familial bonds where they’re living together in same place and learning the depth of spirituality together. ABSTRACT This research will discuss about the Badung Government Policy About Operation Nightlife Ground Zero in Legian, Kuta. This study seeks to describe the development of tourism in Badung regency, a description of the policies established by the Government of Badung regency which are mapped to the employers area nightclubs Ground Zero in Jalan Legian, Kuta. . Types and sources of data are qualitative and quantitative data as well as primary and secondary data. Data was collected by observation, in-depth interviews, and library research. Determination techniques and informers samples used in this study is the purposive sampling method of obtaining information or a complete and in-depth data. Data analysis techniques used in this study is qualitative research means research that produces descriptive data in the form of writing or speech, words, and behaviors that can be observed by the researchers. From the discussion of the research on "Badung Government Policy About Operation Nightlife Ground Zero in Legian, Kuta". Then get a conclusion that forms of abuses committed entrepreneurs Sky Garden because they were overwhelmed in managing and urge visitors that come to leave immediately due nightclubs operating hours had passed the limits set. Form of Badung regency government efforts in bridging the interests of public employers Kuta nightlife with the cooperation or involvement with Kuta Sector Police, Civil Service Police Unit Badung, Kuta village chief and the coordinating Bendesa Adat Kuta related violations and complaints from the public Kuta.

Mount Agung eruption has a significant influence on the tourism sector. The tourism sector becomes the main sector of the Ubud community. This study aims to determine the implications of Mount Agung eruption on socio- economic tourism actors in the village of Ubud in the accommodation and restaurant business. This research is important to do because it is useful for tourism actors who are directly involved in the tourism sector so that it can deal with natural phenomena that unpredictable events occur. The research method in this report is using qualitative and quantitative data types. Sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Informant determination technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative. The first thing to do is to observe for social phenomena and then to categorize the information obtained, then explain the categorization, then explain the categorization relationship and draw the general conclusion. The results of this research indicate that the implications of the Gunung Agung eruption on socio-economic tourism actors in Ubud Village include occupation of accommodations, restaurant visits, shortening employee work hours, employee income, employee welfare, family employee education investment, additional employee work that work in accommodation restaurant business. Tourism attraction by watersport on Melasti Beach Serangan from the beginning of December 2017 until mid- December 2017 the number of tourist visits has decreased to reach its lowest point of zero percent, and as for some of the tourist services business attractions are laid off in a certain period due to the eruption of Mount Agung. This research related to the implications of the eruption of Mount Agung on Melasti Serangan Beach is to find out how much the impact of the Mount Agung eruption on tourism on Serangan Island was located quite far from Mount Agung Consept that used to discuss the problems in this study is the concept of implication and concept of watersports. The method use qualitative data analysis techniques by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The technique of determining the informant is done by purposive sampling. Source of data obtained primary data sources in the form of in-depth interviews to the management of watersport tourism attractions in Melasti Serangan Beach and direct observation in the field. The secondary data source of this study is in the form of the Denpasar City tourism service website, such as the number of tourist visits to Serangan Island and previous research journals related to this study. The implication of the eruption of Mount Agung on watersport tourism attractions in Melasti Serangan Beach includes a direct influence which has resulted in a decrease in tourist visits. The influence referred includes changes in operational hours, but without shortening working hours. Almost all employees experience a policy of laying off a maximum of 20 days. A decrease in the number of tourist visits, especially in December. Similarly, the amount of income earned only reaches less than 50% of normal days. Tourism development will trigger positive or negative implication to the local communities. In term of socio-economic, Sibunga-bunga village is one of the village which has been affected by tourism development. It can be seen from the increasing number of local people who leave the agricultural sector and turn to the tourism sector . The aim of this research is to know the tourism development phase and socio-economic implication to the people of Sibunga-bunga village. The Data were collected through observational, interviews, and documentations, those data were described qualitatively. The tourism life cycle theory (TLCT) is proposed and tested in order to identify the tourism development phase. The socio-economic implications are presented with pictures to get a clear understanding of the facts and findings. The result of the study shows that the tourism development phase of sibunga-bunga village is on involvement. Tourism development of Sibunga-bunga village has positive implications to create job opportunities, to increase local’s income. Unfortunately, it was followed by negative impatcs such as in the form of violations of rules set by the managers of tourist attraction which may damage the surrounding environment, Keywords : Tourism development, implication, socio-economic, Sibunga-bunga village

This research was conducted to determine the effect of Mount Agung eruption on the production of sculpture in Sebatu Village, Tegallalang District, Gianyar Regency. The types of data and sources of data used are qualitative, primary and secondary data. Data collection is conducted by observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data used was qualitative data analysis to seek the relationship between the influence of the Mount Agung eruption on the qaunitity of sculpture production and the distribution network of sculpture crafts in Sebatu Village. The results of this study indicate that sculpture crafts produced in Sebatu Village are a type of contemporary sculpture that is dominated by animal statues. The production capacity of sculpture crafts in Sebatu village after the eruption of Mount Agung has increased, contrary to when the eruption occurred tourists could not come directly to order sculpture and their production capacity had declined. The working system of sculpture craftsmen has started to run normally with increasing production capacity. The distribution network of sculpture crafts in Sebatu Village can be distributed in five ways through distribution to the Sukawati art market, Balinese souvenirs, shipping by sea, shipping via cargo and distribution to the villa. From the conclusion, the Gianyar Regency Government should provide capital support for the sculpture industry, especially in Sebatu Village, Tegallalang District.There is a need to increase capital for handicraft business owners by providing financial or credit assistance for sculpture.Thus, there will be many entrepreneurs who are growing and increasing their production. ABSTRACT The background of this research is the existence of a negative impression caused by the temporary tattoo services as their performances were less polite and the tattooed their bodies scare the visitors. In addition, for the most part of the tattoo service providers who offer their services to visitors to demand. The purposes of this study are determine the perception of tourists to workers and temporary tattoos to determine why local communities choose to work as temporary tattoos. The data are collected through observation, questionnaires and structured interviews. Taking samples by the method of proportional purposive sampling as many as 50 people. Techniques for tourist using quota sampling methods, data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative research to illustrate how objects and using a Likert scale analysis to analyze the perceptions of tourists to workers temporary tattoos. The results of this research is the perception of domestic travelers to workers, temporary tattoos undecided, it shows that on the one hand workers are still expected existence of temporary tattoos and more travelers on the other hand if the workers want no temporary tattoos Because of their attitudes and behaviors that are Considered impolite cause uncomfortable. For tourists feel less reason to Encourage residents to work as a temporary tattoo that is due to spend leisure time, limited employment opportunities, parent recommendation.

Besakih Temple is the bigest temple in Bali located on the slopes of Mount Agung exactly in Besakih village, Rendang district, Karangasem regency. In addition to being a center of religious ceremonies at Besakih Temple there are also tourism activities. Mount Agung is the highest mountain in Bali and has several times the last eruption occurred in 2017. The researchs try to find the condition of tourism before and after the eruption of Mount Agung in the area of Besakih Temple. The research method used is qulalitative research with comparative data analysis techniques to analyze the condition of tourism before the eruption of Mount Agung and the implications of eruption Mount Agung for tourism activities in the area of Besakih Temple. The data sources, from primary data and secondary data. The concept used are concept of eruption, concept of cultural attraction, concept of the Besakih Temple as spiritual phenomenon, concept of operational, concept of the informal sector in tourism. The result of the research shows that the influence of Mount Agung eruption on tourism activity in area of Besakih Temple is viewed based on the level of tourist visit, the condition of tourist attraction, the comfort of the area, the cleanliness of the area, the operational and income of the local tour guide, the motorcycle drivers, artshop, kiosks, activity of informal tourism sector in the area of Besakih Temple. The area of Besakih Temple managers should synergize with the government and community to conduct recovery of tourism activities in the area of Besakih Temple. Barong and Keris Dance performances at Puseh Temple in Batubulan Village hasvarious implications for the socio-economic aspects of sekaa Barong and Keris Dance performance. This study aims to determine the implications of the Barong and Keris Dance performances at Puseh Temple in the Batubulan Village. There is a main concept used, namely the socio-economic concept. The type of data in this study uses qualitative data sourced from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used qualitative analysis techniques.The results of this study are the implications of Barong and Keris Dance performances on the socio-economic sekaa of Barong and Keris Dance performance at Puseh Temple in Batubulan Village, namely, the implications that create job opportunities in Barong and Keris Dance performances, implications for the income of sekaa of Barong and Keris Dance performances, and implications for welfare sekaa Barong and Keris Dance performances at Puseh Temple in Batubulan Village, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency.Keywords : Implications, Socio-Economic, Barong and Keris Dance.

This research aims to know the economic contributions in Batubulan village of Center by Bali. This research was conducted at the Balinese Souvenirs Centre and at Batubulan village environment, Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The scope in this research is the economic contributions such as labour absorption, development of other economic structure due to the Balinese Souvenirs Center, village incomeData collection techniques used included observation, structured interview, and documentary method. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling. Descriptive qualitative used to analyze the data. In this study, the first thing is data collection. After getting all data, the next step is to conduct discussions and make conclusions. The overall attempt to capture the realities in the field in according with the research and we strive to earn the meaning so that it can be known to the social impact of economic center by Bali against local communities Batubulan village and its absorption of labor from local communities Batubulan village. The presence of the Bali souvenirs center in Batubulan village gives contributions for people in Batubulan village. In terms of the absorption of local product is still low because the craft of stone and sculpture cannot be marketed in Bali Souvenirs Centre. The existence of the Bali souvenirs center also gave rise to local hawkers who made this profession as a sideline. Besides the opening of employment at Bali souvenirs center also came Bali citizens also features from outside Bali so gave effort to boarding houses a business opportunity for the villagers. Bali souvenirs center also gave contribution to Batubulan village, traditional village, Banjar, and youth organizations in it. Keywords: Local Villagers, Contribution, Economy
