Abstract

Interesting tourist attractions that are not yet known by many people, one of them such as Maria Golo Curu Cave has a great opportunity to be used as a religious tourism destination in the City of Ruteng, Manggarai Regency, but a very unfortunate phenomenon that its development has not been maximized. The purpose of this study is to identify existing attractions, such as natural, cultural, artificial attractions and maximize the development of Golo Curu as a religious tourism destination by using SWOT analysis which is an analysis based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The results of the study concluded that, the advantage of the Golo Curu Maria Cave is the natural beauty that is still beautiful and unspoiled by human hands, not only as a place to pray but also as a place to relax and become a beautiful photo spot. The disadvantage is, access to the damaged and disturbing Golo Curu visitors, lack of maximum management and maintenance that is lacking, does not have parking space, and is associated with less commendable community ethics. Thus, the priority of developing religious tourism with the SWOT approach is to preserve the attractiveness and culture of religious activities, improve access to the Golo Curu, improve existing management, provide parking, support each organization participating in tourism activities, support existing tourism services so that the creation of tourism employment opportunities, involving rural communities in every decision-making and every tourism activity. Abstract

The study focused on improving the fruit quality supported by handling of the cultivation, harvest and post-­??harve st handling such as fruit packing, transportation, storage, and others, as well as marketing strategiesand regulations that are ne eded locally, so local Bali fruits can compete better in the Bali tourism market.The purposes of this study were to find some problems face by the local fruits to e nter the tourism marke t inBali. The local fruits studied were citrus, salacca, mangoes, mangosteen, banana, and papaya. This study wasthrough multiple surveys such as, inte rviews with farme rs, whole salers, fruit suppliers, and the manage rsof the hote ls and restaurants. The results of this study found some local fruits have e nte red the tourismmarket in Bali, in addition, local people in Bali te nd to consume the imported fruits for some culturalceremony, events and others.The results of this study showthat the main problems in the local fruits suchas citrus and banana were harvesting, packaging, storage, and transportation. The laboratory studies foundthat some microbes and inse cts infe cted local fruits due to the lackof handling such as packaging, storage,and transportation. The findings of this study was local fruits such as orange s and bananas face manyobstacles ranging from harvest, post-­??harvest management, transportation, and the marketing strategies.Many problem has found on bananas such as damaged on storage, as well as citrus fruits. Improvements tothe appearance of the fruit has been tried to do by the application of emulsion of he rbal oils, oleic acid, wax,twee n, and the results showe d the fruits still in a fre sh condition afte r four weeks of treatme nt while theuntre ated fruits were rotten due tothe infe ction of microbes. The blackspots of insects ormicrobes infectionson the treated fruits can be eliminated as well. Some inse cts and microbial attacks were found that leads tofruit rot which can essentially be removed by tre atment with antimicrobial tre atment. This research tries tochart the effects on the competitiveness of local fruits, such as continuity of production, standardization andregulation which could be developed at the local level in the village community.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian adalah meminimalkan tindak kriminalitas di Bali melalui sistem pembinaan pemasyarakatan yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna sehingga narapidana setelah menjalani masa hukumannya di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIa Kerobokan Denpasar menyadari kesalahannya serta tidak mengulanginya kembali dengan pendekatan kepariwisataan. Hal ini sangat penting karena jika tetap dibiarkan setiap tahunnya akan terus “lahir” penjahat-penjahat baru dengan modus dan variasi kriminalitas yang baru pula (school of crime). Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah melalui dialog-sosialisasi terfokus sehingga hasil-hasil penelitian tentang Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan sebelumnya dapat dikenal dan dipahami oleh pemegang kebijakan beserta staf di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar. Hasil Pengabdian adalah pihak Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar mulai mengetahui peran dan hubungan pembinaan kepada narapidana dengan kepariwisataan di Bali. Hanya saja masih sulit dirasakan untuk merealisasikannya karena Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar bagian dari sistem besar dari Kementerian Hukum dan Ham RI. Sehingga memerlukan payung hukum dan perintah dari pusat untuk pelaksanaan program baru seperti pengembangan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan sebagai daya tarik wisata.

Abstract

The main problem is how to start the development of tourist village in Bongkasa village. In fact, the locationof this village near Ubud (Gianyar) that many tourists visited everyday. The purpose of are to provide anunderstanding of the potential of tourism owned and provide tourism planning as grand design to develop thevillage of Bongkasa as a tourist village. The scope are potential tourism analysis and tourism planning.Tourism planning based on the potential and existing conditions. The method used are counseling and FGD.Starting from the initial survey, field research and literature study. The results are synergized with theaspirations of local society and analyzed qualitatively from science of tourism perspective. Revealed that thevillage of Bongkasa very feasible for the development of tourist villages with potential of nature, culturalpotential and artificial potential. Bongkasa as a tourist village need macro planning as a grand design calledframework implementation policy development model.

Abstract

The tourism development in many tourism destination appears to ignore history. Geneology or social record as a history of the formation of existing conditions is considered less important. This study try to understand by apply the tourimsmorphosis concept in Badung, Banyuwangi and East Luwu. Tourismmorphosis as the evolution of tourism can be both progress and regress as an inevitable change. Consisting of the introductory stage, the reaction stage, the institutionalization stage and the compromise stage. The research paradigm is qualitative with qualitative methods and techniques, hermeneutic data analysis techniques and thick descriptive data presentation. The research results understanding that Badung was at the compromise stage, Banyuwangi at the institutional stage and East Luwu at the introductory stage. Hence, the consider of research findings could be used as a basis for future tourism development.

Abstract

Bali Tourism has grown for the hundred years, but there has never been a mapping of its developmental stages and its future predictions. This article examines the development of tourism in Bali in the past, present, and future predictions, as well as discourse in each stage. Data were collected by literature study, observation, and in-depth interviews with diachronic informants. The main theory used is critical evolution and genealogy. This article offers a model of tourismemorphosis as a stage of tourism development along with its paradigms including the introduction stage, reaction stage, institutional stage, and compromise stage. The prediction of future Bali tourism development is to remain at the compromise stage with the transtourism paradigm that is paradigm with the effort of adjusting all tourism components to respond to the big and rapid changes of tourism globally. Always compromise, Bali tourism stakeholders in the future are still demanded to be creative in the future, customary government, market dynamics, IT development, customs, and religious rituals to survive or even move forward.

Abstract

The Sacred area of ??Masceti Temple is located in Medahan Village, Blahbatuh District. The Number of tourists began increasing is an indication of the tourism potential that can be developed. This is the background of choosing the topic "Tourist Perception of Masceti Temple Sacred Area in Medahan Village" to be studied. This research used qualitative and quantitative study methods those are qualitative descriptive analysis, validity test analysis, reliability test and frequency analysis to know the perception of tourists to the destination. Data sources from primary data and secondary data. Data completion technique using observation method, interview, literature study, documentation, and questionnaire. The technique of determining tourist samples used in this study is a quota sampling technique. The finding of Tourism Potentials are panoramic nature, socio-cultural, artificial or economical and the perception of tourists to destination consist into four aspects those are tourist perception of tourism attraction, tourist perception of access to location, tourists perception of tourism facility and tourist perception of tourism service. From this research can be concluded that The Sacred Area of Masceti Temple already has tourism potentials which is needed for a way for the development that must follow the rules of The Sacred Area of Masceti Temple. So, it can be realized without reducing the sanctity of Masceti Temple as Kahyangan Jagat Temple in Gianyar regency, Bali. Abstract

The number of tourist arrivals during the low season tends to decline. It also has an impact on sightseeing. Therefore, marketing strategy is very important to be able to increase the number of tourist visit to be able to compete with other tourism object and can give positive impact for society Sembalun. Sembalun tourism is located on Jalan Wisata Rinjani, Sembalun Bumbung, Kab. East Lombok Kec. Sembalun, Sembalun Village of West Nusa Tenggara. This study aims to determine the marketing mix, and marketing strategy at Sembalun Tour. The data collection in this research is done by observation, in-depth interview, document and literature study. The determination of informants was determined on the basis of random purposive sampling in which subjects were chosen on the basis of specified criteria. These criteria are Sembalun tourism managers and communities around Sembalun East Lombok. The result of this research is marketing mix at Sembalun tourism based on product, price, distribution channel, promotion, person, physical proof and process. In this research also discuss about SWOT analysis about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are owned by Sembalun tourism which is related to mix mix (marketing mix), from marketing strategy that is Increase promotion to other market, Increase cooperation with Travel agent good Outside and inside the country, improve access, improve the quality of human resources. Abstract

Tourism in each region should be able to provide benefits to the local community, especially the economic benefits. Sustainable tourism, should be intensified in tourism development at this time, because they have a positive impact on society, but it does not negatively impact the natural state. This research was conducted in Ekowisata Mangrove Kampoeng Kepiting , Tuban Village, Badung Regency. This study used a technique-depth interviews with the head of the fishermen, and the secretary of the fishermen, and using purposive sampling method. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive analysis techniques that will be used to describe the results of interviews that have been conducted. The results of this study, that Ecotourism is managed entirely by a group of fishermen, with the division of tasks to handle all existing activities. Socio-economic impact that occurs by adding the income of fishermen, full employment, building a fishermen economy, changing the mindset of fishermen on the environment, fishermen have the skills, able to organize, and interact well. From the results of this study are expected to be fishermen, to increase the fishing economy, and maintaining the principles which will not be affected to investors, both domestic investors and foreign investors, because the people who should be able to host their own country. Abstract

Gallery Ogoh – ogoh in Yadnya Museum is a collection of objects og various shapes ogoh – ogoh. The building gallery ogoh – ogoh is right beside the Taman Ayung, Mengwi. Gallery ogoh – ogoh is very usefull for tourists who did not get to see ogoh – ogoh during Nyepi day. So they are more enjoyable to see anytime the uniqueness of ogoh – ogoh itself. Application concept Museum is an essential componenr to be used as a benchmark to improve the quality and facilities at gallery ogoh – ogoh as a tourist attraction. This study aims to anlyze the applictions concept museum on gallery ogoh – ogoh for tourist attraction. Data was collected through observation, unstructured interviews, literature study and documentation. Determinationtechniquesinformant/sampleispurposive. For the determination ofthe sampleusing“sampleimplementationanalysis”, by taking theexample ofthe bestmuseumsinBalias a benchmarktobe used asan example ofa conceptthatwill beapplied to thegalleryogoh-ogohas a tourist attraction. The concept of the museum which was applied to the gallery ogoh- ogoh seen from the standard guidelines of founding a museum, so it can be explained from any related components. As a tourist attraction gallery ogoh - ogoh has had 1) Attractions (Attractions) is good, 2) Accessibility (accessibilities) is enough, 3) Amenities or facilities(suit) is enough, 4)Ancillaryservices namely tourism organizations required for tourist services ares till not good. The results of this study also provides recommendations to the manager gallery ogoh- ogoh to improve facilities and quality as an attraction that can be presented to tourists.
