Abstract

Pariwisata budaya memanfaatkan kearifan lokal Bali seperti penggunaan motif tenunan atau patra Bali. Pemanfaatan tersebut tergambar jelas dalam produk yang dihasilkan oleh pengusaha lokal. Pengusaha lokal relatif lemah dalam melindungi Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) untuk menjaga nilai dan manfaat ekonomi dari karya atau produk yang mereka hasilkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian empiris dan menganalisis masalah yang terjadi di lapangan. Urgensi penelitian ini mencoba untuk membuka akar permasalahan yang terjadi di bidang begitu banyak budaya dan karya pengusaha lokal yang diklaim oleh pihak / pengusaha asing. Jenis kesadaran pengusaha lokal dalam memperoleh hak kekayaan intelektual tergantung pada target pasar yang dituju. Hukum Indonesia hanya mampu melindungi hak kekayaan intelektual di ranah NKRI tetapi jika klaim luar negeri (negara lain), hukum Indonesia tidak bisa campur tangan dalam negara lain dalam arti bahwa hukum Indonesia tidak bisa melindungi HKI pengusaha lokal yang didaftarkan oleh pihak / pengusaha asing di negara lain.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian adalah meminimalkan tindak kriminalitas di Bali melalui sistem pembinaan pemasyarakatan yang tepat sasaran dan tepat guna sehingga narapidana setelah menjalani masa hukumannya di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Klas IIa Kerobokan Denpasar menyadari kesalahannya serta tidak mengulanginya kembali dengan pendekatan kepariwisataan. Hal ini sangat penting karena jika tetap dibiarkan setiap tahunnya akan terus “lahir” penjahat-penjahat baru dengan modus dan variasi kriminalitas yang baru pula (school of crime). Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah melalui dialog-sosialisasi terfokus sehingga hasil-hasil penelitian tentang Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan sebelumnya dapat dikenal dan dipahami oleh pemegang kebijakan beserta staf di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar. Hasil Pengabdian adalah pihak Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar mulai mengetahui peran dan hubungan pembinaan kepada narapidana dengan kepariwisataan di Bali. Hanya saja masih sulit dirasakan untuk merealisasikannya karena Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan Denpasar bagian dari sistem besar dari Kementerian Hukum dan Ham RI. Sehingga memerlukan payung hukum dan perintah dari pusat untuk pelaksanaan program baru seperti pengembangan Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kerobokan sebagai daya tarik wisata.

Abstract

Bali Province is a province that relies on regional revenue in the tourism sector. Equitable development between North Bali South Bali require assistance through the form of government policy. One of the Bali provincial government policy is to break the waves of tourists is to build the port infrastructure development of tourism. Theory authority and policy concepts used to solve the problems concerning the form of government policy in the Bali Provincial Tourism Port infrastructure development as the carrying capacity of tourist distribution in promoting tourism in Bali. Normative research used in analyzing problems of government authority between state-owned enterprises and local goverment in accordance with regulations Indonesian republic. Explores the principle of decentralization adopted by the government system in Indonesia with a delegation of authority from the central government to local governments. Tourism ports is essential to be realized as one of the factors of sustainable tourism in Bali.

Abstract

The development of tourism, supported by a breakthrough in the development of industry 4.0, has brought great changes to people in all parts of the world.Tourism is a secondary need for millennial today. They have different motivations individually towards the destination they dream of. People who buy overseas travel packages in travel agents have an escape mode by separating themselves from the tour group at certain destinations.The writing method used in this study is empirical legal research methods supported by primary and secondary data with data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and literature studies.The form of default carried out by Indonesian tourists is classified as doing something in an agreement that is prohibited/ cannot be done.Defaults are made by tourists who will separate themselves from the group and disappear during the tour.They do not return to the hotel or appear within 24 hours so they can be declared lost and reported missing.This activity can broaden the image of the Unitary State of Indonesia in general and the image of travel agents in particular.There needs to be coordination between the community, the government and businessmen of travel agents in suppressing the practices or activities of illegal immigrants.

Abstract

Ubud which is famous for cultural tourism has encouraged the local community to participate in these tourism activities. Performing traditional dance that develops in every banjar in Ubud by involving local communities in the implementation will certainly contribute to the lives of people in Ubud both material and non-material. This study aims to determine the contribution of traditional dance performances as a tourist attraction to the welfare of local communities in the Indigenous Village of Ubud, Ubud District, Gianyar Regency.In this study using primary data sources and supported by secondary data obtained directly by observation and interviews, and the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis by reducing data which is then presented and concluded. The results of this study show that the contribution of traditional performing arts to the welfare of the local community can be seen from the community's involvement, either directly or indirectly. Being involved in performance performances is a side profession for the local community. Apart from helping economically, the results of this art performance can also contribute to the socio-cultural field of the community in traditional villages.Keyword: Contributions, Performing Arts, Prosperity, Local Communities

Abstract

The tourism sector has a lot of impact on the economy of Badung Regency, especially in the Province of Bali even though, the ongoing activities of exclusive beach borders that are used for public spaces cannot yet be tolerated.As for the scope of the research, there are exclusive activities carried out by tourism entrepreneurs in the area of ??the beach that are used for exclusive activities, such as: tourist activities, community activities, activities of businesses in the field of tourism, viewpoints of tourists, viewpoints of people who live in villages. Seminyak customary, along with the regency-Badung regulations regarding exclusive activities on the coastline at DTW Double-Six Beach. techniques in collecting data in this study include observation, interviews, literature studies, and also documentation. The purposive sampling method is the technique of determining the informants used. The technique used in the cultivation of the report is a qualitative descriptive analysis. Exclusive activities at Sempadan Pantai carried out by tourism entrepreneurs include: K-Resto, Blue9Beach, The Sand Beach Bar&Grill, Capil Beach Grill&Bar, D’Joglo Beach Bar&Restaurant, The-Camplung Bar&Restaurant, La-Plancha, Bali Juice-Park, Taris-Bali, dan Chiringuito Bar-Grill- Restaurant. This exclusive activity also gives effect to the people who live around the Smeinyak Indigenous Village community, among others in terms of language, how to dress, building a business place, music flow, food and drink, and so forth. Abstract

The tourism village is one alternative tourism that is currently growing in the Bali tourism industry, and one of them is the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village. Kaba Tourism Village - Kaba is a tourism village that has just been established by the Regional Government of Tabanan Regency, so that currently Kaba - Kaba Village is still preparing itself to become a tourist attraction, so this research is important to know how the management that takes place in the Kaba Tourism Village - Kaba so that the village is ready to promote itself as one of the tourist attractions in Tabanan Regency. In this study using primary data sources obtained directly by observation and interviews, and data analysis techniques used in this study are qualitative analysis by reducing the data which is then presented and concluded. The results of this study note that the management of the Kaba - Kaba Tourism Village is fully managed by the Pokdarwis. Abstract

Sababay Winery is a lokal wine company that has wine tourism which focus on winery tour. The purpose of this research is to find out about winery tour activities and its capability as a superior, artificial tourist attractions in Medahan village. The research methods are using qualitative method with primary dan secondary data types. The methods of collecting data are through interviews, observations and documentations. The methods of determination of informants are purposive sampling.The result of this research, Sababay Winery tour is a tour that explain about how to make wine directly also trying some wine that Sababay Winery has and in the capacity of winery tour as superior artificial tourist attractions. This research explains about how to make wine instantly from its factory, along with ‘wine testing’ which the company has. Explaining privileges and superiority of wines made by Sababay Winery so that they are able to become other lokal wine competitors in Bali. The Sababay Wine Factory empowers human resources from the village of Medahan to become a reliable and trained workforce for the welfare of the lokal community. Sababay Winery is trying its best in helping development of Medahan village by holding CSR activities for Medahan village.Keyword: Sababay Winery tour, Wine Tourism, Artificial Tourist Attraction
