Consignment sales done entrust the goods to the buyer / outlet which acts as a sales agent . The company currently experiencing problems when consignment sales .To overcome the problems faced by PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo then made design registration applications consignment sales .With this application, recording consignment sales at PT. Semesta Nustra Distrindo can simplify and solve the problems in the process of consignment sales at PT . Semesta Nustra Distrindo. With this application can help companies in consignment sales and consignment sales can generate reports , billing statements , payment reports , and sales schedules based on time and location specified.

Sales transactions is a major transaction on the CV. Loka Karya Sidoarjo, poor existing system can make the process these transactions into long and lead to additional costs, and can reduce the profits derived by an enterprise. Many companies are still using Microsoft Office Exel as the main database of the various transactions that exist, so companies get very limited information to be used as reference for future decision making.The solution to overcome these problems is to create an information system able to manage the sale of goods that all transactions in the company accurately, quickly and easily with a desktop base. Based on trial results information system that has been done with CV. Loka Karya hence the presence of these can provide a CV. Loka Karya in the data management process of selling goods to generate reports or accurate information, helping companies in the goods receipt data management and overcome bad credit problems. All the features available in this program can make the company into increased productivity and mitigate the risks that occur.

Abstract: Regional Employment Board or BKD is owned by the government agency in charge of implementing the preparation and implementation of regional policies in the field of employment, and can be assigned to carry out the implementation of the authority delegated by the Government to as Representative of the Government in the framework of deconcentration. BKD East Java is an agency that specialized personnel in the area of East Java. To improve the quality of human resources, then carried out the assessment process, the assessment in question is the performance appraisal.Nowadays, the assessment using assessment form East Java BKD submitted in each city and distributed to agencies that have employees JFT. Long process of distributing a form of assessment, and the assessment results. In addition, BKD also need to collect data on JFT employees recommended for promotion. From each of the above problems, the biggest impact is employee development apparatus JFT will be hampered because the time is not in accordance with the schedule recommended training for employees. From the above problems made JFT employee performance evaluation application that can provide a good recommendation and report to the BKD East Java and related institutions with a quick and precise.Keywords: Application, Performance Appraisal, Human Resources

PT Vitapharm is a leading cosmetic company in Indonesia that produces cosmeticproducts. In its operational activities, PT Vitapharm still has several obstacles in its business processes, one of the main problems is that some processes still use manual systems and have not yet integrated one process with another because there is no adequate information technology support. Thus, the business processes within the company have not been able to support the company to achieve organizational goals. Therefore, PT Vitapharm requires an Enterprise Architecture design so that the company's business goals can be achieved with the help of information technology. To solve the problems faced by PT Vitapharm can be completed by designing an Enterprise Architecture with the TOGAF framework. TOGAF framework was chosen because it can design and solve problems faced by PT Vitapharm. The stages of designing an Enterprise Architecture with the TOGAF framework start from the preliminary phase, requirements management, architecture vision, business architecture, information system architecture, technology architecture, opportunities and solutions, and migration planning. This study does not use the implementation governance and architecture change management stages. Research using the TOGAF framework produces an enterprise architecture design that can answer the needs of PT Vitapharm in order to adapt to the Information System/Information Technology strategic planning. The results of this study are designs that can be used by PT Vitapharm and become PT Vitapharm's reference in compiling business process improvements so that they can improve the company's internal business processes and can improve operational activities, and can achieve company goals.

E-commerce has changed the buying and selling process and the way people interact via the internet. One company that uses e-commerce is PT Patriot Memory Indonesia. PT Patriot Memory Indonesia sells well-known computer peripherals, including the Solid State Drive (SSD). PT Patriot Memory Indonesia wants to analyze customer feedback regarding SSD products sold in e-commerce, namely Shopee by using Text Network Analysis (TNA) which is one part of social computing. Social computing is a science that focuses on social behavior and social contexts using computing systems. One of the tools of social computing, namely Text Network Analysis (TNA), is a research technique that focuses on identifying and comparing network relationships between words, sentences, and systems to model interactions that generate new knowledge or information. In this study, TextNetwork Analysis will show consumer perceptions through the feedback it provideson buyer reviews. The opinions expressed by consumers in buyer reviews can be analyzed so that they can connect each word and create associations of consumer perceptions of a product. Thus, it can be seen the aspects that must be addressed by the company to improve consumer perceptions. The problem analyzed is the development of social computing in analyzing big data. Can the company take advantage of this information so that they know the perceptions of their consumers through the information in the customer feedback at Shopee. Through Text Network Analysis in social computing, researchers will know the association of each word of consumer perception and can see the perception that has the highest degree of a product and see its relationship with other perceptions. This study looks at consumer perceptions of Patriot SSD products at Shopee. The results of this study can help provide customer feedback information to PT Patriot Memory Indonesia.

The development of information technology has brought many positive impacts on society. One of the most felt impacts is the use of the website. Websites can help provide information about an organization. The organization can be a profit oriented organization or a non profit oriented organization. One organization that requires the use of a website is the Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation. The Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation is located in the Rawa Buntu area, Tangerang. The Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation houses about 80 orphans. The Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation has always relied on donations from the surrounding community for their daily needs and activities at the orphanage. The Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation so far in recording donations and orphanage activities as well as managing orphans still uses the manual method, so it is difficult to provide information to donors to find out activities in the orphanage, as well as the limited information that can be known by the public about the orphanage. With the design of the Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation's website, it can help the community (donors) in making donations, as well as regarding various activities and data regarding orphans sheltered by the Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation. This website design will use the PHP and HTML programming languages. It is hoped that this website will make it easier for people (donors) to make donations, and help the Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation to manage and provide information related to activities at the Mekar Lestari Orphanage Foundation.

PT Cahaya Manunggal merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang jasa penyewaan AC. Adapun permasalahan pada PT Cahaya Manunggal adalah penagihan yang dilakukan ditagihkan per tahun, sehingga harus membuat pihak PT Cahaya Manunggal harus membuat jadwal penagihan selama masa penyewaan AC. Akibat dari pembuatan yang dilakukan secara manual membuat seringkali terjadinya kesalahan dalam pembuatan tagihan. Pada penelitian ini akan difokuskan terhadap pembuatan sistem informasi aplikasi penyewaan AC untuk membantu PT Cahaya Manunggal dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada di PT Cahaya Manunggal ini. Pembuatan Sistem Informasi ini akan menggunakan Web sebagai dasar dari pengoperasian sistemya. Penggunaan web dilakukan dilakukan karena sistem yang di buat nantinya akan digunakan dan dioperasikan pada sebuah perusahaan yang alur kerjanya bisa berubah tergantung kebijakan maupun akan adanya penambahan fitur untuk membantu operasional perusahaan yang akan menimbulkan perubahan terkait sistem yang telah dirancang. Dengan demikian penggunaan website dilakukan agar dapat memudahkan apabila terdapat perubahan pada sistem sehingga user tidak perlu melakukan update ataupun install ulang untuk mendapatkan fitur terbaru, karena perubahan hanya dilakukan dari sisi server saja. Pembuatan sistem ini akan menggunakan alat bantu antara lain ERD, UML serta Mockup sebagai gambaran dari aplikasi yang akan dirancang. Penerapan Sistem Informasi berbasis web ini akan memudahkan PT Cahaya Manunggal dalam melakukan pencatatan serta penagihan operasional perusahaan mereka. Juga mempermudah dalam monitoring tiap transaksi-transaksi yangterjadi pada PT Cahaya Manunggal.

Perancangan Aplikasi Digital Wallet SIX M” ini dibuat untuk membantu dan mempermudah masyarakat dalam melakukan transaksi keuangan dan mengatur keuangan.berinovasi dengan adanya teknologi dalam aktifitas transaksi pembayaran.Fintech merupakan implementasi dan pemanfaatan teknologi untuk peningkatan layanan jasa perbankan dan keuangan yang umumnya dilakukan oleh perusahaan rintisan (startup) yang memanfaatkan teknologi software, internet, dan komunikasi. Bentuk dasar Fintech antara lain Pembayaran (digital wallets, Peer to Peer, payments), Investasi (equity crowdfunding, Peer to Peer Lending), Pembiayaan (crowdfunding, micro-loans, credit facilities), Asuransi (risk management), Lintasproses (big data analysis, predicitive modeling), Infrastruktur (security) Perkembangan teknologi dan Inovasi tersebut memunculkan sistem pembayaran elektronik berupa uang elektronik.PerkembanganE-Wallet saatinimemilikibeberapakendalaantara lain ketidakstabilanaplikasisaatdigunakan, beberapafitur yang tidaklengkap, user interface aplikasi yang tidakramahdigunakan. Beberapa kendala tersebut menyebabkan beberapa aplikasi E-Wallet kalah bersaing dan tidak digunakan kembali oleh pengguna, karena pengguna merasa kecewa atas layanan tersebut. Dengan demikian dibuatlah perancangan aplikasi digital wallet Six M untuk mengatasi beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi pengguna saat menggunakan aplikasi E-Wallet.

CV. Budi Mandiri is a company engaged in the services sector that was built in 2005 at Pakis 86 Surabaya. At the inception of a company stand, the owner of CV. Budi Mandiri only handle a request driving course, but over time, CV. Budi Mandiri open a business as the Salon car or washing polishes car. Business activity in the CV. Budi Mandiri are driving course registration and payment, sales of car polish cleaning services, and payments of cash or purchase equipment polishing car wash. For process reporting a transaction is still recorded manually. The owner did not know the income received for never making a finance report in detail. The waterfall model is one method of system development SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) that are typical in the execution of each phase, each phase of the waterfall must be completed before proceeding to the next development phase. Waterfal model used in application design financial reports on the CV. Budi Mandiri .And stages through Waterfall models are determination and specification analysis, system design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. Report Finance Aplication is a system that can archive data on revenues and cash expenditure company. Furthermore, the output generated application of financial report are a general journal report, ledger, income statement, statement of changes in equity, and the balance sheet.Keywords : Waterfall model, System Development Life Cycle,Finance Report

Perkembangan financial Technology yang memicu munculnya banyak kesempatan bisnis baru di dunia teknologi ini, memberikan peningkatan pada keinginan pengguna atas aplikasi untuk membuka peluang bisnis khususnya bagi para UMKM. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengembangan sistem yang dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan observasi atas tren financial technology, studi pustaka, dan studi sejenis. Selanjutnya, pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Web Development Life Cycle Model (WDLC) yang meliputi Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Testing, dan Maintenance Phase. Perancangan sistem dengan pendekatan terstruktur dengan tools BPMN dan Flowchart, perancangan aplikasi menggunakan software Visual Studio Code dengan PHP, HTML, dan CSS sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL Database sebagai platform basisdata. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa website crowdfunding “Hand-to-Hand”. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu para investor untuk dapat melakukan proses bisnis dan investasi sekaligus membantu pada pembuka usaha UMKM untuk mendapatkan dana tambahan bagi kelangsungan bisis. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah website equity-based crowdfunding ini dapat membantu membuka peluang bisnis bagi pada investor, sebagai wadah untuk investasi, dan membantu pelaku bisnis bertemu dengan investor yang dapat mendukung kelangsungan bisnis mereka.
