Abstract

Fathul Qorib is the main reference for Islamic law studies in Indonesian Islamic boarding schools (Pesantren) because this book has a historical scientific heritage from the classical period of Islam. Indonesian Pesantrens have different characteristics in reading and learning Fathul Qorib based on conditions that develop and occur in the surrounding area. This paper uses the observation method by observing and interviewing students, ustadz/teachers, and kiai to trace patterns of knowledge transmission. The object of this research is Pesantren YAPINK and Attaqwa located in Bekasi district with two different types of Pesantren in terms of religious ideological background and the early history of the establishment of the Islamic boarding school. From the results of the research conducted, the reading of Fathul Qorib at the Pesantren YAPINK and Attaqwa has similarities and differences. The transmission of knowledge at YAPINK comes from internal and external sources because the teachers of the Fathul Qorib are graduated of YAPINK and other Pesantren such as Ploso Kediri and Sarang, while Attaqwa comes from internal-only because all Fathul Qorib teachers are from Attaqwa graduated.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting Bahasa Arab dalam diplomasi antara Indonesia dan Mesir, terutama pada periode awal kemerdekaan Indonesia dan dukungan Mesir terhadapnya. Penguasaan Bahasa Arab, khususnya oleh diplomat ulung seperti Haji Agus Salim, menjadi kunci dalam membangun hubungan diplomatik yang erat dan memperoleh dukungan internasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai peran Bahasa Arab dalam pendidikan, terutama ketika diposisikan dalam konteks diplomasi dan hubungan internasional Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur sebagai pendekatan awal untuk menggali pemahaman mendalam terkait sejarah hubungan diplomatik antara Indonesia dan Mesir. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti relevansi Bahasa Arab dalam konteks pendidikan diplomasi. Integrasi Bahasa Arab dalam kurikulum pendidikan diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi komunikasi efektif, membentuk pemahaman mendalam tentang nilai-nilai kultural, dan menghasilkan generasi yang mampu berperan aktif dalam diplomasi global. Tantangan dan peluang dalam pengajaran Bahasa Arab perlu diatasi untuk memaksimalkan manfaatnya dalam pendidikan modern. Pemahaman mendalam tentang Bahasa Arab menjadi faktor kunci dalam membangun kerjasama antarnegara dan mempromosikan perdamaian dunia di era globalisasi. Penguasaan Bahasa Arab memiliki peran signifikan dalam sejarah hubungan diplomasi antara Indonesia dan Mesir serta memberikan kontribusi penting dalam konteks pendidikan diplomasi dan hubungan internasional.

Abstract

Abstrak:                         Hadis merupakan sumber ajaran islam kedua setelah kitab al-Quran. Memahami hadis adalah sesuatu pekerjaan yang rumit karena dibutuhkan analisis yang cermat untuk memahami makna tekstual dan kontekstualnya. Karena pada kondisi sekarang yang tentunya sudah berbeda dari zaman dahulu. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hukum perempuan yang bepergian tanpa pendampingan mahram khususnya pada praktik di Mabna Syarifah Mudaim Ma’had al-Jami’ah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Kajian ini penting untuk dilakukan kontekstualisasi dalam pemahaman hadis.  Dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif, penulis melakukan studi pustaka dengan mengumpulkan beberapa hadis tentang larangan perempuan bepergian tanpa mahram serta berbagai pendapat ulama yang menjelaskan tentang permasalahan tersebut. Kemudian permasalahan tersebut dikaitkan dengan kasus di Mabna Syarifah Mudaim Mahad Al-Jamiah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta.  Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa boleh hukumnya bagi mahasantri Mabna Syarifah Mudaim Mahad al-Jamiah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta bepergian dengan tujuan belajar karena keamanan yang menjadi alasan utama sudah terjamin baik selama perjalanan maupun saat menetap di daerah tujuan.  Abstract: Hadith is the second source of Islamic references after Quran. To understand it not only textually, but must understand it contextually as well. Because the current conditions are different from the past. This aims to find out how the law of women who travel without being accompanied by a mahram, especially in practice at Mabna Syarifah Mudaim Ma'had al-Jami'ah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. This makes it important to do contextualization in understanding hadith. By using a qualitative approach method, the author conducted a literature study by collecting several hadiths about the prohibition of women traveling without a mahram as well as various opinions of scholars explaining this problem. Then these problems are connected with the case at Mabna Syarifah Mudaim Mahad Al-Jamiah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The results of this study concluded that it is permissible for students of Mabna Syarifah Mudaim Mahad al-Jamiah UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta to travel for the purpose of studying because security which is the main reason is guaranteed both during the trip and when staying in the destination area.

Abstract

This study examines the development, orientation and characteristics of the study of contemporary traditions in all online journals PTKI Indonesia on the portal Moraref. According to R. Michel Feener and Daniel Djuned, the study of hadith in Indonesia is growing dynamically and PTKI is at the center of its development. This is contradictory to Martin Van Bruinessen and Ahmad Rafiqi's assertion that the opposite is even less likely to develop. The methodology used by the author is descriptive-content analysis. Where the authors make all the journal articles containing the hadith studies in the Moraref Portal as the main data in the study, in addition to the literature relating to the study of hadith as secondary data. This research found Characteristics of study of Hadith in Indonesia if traced through e- journals that have been indexed Moraref categorized in six categories, namely thematic Hadith Studies with the number of articles 80 articles, Hadith scholarship as many as 74 articles, Studies of Hadits and hadith thinking with 49 articles, as many as 35 articles Hadith Studies orientalisme as many as 36 articles Studies of living hadith as many as 18 articles. So the most dominant in the study of hadith in Indonesia is a thematic research both in religious rituals and social issues.
