Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the teacher's role in motivating the learning of SD Alkhairaat 03 Kampung Makassar students during the pandemic and to describe the factors that inhibited student learning motivation at SD Alkhairaat 03 Kampung Makassar, Ternate City. This study uses a qualitative research approach. In collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Respondents in this study were classroom teachers and students. The results showed that the teacher's role in motivating students was maximal, the teacher gave various motivations by (1) giving praise; (2) involving students in the learning process; (3) make class conditions conducive; (4) the use of various learning media. While the inhibiting factors for the lack of student learning motivation during the pandemic are (1) lack of internet access when online learning is implemented; (2) teachers do not really understand how to learn by using online applications; (3) media and learning models that do not vary. Thus it can be concluded that the teacher's role in motivating students' learning at SD Alkhairaat 03 Kampung Makassar, Ternate City is good, but less than optimal because there are still obstacles. Teachers should in the learning process use more varied methods, invite students to learn to take advantage of the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Siswa SMA dan sederajat dengan berbagai sikap dan perilakunya, dal amkehidupan kesehariannya kadang menjadi suatu paradoks. Dipicu juga dengansentuhan sentuhan nilai nilai pendidikan moral yang sangat minim, dan telahhilang sen sitifitas pada dirinya berupa: sense o f humanity, sense of community,sense of cultural, sense of religi, dan sense of belonging Dengan demikianmaka transformasi nilai nilai pendidikan moral melalui upaya kerja sama dansaling mendukung antara orang tua dan guru merupakan suatu keniscayaan.Selain itutransformasi nilai nilai moral juga membutuhkan keterlibatan tokohmasyarakat , tokoh agama dan tokoh adat untuk bersinergi sesuai denganperannya masing masing. Dibutuhkan adanya refleksi mendalam dari semuapihak bahwa; pertama , anak ( a tau subj ek didik adalah amanah AllahSwt kepada setiap orang tua, maka tergantung orang tuanya mau menjadikananak tersebut, menjadi manusia yang beradab ataukah manusia y ang biadab .Kedua , anak merupakan in vestas i masa depan, untuk bangsa dan negarabahk an untuk kepentingan agama. Ketiga bahwa anak juga merupakan cobaa n,bagi semua orang tua. Kalau ketiga hal tersebut di atas diperhatikan, penulisyakin dan percaya bahwa harta yang tak ternilai harganya itu akan l ebihdidahulukan untuk diperhatikan, dari pada pekerjaan dan urusan keduniawiaanlainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the reading comprehension ability of fifthgrade students of SD Negeri 1 Gubukusuma. This research is a qualitative descriptivestudy, which is a research technique that describes and interprets the data that has beencollected by paying attention to the aspects assessed by the data collection techniqueusing observation, test, and documentation techniques. Data analysis in this study usedquantitative qualitative techniques.The results of this study indicate the ability to read comprehension in fifth grade studentsof SD Negeri 1 Gubukusuma seen in the data on student ability test results, from 15students the maximum score obtained was 100% with very good qualifications, and aminimum score of 75% in the sufficient category, and the acquisition of grades theaverage score reached 87% with a good category and met the minimum completenesscriteria.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to find out the application of the Reward and Punishment method to improving the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 28 Ternate City in sub-theme 2 about environmental change (2) to find out the improvement in learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 28 Ternate City towards the application of the Reward and Punishment method to Sub-Theme 2 of Environmental Change. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 3 stages including (1) Planning (2) Implementation and observation (3) Reflection. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 28 Kota Ternate class V with a total of 17 students consisting of 11 boys and 6 girls. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation and written tests. Data analysis used in this research is qualitative analysis.Based on the results of the study, it was shown that in cycle I there were 11 or 64.70% of students who achieved the KKM score. This shows that with the application of the Reward and Punishment method to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 28 Kota Ternate in sub-theme 2 environmental change has not been successful. Therefore this action is continued in cycle II. With the improvement in cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes, namely 14 or 82.35% of students who had achieved KKM scores were obtained. Thus it can be concluded that with the application of the Reward and Punishment method to improve student learning outcomes of class V SD Negeri 28 Ternate City in sub-theme 2 environmental change can improve student learning outcomes and be declared successful.
