Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi pada saat ini, masih banyak guru yang belum menggunakan modul ajar berdiferensiasi dan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh guru untuk membuat dan mendesain modul ajar adalah canva. Tujuan dari penelitian ini menghasilkan modul ajar berdiferensiasi yang valid dan efektif dalam meningkatkan student well being di sekolah dasar. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, evaluasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 80 peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri di Gugus Jenderal Soedirman Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan oleh peneliti berupa lembar validasi ahli dan praktisi. Selanjutnya instrumen penilaian divalidasi oleh tiga validator yakni validator materi, validator media dan validator praktisi. Hasil validasi dilakukan oleh ahli materi diperoleh persentase sebesar 94,33% dikategorikan sangat valid sedangkan nilai validator dari ahli media memperoleh hasil 97,73% dikategorikan sangat valid, sementara hasil validasi dari praktisi diperoleh persentase sebesar 95,50% dikategorikan sangat valid. Selanjutnya hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan modul ajar berdiferensiasi berbantuan canva efektif dalam meningkatakan student well being terlihat dari nilai rata-rata student well being pada kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari pada kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian hasil produk pengembangan modul ajar berdiferensiasi berbantuan canva sangat valid serta dapat digunakan guru sebagai perangkat ajar dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian R&D dengan ADDIE ini hanya sampai tahap Analysis, Desain, Development, sehingga peneliti berharap untuk penelitian berikutnya bisa mengembangkan sampai tahap Implementation dan Evaluation.

Abstract

Instilling democratic values in students at school is an important part of character building for the young generation who have a sense of nation and state. One effort that can be made is to implement a program to strengthen the profile of Pancasila Students through the election of the OSIS Chairperson at SMA Nahdlatul Ulama, Tegal City. The election of the OSIS chairperson is not only an event to elect student leaders, but also a medium for instilling democratic values, which is an important aspect of the Pancasila Student profile. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of the Pancasila Student profile strengthening project can be carried out in the context of the election of the OSIS chairperson at SMA Nahdlatul Ulama, Tegal City. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method to identify the application of democratic values in the OSIS chairperson election process. The results of the study show that the OSIS chairperson election process at SMA Nahdlatul Ulama, Tegal City has succeeded in integrating democratic values in each stage. Students can find out about the process of the Pancasila student profile strengthening project in instilling democratic values through the election of the OSIS chairperson. Participants can understand and actively participate in each stage. This provides real experience for students in implementing healthy and just democratic values.

Abstract

This research study aims to determine the form of attitudes and intolerant behaviour, the influence of Tegalan's song “Tolerance” on the attitude of religious moderation and the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting religious moderation. Religious moderation and the supporting and inhibiting factors that affect the effectiveness of the effectiveness of the song “Tolerance” in improving the attitude of religious moderation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Tegal. Religious moderation in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Tegal. Type of This research is a qualitative research that uses research method (field research). The result of This research shows that there are still forms of intolerant attitudes and behaviors such as: Easy judging other people even to the rejection of differences. So that from The existence of this behaviour resulted in the birth of disharmony in the madrasah community as a whole. The effectiveness of the Tegalan song “Tolerance” can also increase moderate attitudes that can indirectly erode the social disharmony that occurs in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 3 Tegal. Supporting factors for the effectiveness of the song “Tolerance” in improving the attitude of religious moderation is a policy that is supported by all components of the school. All components of the school. While the inhibiting factor is the limited time to integrating songs in formal education programs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Multicultural Education through Differentiated Learning in KB Dabin Cahaya, Bojong District, Tegal Regency. This qualitative research analyses the teachers' and managers' understanding of the two concepts, the supporting and inhibiting factors for their implementation, and the impact on students' learning achievement. The results show that teachers and managers have a good understanding of both concepts, but there are still obstacles such as lack of training and resources. Differentiated learning is proven effective in improving students' learning motivation, concept understanding, social skills, self-confidence and critical thinking. This study concludes that the implementation of differentiated learning in the context of multicultural education has great potential in shaping students' characters that are tolerant, respect differences and have good learning achievements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media interaktif berbasis canva, keterampilan digital guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPAS. Jenis penelitian ini korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah 115 peserta didik dari 161 peserta didik kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Sarwas 7 Koordinator Wilayah Kecamatan Petarukan Kabupaten Pemalang dengan teknik proporsional random sampling. Metode pengupulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas angket, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Alat pengolah data yang digunakan adalah SPSS for windows versi 21. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpuikan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif penggunaan media interaktif canva, keterampilan digitasl guru dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar siswa Sekolah Dasar pada Sarwas 7 KWK Petarukan.

Abstract

ParentaI anxiety about the career of a chiIdwith speciaI needs is an emotionaI reaction to an uncIear object because of feeIings of worry that make parents feeI that something bad will happen to the career of their chiId who is different from other normaI chiIdren, both  physicaIIy and mentaIIy. MentaIIy, emotionaIIy and experience obstacIes in achieving optimaI deveIopment so that it can hinder the fuIfiIIment of nee parentaI anxiety, chiIdren with speciaI needs, future careerds aimed at changing tgeir chiId’s Iife situation for the better. This research aims to: (1) to understand the factors that cause parentaI anxiety about the career of chiIdren with speciaI needs. (2) to find out the roIe of parents in the future career of chiIdren with speciaI needs. (3) to find out parents’ strategies for reducing parentaI anxiety about their chiId's career with speciaI needs in the future using quaIitative case study research methods and data obtained using the resuIts of observations, interviews in the form of data that matches the facts in the fieId as appropriate. From this writing, resuIts were found, then presented in the form of a quaIitative case study using an information approach so that this research is caIIed descriptive anaIysis. Based on the resuIts of the anaIysis on the two respondents, not worrying too much about the future career of chiIdren with speciaI needs had a big impact on respondent 1, because according to him it is better to equip them to prepare for their future careers by aIways inviting their chiIdren to join in seIIing and teaching them how to seII, recap orders, how to can make a profit from seIIing. PIus, having support from those cIosest to you means that you don't have to worry too much about preparing your chiId's future career. And respondent 2 said that he feIt anxious about the work of chiIdren with speciaI needs because of the Iack of skiIIs and potentiaI that the chiId had, that anxiety that no pIace of work wiII accept him, his abiIity to think makes peopIe immediateIy reject him.

Abstract

Nagham Al-Qur’an adalah seni membaca Al-Qur’an dengan lagu. Membaca Al-Qur'an dengan lagu yang indah dan suara yang merdu akan memberikan ketenangan jiwa dan ketenteraman hati, baik bagi pembaca maupun pendengarnya. Namun, pengajaran Nagham Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren masih menggunakan model klasikal yang kurang membuat santri aktif dalam belajar serta hasil capaian yang belum maksimal. Penelitian ini memaparkan hasil penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share untuk meningkatkan kemampuan seni Nagham Al-Qur’an pada santriwati pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan faktor-faktor penyebab kurang aktifnya santriwati dalam pembelajaran Nagham Al-Qur’an, memaparkan implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share mata ajar seni Nagham Al-Qur’an pada santriwati pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal, dan menjabarkan hasil dan dampak dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share untuk meningkatkan kemampuan seni Nagham Al-Qur’an pada santriwati pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur’an Al-Akromah Kota Tegal. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif untuk memastikan data terhadap fokus yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab kurang aktifnya santriwati dalam pembelajaran Nagham Al-Qur’an terbagi menjadi faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari motivasi, Kesehatan fisik, dan rendahnya self-esteem, sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi model pembelajaran yang kurang variatif dan kurangnya pembiasaan kerja kelompok atau diskusi di kalangan santri. Adapun penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share pada kelas seni Nagham Al-Qur’an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Akromah Kota Tegal terbagi menjadi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa hasil implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share pada kelas seni Nagham Al-Qur’an berdampak sangat baik pada peningkatan kompetensi Nagham, Al-Qur’an, dengan nilai capaian rata-rata kelas yang mengakami kenaikan signifikan dari dua periode yang telah dituntaskan. Diharapkan Pondok Pesantren dan seluruh elemennya untuk saling bersinergi mengembangkan model pembelajaran yang inovatif sehingga bakat-bakat santriwati dalam seni nagham Al-Quran dapat terakomodir dan terfasilitasi dengan maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the pedagogic competence of Arabic teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al Munawaroh Kalirueung, Bantarbolang District, Pemalang Regency and its impact on the interests and learning achievements of grade IV students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Arabic teachers at MI Al Munawaroh have good pedagogic competence, including the ability to plan, implement, and evaluate learning. The implementation of effective pedagogic competencies is positively correlated with an increase in students' interest in learning, as seen from active participation and enthusiasm. In addition, students' learning achievement also showed a significant increase. This study recommends the importance of continuous teacher professional development to maintain and improve the quality of pedagogic competence for the optimization of Arabic language learning.

Abstract

Prestasi belajar peserta didik merupakan hal penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Namun, terdapat permasalahan terkait rendahnya prestasi belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja pendidik. Tujuan penelitian in adalah untuk mengetahu: pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar, pengaruh motivasi kerja pendidik terhadap prestasi belajar, pengaruh budaya organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja pendidik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMP Negeri satu Adiwerna Tegal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah sembilan ratus peserta didik. Sampel diambil sepuluh persen dari populasi yaitu sembilan puluh peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi berganda. Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik, Kesimpulannya adalah baik secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi sekolah dan motivasi kerja pendidik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh adanya siswi yang belum mampu mengikuti gerakan-gerakan senam aerobik, pembelajaran tentang senam aerobik juga masih sangat rendah, kurangnya kebugaran jasmani yang baik sehingga mampu mempengaruhi aktivitas belajar siswi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh senam aerobik terhadap minat belejar siswi kelas X SMA Negeri satu Pagerbarang Kabupaten Tegal. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian ex post facto. Hasil penelitian menunjukan  bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari senam areobik terhadap minat belajar siswi kelas X SMA N satu Pagerbarang.
