Abstract

10Along with the increasing population and technological advances, so The need for electrical energy is also increasing so that it demands the availability of energy continuous electricity. One of the problems faced by PLTU North Sulawesi-3 2x50 MW as a supplier of electrical energy is a decline in performance generating unit caused by the Coal Feeder equipment experiencing disturbance. From these problems, an analysis is needed to find out how influential Coal Feeder equipment has on performance generator. The research was conducted by observing the work of the Coal Feeder on load, plant operation data processing based on Performance Index Formula PT PLN 2007 generator. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: Coal Feeder operation plays an important role in the reliability and efficiency of the process power generation of PLTU Sulut-3 2x50 MW, so that if the Coal Feeder is disturbed it will affect performance generators such as low Equivalent Availability Factor (EAF) and High Equivalent Forced Outage Rate (EFOR). Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) is about training on the MIG Flux Core Arc Welding method for men of the fatherhood (PKB) Elia Getsemani Paal IV. This activity aims to provide training in non-gas MIG Flux core arc welding methods for men of the father Getsemani Paal IV to open up entrepreneurial opportunities and increase competitiveness when looking for work, The impact of this community partnership program for the men of Elijah Getsemani Paal IV can add participants' insights about work safety in welding work, welding methods, and joining techniques to the non-gas MIG Flux core arc welding method. Abstract

The causes of work accidents can come anytime, anywhere and to anyone. The risk can be fatal or just a minor accident, depending on the level of opportunity. To minimize the number of work accidents, it is necessary to take anticipatory steps from both the workers and the company management. This research focuses on reducing the impact of work accidents by analyzing the risks of hazards that can occur in every job. Researchers research using the HIRARC method for efforts to prevent and reduce the potential for work accidents, avoid and minimize risks that occur appropriately by avoiding and minimizing the risk of work accidents and controlling fiber in order to carry out the activity process so that the process becomes safe. Based on the results of hazard identification, there are 9 sources of danger on the container crane at Container Port of Bitung with 1 hazard risk has a high risk level (H) / High, 6 hazard risks have a high risk Moderate (M) / Medium, and 2 hazard risk has a high risk level Low (L) / Low. Abstract

Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung is a fuel terminal in North Sulawesi which distributes to various gas stations in North Sulawesi using tank cars and to remote islands such as Tahuna which uses ships to distribute fuel in the North Sulawesi region, Indonesia. One of its important roles is to minimize the occurrence of serious damage to a company unit or equipment. The aim of this research is to determine the most effective type of maintenance for the filling shed unit at PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung, using the PSI method.The data collection methods used in this research consisted of literature review, observation, interviews and questionnaires. The literature review that will be carried out is about the PSI method to determine the most suitable type of treatment for filling sheds. Observation, namely the author makes direct observations of the research object to find out the condition of the equipment or machines at TBBM Bitung. Interviews are a data collection method that is carried out by asking questions directly to the company. Questionnaires are used to collect data from respondents through a set of questions to be answered which will later be processed to conclude the research.Results of applying the PSI method to the PT case study. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung shows four types of maintenance, namely preventive, corrective, breakdown and shutdown which are implemented in the company. Meanwhile, in terms of maintenance ranking, the type of maintenance ranked first or most suitable for the filling shed unit is Preventive maintenance with a preference score of 0.865. Keywords: Determination of Treatment, Preference Selection Index (PSI) Method, filling shed   ABSTRAK Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung merupakan Terminal BBM di Sulawesi utara yang melakukan distributor ke berbagai SPBU di Sulawesi utara menggunakan mobil tangki dan ke pulau-pulau terpencil seperti tahuna yang menggunakan kapal untuk menyalurkan BBM di wilayah Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia., perawatannya harus diperhatikan mengingat salah satu peran pentingnya dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kerusakan berat dari sebuah unit atau alat perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menentukan jenis perawatan yang paling efektif untuk unit filling shed di PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung, dengan menggunakan metode PSI. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kajian literatur, observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Kajian literatur yang akan dilakukan adalah tentang metode PSI untuk menentukan jenis perawatan yang paling cocok untuk filling shed. Observasi, yakni penulis melakukan pengamatan secara langsung terhadap objek penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi peralatan atau mesin yang ada pada TBBM Bitung. Wawancara merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan tanya jawab secara langsung kepada pihak perusahaan. Kuesioner digunakan untuk menghimpun data dari responden melalui seperangkat pertanyaan untuk dijawab yang nantinya akan diolah untuk menyimpulkan penelitian. Hasil penerapan metode PSI pada studi kasus PT. Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Bitung menunjukkan empat jenis perawatan yaitu preventive, corrective, breakdown dan shutdown yang diterapakan diperusahaan. Sedangkan dari sisi perangkingan perawatan, jenis perawatan peringkat satu atau paling cocok untuk unit filling shed yaitu perawatan Preventive dengan skor preferensi sebesar 0,865. Abstract

Tempat pembuangan akhir Sumompo yang terdapat di kota manado sulawesi utara, permasalahan TPA dikota manado ini juga membuat kota manado tidak lagi masuk nominasi penghargaan adipura. Kota manado juga memiliki destinasi wisata prioritas yaitu pantai Likupang oleh karena itu manajemen tempat pembuangan akhir harus diperbaiki. TPA sumompo sering mengalami kebakaran karena tumpukan sampah organik dan dan non organik yang menghasilkan gas metana. Gas metana tersebut sebagai penyebab pemicu timbulnya kebakaran yang dimulai dari munculnya titik api. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan solusi berupa pencegahan kebakaran dengan menciptakan sebuah alat berteknologi untuk mengantisipasi membesarnya titik api. Metode waterfall digunakan dalam metode ini agar menghasilkan solusi yang tepat pada permasalahan ini. Hasil penelitian ini akan menjadi solusi dalam antisipasi kebakaran di TPA berupa alat pendeteksi kemunculan titik api yang langsung menghidupkan alarm agar nantinya petugas TPA langsung ke lokasi titik api sebelum api membesar.
