<![CDATA[Cempaka is a strategic place for drivers to stop and rest because Cempaka has the potential of distinctive local products that attract drivers to stop and rest. But, this is not supported by adequate facilities. Drivers who stop by can only rest for a limited time with limited facilities. However, not a few drivers who force themselves to rest for a long time in food stalls, mosques or minimarkets, resulting in long queues and forcing visitors to park their vehicles on the shoulder of the road because of limited parking space. This is what underlies the planning of the rest area in Cempaka, with the concept of an integrated rest area, which makes this rest area integrated with the development of the existing potential in Cempaka.]]>

<![CDATA[Sasirangan is a typical fabric of South Kalimantan that has a variety of types, motifs and techniques. Along with the development era Sasirangan experienced ups and downs of interest due to lack of public knowledge. Sasirangan Gallery is a form to promote sasirangan fabric, facilitating the process of buying and selling sasirangan fabric, providing knowledge to the public about the history, motifs and meaning of sasirangan fabric, and providing sasirangan wastewater treatment. Through the semiotic approach method with an interactive concept, users can understand the information provided by visual form and experience. This semiotic approach method is applied to emphasize the characteristics of Sasirangan motifs that are characteristic of Sasirangan fabrics. The Sasirangan Gallery design concept in Banjarbaru applies an interactive architecture in the building mass and space that refers to the material, texture and color in the space so that visitors can interact directly or indirectly.]]>

<![CDATA[Culture is very important to be preserved, but there are some obstacles that must be followed up. One of them is the lack of attention of the younger generation to the history and culture of the region. Efforts are needed to provide awareness to the younger generation that it is important to preserve their own culture. One of the cultural preservation efforts is to provide a space for expression and appreciation to broaden horizons by applying technology from several digital media through video, sound, simulation, hologram, animation, and other visual effects. The design of the Bakumpai Dayak cultural gallery in Marabahan is a form of preservation using the Linguistic Analogy method and the concept of Contemporary Architecture. This cultural gallery functions as a medium of information about the history of the Bakumpai Dayak culture by making technology the main tool that plays an important role in this design.]]>

<![CDATA[The Acting Education Park is a place to practice acting and a public open space for the process of acting practice activities. The design of the Acting Educational Park was motivated by the lack of acting training places in Banjarbaru and the increasing growth of the economy and the creative industry, especially the film sector and the like. The design problem is a park that can accommodate acting training activities and the community can also participate in public spaces. The method used is using architectural programming. The solution uses elements of basic training in acting, namely body exercise, vocal exercise, and mental exercise, and is developed into the design of the Acting Education Park.]]>

<![CDATA[Banjarmasin holds rich history and culture along its riversides which is supposedly to be conserved. Regarding this, the Department of Tourism of Banjarmasin City created a program Called Kota Pusaka and are willing to develop Sungai Jingah’s riverside settlement to become a Tourism Village. In this work of planning the writer applies Infill Design method to synthesize designs corresponding the surrounding houses, whether it would be matching or given the context of nowadays technology and materials. Infill Design also allows for contrasting designs to be formed. The purpose of applying Infill Design method is to add the functions of tourism into the existing settlement. The results are that the area able to be built on are empy sites and sites with broken down houses. The mass shapes for matching and compatible buildings and elements are gable roof or stepped-up roof. The mass shapes for contrasting buildings and elements are composed of transformed shapes with folds and rolls.]]>

<![CDATA[Marabahan City is the capital city of Barito Kuala which is also the center of government and economy, seen from the arrangement of the city between the government and the community's economic center located in the market. Marabahan City also gets the motto of the word Bahalap (beautiful) contrary to the existence of market arrangements and lacking facilities for the community where the source of the economy for most of the people of the Marabahan city are farmers and traders.For the arrangement of the city of Marabahan with the market design for the community with facilities and analysis based on the environmental situation of the city of Marabahan using a behavioral architectural approach with the Behavior setting method. Which combines two aspects, namely between the environment and people's behavior.The result of the design of the new Marabahan market is the existence of stalls for retail traders and the arrangement of stalls and shops and even the layout of the motorcycle parking lot which used to use the main road.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the design of An-Nur Kindergarten with a green architecture approach in the PT. Hasnur Citra Terpadu area, Pandahan, Central Tapin, Tapin Regency. The study is driven by the lack of adequate educational facilities in palm oil and coal industrial areas, where distance to schools poses a major obstacle to early childhood education. The design methodology integrates green architecture principles with specific early childhood learning requirements. The results demonstrate that implementing green architecture concepts in An-Nur Kindergarten's design not only creates an optimal learning environment but also supports ecological sustainability through renewable energy systems and eco-friendly materials. This design successfully presents an architectural solution that combines educational needs, environmental awareness, and local socio-cultural integration.]]>

<![CDATA[Attention to the development of river transport terminals is very important because the river transport terminal facilities in Puruk Cahu City are not sufficient to accommodate the needs of community activities. As an area where many community activities are carried out on the banks of the Barito River, the existence of river transport terminal facilities is very crucial to support local transport connectivity. However, the development of river transportation infrastructure in this area is still limited and the need for adequate river transportation terminal facilities is very important. Apart from that, Dayak culture may face challenges in maintaining its authenticity. The aim of this design is to design a water transportation site that not only functions as a transit point, but also as an attractive and enjoyable tourist destination for visitors. Designing by considering cultural characteristics is also an effort to maintain and respect local cultural heritage. Based on this, the design of this river transport terminal area uses the Riverfront Architecture concept which uses two approaches, namely design based on local wisdom and sustainable design. The recreational river transport terminal area is the focal point in regional development river. It has the ability to improve the quality of life of local people, interesting tourists, and improve the tourist experience.]]>

<![CDATA[Rindu Alam Beach Resort has natural potential that supports the development of a resort design using a green architecture approach. The design produces 5 zones, namely the cottage zone, restaurant, recreation and relaxation, service, and open area. The implementation of green architecture in the short term through the provision of green areas of >35%, environmentally friendly pedestrian paths, the utilization of rainwater and solar panels, the use of local materials, empowerment of local communities in its management, and the use of local architectural building forms such as gable roofs and buildings with a stilt system. While in the long term through waste management and promoting a sustainable lifestyle through information boards and recycled craft products.]]>
