Abstract

Purpose of the research is to identify the risk of IT in the company, to assess all the risk, and take security actions to solve the problem. Research methods used are data collection method and analysis method. Data collection is conducted with literature review and field studies by interview and observation. Analysis is conducted using Operationally Critical Threat, Asset, and Vulnerability (OCTAVE)-S method. Abstract

Autism is a mental disorder faced by some children during their childhood. Generally, autistic children are secluded by their environment. Nowadays, however, they are given more concern. Schools and therapy centres for autistic children are increasing and developing. The unique behaviour of the autistic children requires special interior design needs and specifications. This research observes whether a therapy centre for austistic children that was once a residential house is appropriate to its function. Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Autis merupakan salah satu kelainan mental yang dialami sejak masa anak-anak. Pada umumnya para penyandang autis selalu dikucilkan dari lingkungannya, namun pada masa sekarang hak para penyandang autis sudah banyak dihargai. Sekolah dan pusat terapi untuk mendidik mereka sudah banyak didirikan. Karakteristik yang unik dari kelainan para penyandang autis ini menyebabkan adanya perlakuan khusus dalam hal interiornya. Penelitian ini meninjau sebuah pusat terapi autis yang pada awalnya menggunakan layout sebuah rumah tinggal, apakah sudah sesuai untuk pusat terapi pendidikan anak autis. Kata kunci: desain interior, pusat terapi, anak berkebutuhan khusus, sekolah Safir.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and rewards on teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. This research uses quantitative methods with correlational type of research. The research population was 45 people, namely the teachers at SMPN 1 Indralaya. The number of research samples were 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression test analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. Research results show that: (1) The work environment has no significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya. (2) The rewards has a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya (3) Work environment and rewards together have a significant effect on the teachers’s performance at SMPN 1 Indralaya

Abstract

Introduction.People with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) are at a higher risk of mortality from COVID-19. This study aimed to identify the relationship between T2DM and the outcome of COVID-19 patients in Sanglah Hospital Denpasar, Bali. Methods. An observational analytic study with a cross-sectional approach was conducted among COVID-19 patients. We used secondary data from the records of confirmed COVID-19 patients who were treated at Sanglah Hospital on 1 August 2020 – 28 February 2022. Sample were selected with total sampling technique. Results. There were 1,056 patients involved in this study. Most of the patients were male (n=571; 54.1%), with a median age of 59 years old. Most of the patients were categorized as severe COVID-19 (n=641; 60.7%). A total of 275 patients had T2DM (26.0%). Chi-square analysis showed a significant association of T2DM with mortality (PR=1.422; 95%CI=1.162-1.742; p=0.001), severe COVID-19 (PR=1.726; 95%CI=1.365-2.184; p<0.001), ventilator usage (PR=1.334; 95%CI=1.093-1.791; p=0.045), and longer hospitalization duration (PR=1.340; 95%CI=1.083-1.658; p=0.006) with T2DM. Logistic regression analysis showed significant association of T2DM with mortality (PR=1.536; 95%CI=1.110-2.125; p=0.010), severe COVID-19 (PR=1.704; 95%CI=1.233-2.356; p<0.001), and longer hospitalization duration (PR=1.615; 95%CI=1.191-2.190; p=0.002).

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the influence of tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and the quality of tax services on taxpayer compliance, both independently and collectively. Taxes function as a funding mechanism for a country's progress with the aim of improving the standard of living of regional communities. Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) refers to taxes imposed on authorities, owners and managers of buildings in the form of individuals or companies, with the exception of areas used in mining, forest and plantation operational activities. Although land and building taxes are considered a very promising source of income for regional support, regions still face big challenges in collecting these taxes effectively. This research uses quantitative methodology. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents who were selected using a simple random selection technique. This research uses primary data. The IBM SPSS 26 software package was used to carry out data processing and multiple linear regression analysis. The t test results indicate that tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and the quality of tax services influence taxpayer compliance. The results of the F test indicate that taxpayer compliance is significantly influenced by tax knowledge, tax sanctions, and the quality of tax services, simultaneously.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan lebih Lanjut mengenai penggunaan digital marketing dan menciptakan ide peluang usaha yang bisa Dijalani oleh siswa siswi SMA PGRI Rumpin agar mereka bisa memaksimalkan penggunaan media Digital dengan baik serta mengisi waktu luang dengan menjalani bisnis sesuai kemampuan dan Bakat mereka. Adapun materi yang disampaikan mengenai definisi umum digital marketing , Manfaat dan kegunaannya ,serta beragam peluang usaha yang bisa di lakukan jika menggunakan Media digital marketing sebagai akses usaha. Metode yang digunakan ini adalah dengan praktek Pembuatan aksesoris manik manik sebagai salah satu contoh ide bisnis yang bisa jalankan anak Muda untuk menambah penghasilan mereka selain mereka menjadi seorang pelajar.

Abstract

The high level of turnover intention in educational work environments poses a serious challenge that can affect organizational stability and quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention, with Affective Commitment as a mediating variable. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed, using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from 165 teachers and staff of Sekolah XYZ through an online questionnaire conducted from March to April 2025. The results show that Transformational Leadership, Organizational Learning Culture, and Job Satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention. In addition, Transformational Leadership was found to have a significant positive effect on Affective Commitment, which in turn negatively influences Turnover Intention. Mediation analysis reveals that Affective Commitment significantly mediates the relationship between Transformational Leadership and Turnover Intention. These findings highlight the importance of leadership and a supportive work environment in enhancing employees’ emotional attachment to the organization, ultimately reducing their intention to leave. The implications of this study underscore the need to strengthen learning culture and transformational leadership as effective retention strategies in educational settings. Tingginya tingkat intensi untuk keluar di lingkungan pendidikan menjadi tantangan serius bagi stabilitas operasional dan kualitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Belajar Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Intensi Keluar, dengan Komitmen Afektif sebagai variabel mediasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis PLS-SEM. Data dikumpulkan dari 165 guru dan staf Sekolah XYZ melalui kuesioner daring pada bulan Maret hingga April 2025. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Belajar Organisasi, dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Intensi Keluar. Selain itu, Kepemimpinan Transformasional terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen Afektif, dan Komitmen Afektif sendiri berpengaruh negatif terhadap Intensi untuk Keluar. Uji mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Komitmen Afektif secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Intensi untuk Keluar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung dalam meningkatkan keterikatan emosional karyawan terhadap organisasi, yang pada akhirnya dapat menurunkan keinginan untuk keluar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya penguatan budaya belajar dan kepemimpinan transformatif sebagai strategi retensi yang efektif di lingkungan pendidikan.
