Abstract

Abstract: The objectives on this research are to analyze the relationship between organization culture, senior management commitments, manager skill, employee attitude, organization of work, and human resources as a successful learning organization at PT. Bank Riau Kepri. The research population was 276 employees at the main office of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru and the research samples were 73 employees at the main office of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru from all level and division. A quota sampling was conducted to 73 employees. The primary data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires and respondents’ responses measured using Likert Scale. Descriptive statistics analysis and inferential statistical analysis (partial correlation and multiple linear regression) were used to analyze data in this research. This research’s result shows that there is a positive relationship between organization culture, senior management commitments, manager skill, employee attitude, organization of work, and human resources as a successful learning organization.

Abstract

This article was created as one of the outcomes of Community Service activities in STIE Riau's assisted villages as partners, namely Talang Sungai Limau Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Held on September 24-25 after a series of preparatory activities. This activity aims to increase the skills and interest of PKK women in partner villages to make household production as well as efforts to foster interest in MSMEs for residents as an effort to improve the family economy. Activities carried out in lectures, discussions and practice of making liquid laundry soap to packaging and explaining simple marketing methods. On the first day, an introduction to materials and methods of making as well as the practice of making liquid laundry soap is given. After settling for 24 hours, packaging and an explanation of sales are carried out as well as an estimate of the capital and profits obtained from one package of liquid laundry soap which produces 100 bottles with a volume of 200 ml.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload on employee work stress carried out at PT. VARIOUS WORKS OF TOUGH PEKANBANU. The population in this study was 33 people. In this study, the sample used was the full sample, which was 33 employees. In analyzing the data, this research uses descriptive and quantitative methods. The descriptive method aims to describe the relationship between actual reality and related theories. The results are to be able to draw conclusions and tabulated in tabular form, then analyzed according to research objectives: While quantitative methods are used to determine the relationship between the independent variable (X) and the bound variable M by using statistical equipment simple linear regression method. Based on the t-test Workload obtained tcount 10.210 tabe/ 2.039 The regression equation is V3.547+0.709x Constant of 3.547, meaning that if the Workload the value is 0; then Work Stress has a positive value, which is 3.547 The workload coefficient value (0.709) indicates that every change in Workload increases by 1 unit, the Work Stras period will be nax by 0.709 units. Judging from the coefficient of the workload determinant, it can be explained from the existing R Square (R) value of 0.771 which means that the workload has an effect of 77.1% on employee work stress at PT Aneka Karya Tangguh Pekanbaru. other independent variables not observed in this study .

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Toko Parfum Cendana di kota Pekanbaru dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh harga serta promosi terhadap pembelian dan pemakaian konsumen. Dalam menentukan harga produk perusahaan berupaya menetapkan harga jual yang pantas dan terjangkau oleh daya beli konsumen, dengan harapan konsumen akan menjadi pelanggan. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang. Adapun analisis dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan metode deskritif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian pada Toko Parfum Cendana yaitu, harga dan promosi berparuh signifikan terhadap nilai keputusan pembelian produk parfum pada Toko Parfum Cendana.
