Abstract

This article was created as one of the outcomes of Community Service activities in STIE Riau's assisted villages as partners, namely Talang Sungai Limau Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Held on September 24-25 after a series of preparatory activities. This activity aims to increase the skills and interest of PKK women in partner villages to make household production as well as efforts to foster interest in MSMEs for residents as an effort to improve the family economy. Activities carried out in lectures, discussions and practice of making liquid laundry soap to packaging and explaining simple marketing methods. On the first day, an introduction to materials and methods of making as well as the practice of making liquid laundry soap is given. After settling for 24 hours, packaging and an explanation of sales are carried out as well as an estimate of the capital and profits obtained from one package of liquid laundry soap which produces 100 bottles with a volume of 200 ml.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to assist local governments in realizing village development planning, governance, and a good village financial management system through activities in providing organizational training and motivation of village officials in the field of village governance generally in Pauh Angit Village and especially in Pangean District. Kuantan Singingi Regency. This activity was carried out in the form of training and motivation for village officials regarding the Village Government System to improve Village capabilities in realizing village community empowerment. The results of this training and motivational activity can be said to have been successful in the presence of government officials from the Pauh Angit village in Pangean District. This can be seen from the percentage of participants' attendance and the enthusiasm of the participants during the activity.

Abstract

: The purpose of this research is to find out the effect that there is an organizational culture on the work discipline of the employees of the administration section of PT. XYZ Pekanbaru. Data was collected through questionnaires which were distributed to 38 respondents. By using quantitative analysis including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing through the t test and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The t value is 6.553 and the t table is 2.208 and also the significance level is 0.000 <0.05, so the results of this research hypothesis mean that organizational culture has a clear impact on the work discipline of employees in the Administration Section. The relationship between organizational culture and the work discipline of employees in the administration section is positive, as evidenced by the result b of 0.883, which means that every one unit increase in the organizational culture variable will increase the work discipline of employees in the administration section of PT. XYZ .883 units. The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.544, this means that organizational culture influences the work discipline of employees of the Administrative Section of PT XYZ Pekanbaru by 54.40 percent.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State Islamic University which is located at Jl.H.R Subrantas No.155, KM 15 Pekanbaru. The sample was taken as many as 35 people. Data analysis in this study used descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Descriptive is comparing between the actual reality with theories that have to do with the problem in order to draw a conclusion and tabulated in the form of frequency distribution tables. While the quantitative method of research is based on data that can be calculated to produce a solid assessment. The results of simple linear regression research in this study are Y = 860 + 0.906 X. By using the t test, the t table value is 1.985 and the tcount value is 7.429, meaning that the tcount = 7.429> t table = 2.032, which means that the employee work environment affects employee performance at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Sultan Syarif Kasim State Islamic University, Riau, the influence is 62.2%. Abstract

Independent oil palm plantations are an important sector in the economy of the community in Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency, but are still faced with challenges related to less than optimal governance. This article aims to analyze the governance of independent oil palm plantations and productivity. Good governance is considered key in improving production efficiency and sustainability, while poor governance can hinder the achievement of optimal results. This study used a qualitative approach with a survey method of independent oil palm farmers in several plantation areas in Tandun District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship between good governance and increased productivity. Factors such as consistent monitoring, use of appropriate technology, fertilization and managerial capacity building are instrumental in increasing independent oil palm production yields.Keywords: Governance, independent oil palm plantation, productivity, sustainability.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effectiveness of Financial Compensation and Placement in Increasing Work Morale of PT Employees. BKS in Pekanbaru, the aim is to determine the effectiveness of financial compensation and work placement in increasing employee morale. Quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, F tests and coefficient of determination analysis tests (R2). The research results show that: financial compensation and placement (variables X1, placement is zero, so work morale is 9.917. Meanwhile the value of b1 is 0.383, meaning that when there is an increase in the value of the financial compensation variable (variable X1) by one unit, then work morale (variable Y) will increase by 0.383 units, and b2 is 0.062, meaning that when there is an increase in the value of the placement variable (variable X2) by 1 (one) unit, then work morale (variable Y) will increase by 0.062 units. It is known that calculated F is 3.820 and table F is 3.22. The calculation results show that F count > F table and the significance is 0.037 < 0.05, which means that simultaneously the variables of financial compensation and work placement have an effect on work morale. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value is 0.508 or 50.8%, which means that the financial compensation and work placement variables influence work morale, contributing to changes in the work morale variable of 50.8%. Abstract

Abstract: The issue of performance KUD in Kampar regency low because alleged by the participation of its members. Based on the results of studies using 93 respondents KUD members proves that the participation of members and not significant positive effect on the performance of cooperatives, it can be shown with the sig of 0.034 and the value of the effect of 0.008. Value influence member participation, and not significant positive effect on the performance of KUD members. This means KUD is not yet a true KUD, where KUD good steward is to be memintarkan and prosper member, go look for life or property at KUD. Keywords: KUD Performance, Member Participation

Abstract

Cooperative became the economic base of the people, for the cooperatives is the same interests and worked together. Cooperative oil palm plantations became very concerned at the time of replanting the gardens, the original members of the cooperative have a relatively large income, but the time period replanting becomes very difficult. The survey conducted to 30 farmer groups who joined the KUD in the village of Rokan Hulu Kumain explained that the factor of readiness of farmers, among others, the lack of readiness of the farmers themselves (4.503> 2.056 or 0.000 <0.05). Abstract

Abstract: Asset development becomes an achievement that should be achieved in a business. BUMDes is a pro-people business entity and provides convenience for the people in obtaining capital. BUMDes assets become a hope in its management, the last few time BUMDes assets have decelerated. On the other hand the number of customers also experienced fluctuations, this study tried to connect the development amount with the development of BUMDes assets. Through quantitative research using secondary data and analyzed by using simple linier regression analysis program with the help of SPSS program obtained the result that the value of t-count = 9.038 is greater than the critical value or shown by t-table of 2.503. then the hypothesis of this study can be accepted and proved that the number of customers significantly affect the development of assets in the State Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Lestari. Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian yang memfokuskan pada UMKM wanita.yang menjalankan usaha pada bidang usaha Tabulampot (Tanaman Buah Dalam Pot). Selama ini dalam menjalankan keuangan usahanya selalu terjadi pasang surut. Terkadang banyak didapatkan uang dan terkadang keuangan minus. Untuk mencarikan jawaban tentang masalah tersebut penulis menelitianya dengan menggunakan metode survey yang dilakukan terhadap 14 pemilik usaha Tabulampot yang tersebar di Sentra Rimbo Panjang yang diambil secara sensus. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan wawancara. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama ini pemilik usaha dalam mengelola keuangannya belum merencanakan keuangan usahanya dengan baik dimana mereka tidak menyusun perencanaan yang jelas secara tertulis tentang modal yang dibutuhkan dan penggunaan dana (uang keluar). Menurut pengakuan mereka saat diwawancarai, perencanaan ada dilakukan tapi cukup di kepala saja tanpa perlu mencatat secara tertulis. Kemudian dari sisi pencarian dana diketahui bahwa mereka telah mencari dan mendapatkan dana dengan biaya modal sekecil mungkin dari program KUR di BRI. Demikian juga dari segi pembukuan penjualan, diketahui bahwa pada umumnya pengusaha tidak mencatat setiap terjadinya penjualan. Selanjutnya juga diketahui bahwa masih ada pengelola yang mencampur adukkan uang usaha dengan uang pribadi si pengelola faktor kendala atau penghambat dalam mengelola keuangan usaha Tabulampot di Sentra pembibitan Rimbo Panjang diantaranya adalah: a) pengelola (pengusaha) tidak mengetahui dan memahami laporan keuangan usaha sehingga tidak bisa menyusun laporan keuangan tersebut, b) kekurangan modal
