Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is based on the lack of mathematical reasoning skills of students. we need a strategy to encourage students to develop mathematical reasoning ability. Learning strategy group investigation allows students to develop mathematical reasoning skills. The aims of this study are to examine the improvement of mathematical reasoning abilities of students who get group investigation and students who get regular learning. Design of this studi is the design of a control group of non-equivalence in order to obtain samples of class X in one of SMA in Solok of two classes using purposive sampling technique. Instruments of this study includes tests of mathematical reasoning ability. Based on the analysis of information found that Improvement of student’s mathematical reasoning ability who got group investigation learning better than students who got the regular learning.Keywords: Mathematical Reasoning, Group Investigation Learning, Regular Learning

Abstract

Abstrak Manajemen rantai pasok telah menjadi konsep penting dalam dunia bisnis, sehingga rantai pasok itu sendiri menempati posisi penting dalam keputusan yang harus diambil oleh perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen rantai pasok kentang yang ada di Kabupaten Garut dengan menawarkan skenario pendistribusian barang menggunakan metode transportasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan berdasarkan waktunya adalah cross sectional. Data diambil melalui data sekunder, dan wawancara pada tiga direktur perusahan dagang terbesar di daerah Garut Selatan. Terdapat tiga tujuan distribusi produk kentang yang berasal dari Garut yaitu pasar yang ada di Kota Jakarta, Kota Tangerang dan Kota Bogor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah model manajemen produksi dan metode transportasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa metode least cost memiliki nilai yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan metode lainnya. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa biaya terendah adalah distribusi kentang dari perusahaan dagang 1 ke daerah Bogor.Kata kunci: manajemen rantai pasok, biaya distribusi, metode transportasiAbstract Supply chain management has become an essential concept in the business world. Thus, the supply chain itself occupies an essential position in companies' decisions. This study aimed to determine the supply chain management of potatoes in Garut Regency by offering a scenario for the distribution of goods using the transportation method. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method, based on time; it is cross-sectional. The data were taken through secondary data and interviews with the directors of the three most significant trading companies in the South Garut area. There are three distribution destinations for potato products originating from Garut, namely markets in Jakarta, the city of Tangerang, and Bogor. Data analysis techniques used are production management models and transportation methods. The results showed that the least cost method had the lowest value compared to other methods. The results show that the lowest cost is the distribution of potatoes from trading company 1 to the Bogor area.Keywords: supply chain management, distribution cost, transportation method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Riade Sumber Energi, sebuah perusahaan air mineral yang berlokasi di Kadungora, Garut. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi pimpinan perusahaan dalam menentukan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 84 orang, seluruhnya merupakan karyawan bagian produksi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program IBM SPSS Ver.22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) faktor psikologis berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (2) faktor sosial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, (3) faktor fisik berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan; dan (4) faktor keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work environment on employee productivity at PD. Gaya Hadjah Dick&Dick (Dodol Garut Hadjah)”. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is an influence of leadership and work environment on employee productivity at PD. Gaya Hadjah Dick&Dick (Dodol Garut Hadjah)”. This research uses a descriptive method. The respondents in this study were 125 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS window 20.0. The partial test results show that leadership has an effect on employee productivity and the work environment has an effect on employee productivity. Furthermore, for simultaneous testing, it shows that leadership and work environment affect employee productivity at PD. Gaya Hadjah Dick&Dick (Dodol Garut Hadjah)”.

Abstract

PTPN VIII Dayeuhmanggung merupakan salah satu perkebunan teh di Kecamatan Cilawu, Kabupaten Garut, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Permasalahan yang terjadi di PTPN VIII Dayeuhmanggung adalah karyawan harus menerima setiap keputusan yang diambil perusahaan walaupun tidak sesuai dengan kemampuannya dan karyawan merasa pekerjaan yang didapatkan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui model karakteristik pekerjaan dan employee engagement yang diterapkan, serta pengaruh model karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap employee engagement di PTPN VIII Dayeuhmanggung Garut. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis korelasi, analisis regresi sederhana, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model karakteristik pekerjaan dan employee engagement di PTPN VIII Dayeuhmanggung tergolong baik, dan terdapat pengaruh positif model karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap employee engagement, artinya setiap nilai tambah model karakteristik pekerjaan akan memiliki pengaruh pada penambahan nilai employee engagement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of relationship marketing on customer retention at Warung Langsam 13 Garut. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is a relationship marketing effect on customer retention at Warung Langsam 13 Garut. This research uses a descriptive method. The respondents from this study were 97 respondents who were selected using simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this study is the validity and reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Software. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of relationship marketing on customer retention at Warung Langsam 13 Garut. This means that the better the relationship marketing that is done by a company, the more customer retention in the company. To have loyal customers, the company must strive to maintain it. Customer retention will bring benefits in this case long-term income, in addition to supporting the company's programs, both in the form of developing new products and services provided by the company

Abstract

PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang is a state-owned company engaged in electric power generation and Power Plant Operation and Maintenance Services, PT. Indonesia Power plays an important role in electricity and geothermal in Indonesia. To have a good performance, PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang must provide appropriate compensation to motivate work enthusiasm in achieving optimal work performance and superior competencies to achieve organizational targets. The method used in this research is descriptive research method and associative method, while the data collection technique is done by using primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected through distributing questionnaires and interviews, while secondary data is collected through literature study. The population in this study amounted to 42 people and used census techniques. In this study, quantitative analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this statistical test study indicate that the variable has a significant effect between compensation on the performance of employees of Outsourcing PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang Bandung Regency and variable there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance Outsourcing PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang, Bandung Regency. By looking at the significant influence between compensation on employee performance Outsourcing PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang Bandung Regency and there is a significant influence between competence on employee performance Outsourcing PT. Indonesia Power UPJP Kamojang, Bandung Regency, the company must maintain the compensation given to employees in order to motivate work morale in achieving optimal work performance and employee competence must be maintained in order to achieve better company targets.

Abstract

PT. Vivo communication Indonesia has a problem with its existence. In determining the marketing strategy to become the top three smartphone companies in Indonesia, of course, to be the best the company must also be good in marketing lines in every region in Indonesia, one of which is in the Garut area. This study aims to analyze the marketing that can be done by PT. Vivo communication Indonesia Garut Area based on the STP strategy, Marketing Mix, SWOT analysis and BCG matrix. SWOT analysis is done by analyzing external and internal factors while the BCG matrix is carried out based on the sales report of PT. Vivo communication Indonesia Garut Area 2015-2016 which is compared to the sales report of competitors, namely the Oppo Garut Area to determine the level of market growth and market share. The results of the research from the BCG matrix analysis show that the Vivo Area Garut market growth rate is 11.78% and its market share is 0.95 against its competitors, the Oppo Garut Area, so that it is in the question mark quadrant, a strategy that can be carried out by expanding the market and working with more stores. existing in Garut Regency so the opportunity to reach the market is higher. Then increase the number of advertisements in the field to form an understanding to the wider community about Vivo smartphones. From the SWOT analysis, it is known that the SO strategy that can be used is to build brand awareness and increase consumer knowledge of Vivo about its strengths. WO strategies that can be used are establishing service center facilities and working with vendors to help branding and increase further sales. The ST strategy that can be used is to continuously improve quality. Increase the ease of warranty and improve after-sales service WT strategies that can be used are recruiting competent promoters and changing the image of new products with promotions and events.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut. The method in this research is using associative descriptive analysis method. The respondents in this study were 96 respondents, with certain criteria using incidental sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques to determine the effect of service quality, promotion and purchase decisions using multiple linear regression analysis with simultaneous and partial testing. The result of the research states that simultaneously there is an influence of service quality and promotion on purchasing decisions, meaning that consumers consider the quality of service and promotion in deciding to make a purchase and partially there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut and there is a promotional effect on purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut. The conclusion of this research is that service quality is considered good and plays a role in consumer purchasing decisions and promotions are considered good and plays a role in consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Arista Garut to decide to make a purchase.

Abstract

Makalah ini menyajikan sebuah simulasi sebuah sistem otomasi menggunakan PLC OMRON CP1E untuk sebuah proses pencucian mobil. Simulasi ini diwujudkan dalam bentuk sebuah simulator dengan menggunakan beberapa komponen input dan output, seperti conveyor, motor DC, solenoid valve, relay, power supply dan beberapa sensor infra-red. Komponen- komponen ini disimulasikan dengan lampu kontak PLC yang diimplementasikan melalui sebuah program ladder diagram untuk menjalankan proses pencucian mobil yang dikendalikan oleh sebuah PLC OMRON CP1E. Hasil simulasi telah berhasil dengan baik melalui pengujian simulator. Simulator ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah prototip dalam bentuk pilot projek.
