Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot perut, kelentukan togok ke belakang dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan heading dalam permainan sepakbola murid SD Negeri 270 Wewangrewu Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 murid SD Negeri 270 Wewangrewu Kabupaten Wajo. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: tes kekuatan otot perut, kelentukan togok ke belakang, keseimbangan dan kemampuan heading bola. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan, hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: ada kontribusi yang signifikan kekuatan otot perut terhadap kemampuan heading dalam permainan sepakbola murid SD Negeri 270 Wewangrewu Kabupaten Wajo, ada kontribusi yang signifikan kelentukan togok ke belakang terhadap kemampuan heading dalam permainan sepakbola murid SD Negeri 270 Wewangrewu Kabupaten Wajo, ada kontribusi yang signifikan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan heading dalam permainan sepakbola murid SD Negeri 270 Wewangrewu Kabupaten Wajo, dan ada kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kekuatan otot perut, kelentukan togok ke belakang dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan heading dalam permainan sepakbola murid SD Negeri 270 Wewangrewu Kabupaten Wajo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the contribution of leg muscle strength, hand reaction speed and wrist flexibility to the accuracy of the forehand drive in the table tennis game of the Table Tennis Association of Ujung Pandang Education Foundation (PTM YPUP) Makassar. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative methods. The population is the members of PTM YPUP Makassar with a total sample of 40 people taken by random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, normality test, linearity test, simple regression test and multiple regression test using computer facilities through the SPSS program. Based on data analysis, the results obtained: 1). There is a significant contribution of leg muscle strength to the accuracy of the forehand drive with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.710 (71%). 2) There is a significant contribution of hand reaction speed to the ability of the forehand drive with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.721 (72.1%). 3). There is a significant contribution of wrist flexibility to the accuracy ability of the forehand drive with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.631 (63.1%) 4). There is a significant contribution together of leg muscle strength, hand reaction speed and wrist flexibility to the forehand drive accuracy ability with a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.856 (85.6%).Keywords: Leg muscle strength, hand reaction speed, wrist flexibility, accuracy of the forehand driveAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai, kecepatan reaksi tangan dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap kemampuan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive pada permainan tenis meja Persatuan Tenis Meja Yayasan Pendidikan Ujung Pandang (PTM YPUP) Makassar. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif. Populasi adalah anggota PTM YPUP Makassar dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang yang terpilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji regresi sederhana dan uji regresi ganda dengan menggunakan fasilitas komputer melalui program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data di peroleh hasil: 1). Ada kontribusi yang signifikan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap ketepatan pukulan forehand drive dengan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,710 (71%). 2) Ada kontribusi yang signifikan kecepatan reaksi tangan terhadap kemampuan pukulan forehand drive dengan koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,721 (72,1%). 3). Ada kontribusi yang signifikan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap kemampuan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive dengan koefisisen determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,631 (63,1%) 4). Ada kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kekuatan otot tungkai, kecepatan reaksi tangan dan kelentukan pergelangan tangan terhadap kemampuan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive dengan koefisien diterminasi (R Square) sebesar 0,856 (85,6%).Kata kunci: Kekuatan otot tungkai, kecepatan reaksi tangan, kelentukan pergelangan tangan, kemampuan ketepatan pukulan forehand drive

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research conducted in 4 meetings in cycle I and cycle II, and is designed through four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, reflecting. The data source of this research is the students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo, Wajo Regency, totaling 27 people. The collection of data on the ability of passing by using the prefix technique assessment sheet, body position, foot-to-ball contact, and final stance. The results of the quantitative analysis of the results of learning passing data in the game of soccer show that the number of students who completed the first cycle was 16 with a percentage of 59.25% and the number of students who completed the second cycle was 27 with a percentage of 100%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that physical education learning through the TGT (Teams Games Tournament) type cooperative learning model can improve the results of learning passing in soccer games for students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo, Wajo Regency.Keywords: Football, passing, learning outcomes, learning model, TGTAbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penilitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan sebanyak 4 kali pertemuan pada siklus I dan siklus II, dan dirancang melalui empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, refleksi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo Kabupaten Wajo yang berjumlah 27 orang. Pengumpulan data kemampuan passing dengan menggunakan lembar penilaian teknik awalan, posisi badan, perkenaan kaki dengan bola, dan sikap akhir. Hasil analisis kuantitatif data hasil belajar passing dalam permainan sepak bola menunjukkan bahwa jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus I adalah 16 orang dengan persentase 59,25% dan jumlah siswa yang tuntas pada siklus II adalah 27 orang dengan persentase 100%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT (Teams Games Tournament) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar passing dalam permainan sepak bola siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tanasitolo Kabupaten Wajo.Kata kunci: Sepak bola, passing, hasil belajar, model pembelajaran, TGT

Abstract

The study aimed at describing the planning, performance, observation, reflection, and the implementation of agility learning in improving agility ability in football of class VI Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Makassar. The study is a classroom action research conducted in four meetings in cycle I and cycle II. The study was designed in four phases, namely the planning, the implementation, the observation, and the reflection. Data of the study was basic ability of dribbling the ball as psychomotor data. The data sources were 26 students of class VI in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Makassar. Data collection of dribbling ability used assessment sheet of initial attitude technique, body position, feet movement, and final attitude, as well as multiple choice assesment sheet in cycle I and cycle II. Data were then analyzed quantitatively. The result of quantitative data analysis revealed that 15 students completed in cycle I with 57,70% and 24 students completed in cycle II with 92,30%. The conclusion of the study was Penjasorkes learning through agility learning method in football dribbling could improve dribbling ability of class VI students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Makassar.

Abstract

In the current pandemic situation, it is very important for every individual to follow medical procedures to protect themselves from being infected with COVID19. Each individual tends to follow the health protocol or not. This study aims to describe the compliance of students of the STKIP YPUP Makassar Penjaskesrek Study Program in implementing health protocols during the COVID19 pandemic situation. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The instrument used in this research is an open questionnaire and data analysis techniques using encryption. The research sample was taken from the 5th semester students of Penjaskesrek Study Program STKIP YPUP Makassar as many as 35 respondents using random sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that most students have implemented health protocols. However, there are still students who do not follow health service procedures due to a lack of understanding about COVID19.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan anatara keseimbangan, kelincahan dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada mahasiswa PJKR STKIP YPUP Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa PJKR STKIP YPUP Makassar yang berjumlah 135 orang. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang yang diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan menggunakan instrumen-instrumen tes, diantaranya; 1) tes keseimbangan, 2) tes kelincahan, 3) tes koordinasi mata-kaki, 4) tes menggiring bola dalam sepak bola. Teknik analisis data dilakuakan uji perhitungan statistik yaitu, uji deskriptif, uji prasyarat dan uji hipotesis. Uji prasyarat yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas. Sedangkan pada uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi dan uji regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,764, terdapat hubungan antara kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,552, terdapat hubungan antara koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola dengan dan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,704, serta ketiga variabel penelitian tersebut secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 69,7%

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble, the relationship between eye-foot coordination and the ability to dribble, and the relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability todribble in futsal game Karsa Utama Putri Wajo’s club. The research was correlational research, with the independent variable was balanced and eye-foot coordination, while the dependent variable was the ability to dribble. The population of theresearch was Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players and the sampling technique used was total sampling technique with the total sample was 25 players. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. The results showed that 1)There was a significant relationship between balanced and the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,738. 2) There was asignificant relationship between eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club players with a correlation value (r) = 0,553. 3) There was asignificant relationship between balanced and eye-foot coordination on the ability to dribble in Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club player swith a correlation value (r)=0.823,and a coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.677 or equal to 67,7%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between balanced and coordination of the ankle son the ability to dribble in futsal game of Karsa Utama Putri Wajo's club.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study using a correlational research design. The population is all students of SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The sample used was 30 students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, pearson product moment correlation coefficient analysis (r), and the results of multiple correlation analysis (R) at the significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that; (1) There is a significant relationship between ankle coordination and dribbling ability in soccer game for student of SMA Negeri 11 Makassar, with a value of r = 0,561 (ρ<α = 0.05); (2) There is a significant relationship between balance and dribbling ability in soccer game for student of SMA Negeri 11 Makassar, with a value of r = 0,603 (ρ<α = 0.05); (3) There is a significant relationship between leg muscle strenght and dribbling ability in soccer game for student of SMA Negeri 11 Makassar, with a value of r = 0,728 (ρ<α = 0.05); (4) There is a significant relationship simultaneously between ankle coordination, balance, leg muscle strenght and dribbling ability in soccer game for student of SMA Negeri 11 Makassar, with a determinant coefficient value (R2) = 0,733 or 73,3%.

Abstract

Masalah yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah ketuntasan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tansito Kabupaten Wajo belum memenuhi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) dan ketuntasan klasikal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran dan meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tansito Kabupaten Wajo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tansito Kabupaten Wajo sebanyak 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dalam bentuk lembar observasi yaitu pengamatan dalam proses pembelajaran terhadap siswa diantaranya lembar observasi aspek afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Data hasil observasi dianalisis secara kualitatif sedangkan data  mengenai hasil belajar dianalisis secara kuantatif dengan menggunakan statistika deskriptif  yaitu skor rata-rata,  presentase, nilai minimum dan nilai maksimun, yang dicapai setiap siklus. Dalam penelitian ini analisa dilakukan dengan mengelompokan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi kemudian dipresentasi setelah itu untuk ketuntasan belajar dihitung dengan menggunakan statistik sederhana. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh pada kondisi awal sebelum dilakukan tindakan, siswa yang tuntas belajar  hanya 5 siswa atau 20%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 15 siswa atau 60%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 25 siswa atau 100%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar lompat jauh gaya jongkok pada siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Tansito Kabupaten Wajo. Efforts to Improve Squat Style Long Jump Learning Outcomes Through the Jigsaw Type Cooperative Learning Model The problem behind this research is that the learning outcomes of the long jump squatting style of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tansito, Wajo Regency have not met the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) and classical completeness. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning process and improve the learning outcomes of the squat-style long jump by applying the jigsaw type cooperative learning method to the seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tansito, Wajo Regency. This research is a class action research (classroom action research) with the research subjects of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tansito Wajo Regency as many as 25 people. The data collection technique used in this study is data in the form of observation sheets, namely observations in the learning process of students including observation sheets for affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. Observational data were analyzed qualitatively while data regarding learning outcomes were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics, namely the average score, percentage, minimum value, and maximum value, which were achieved in each cycle. In this study, the analysis was carried out by grouping the data obtained through observation and then presented after that for mastery learning calculated using simple statistics. The results obtained in the initial conditions before the action was taken, only 5 students or 20% completed the study, in the first cycle increased to 15 students or 60%, and in the second cycle increased to 25 students or 100%. So it can be concluded that the application of the jigsaw type of cooperative learning method can improve the learning outcomes of the squat style long jump in class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Tansito, Wajo Regency.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research conducted in four meetings in cycle I and II, and is designed through four stages: planning, implementing, and reflecting. The data source for this research was 18 students in class V at SD Negeri 375 Tancung, Wajo Regency. Collecting data on the ability to dribble using assesment sheets for starting technique, body position, foot contact with the ball, and final attitude. The results of quantitative analysis of the learning outcomes of dribbling in football games showed that the number of students who completed the first cycle was 11 people with a percentage of 64,70% and the number of students who completed the second cycle were 17 people with a percentage of 100%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that learning physical education through cooperative learning models of the Student Team Achievement Divisions type can improve the learning outcomes of dribbling in football games for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 375 Tancung, Wajo Regency.
