Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of Employee Engagement in education personnel at Merdeka University Malang and another factors related to quality of work life and work motivation. This research was followed by 60 employees of Education Staff of Merdeka University Malang. Explanatory research using a quantitative approach was applied in this research. This study explores the phenomenon of organizations that are increasingly responsive to employee needs. This phenomenon happen so that the company does not lose its best people. Yet the issue of stealing employees is still frequently heard. Organizations are competing to retain employees by paying attention to the quality of work life of their employees and providing encouragement in the form of motivation to retain employees. Based on the simultaneous test results, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the quality of work life and work motivation on employee engagement. However, in partial testing, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the Quality of Work Life variable and the Employee Engagement variable.

Abstract

In a corporate environment or business, labor is one of the most valuable resources and is a major player in the use of other company resources. So it was appropriate for companies to think about how to improve the productivity of employees so that the company can be increased. The purpose of this study was to describe the Job Training Effect significantly on Work Capability  and Employee Performance. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 60 employees who are employees working at PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis, inferential analysis, and multiple regression analysis. Engineering samples are used is saturated sample technique. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable, Job Training consisting of Training Methods and training materials has a significant influence on the Work Capability and Employee Performance. Between two independent variables that have a dominant influence on the ability of labor and employee performance is a training method because it has a beta coefficient and t the greatest. Keywords : Job Training, Work Cability, Employees Performance Abstrak Dalam lingkungan perusahaan atau bidang usaha, tenaga kerja merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang sangat berharga dan menjadi pemeran utama dalam penggunaan sumber daya perusahaan yang lainnya. Maka sudah sewajarnya apabila perusahaan memikirkan tentang bagaimana meningkatkan kemampuan kerja karyawan agar produktivitas perusahaan dapat meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja secara signifikan Terhadap Kemampuan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian penjelasan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 karyawan yang merupakan karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. BPRS Bumi Rinjani Kepanjen. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis inferensial, dan multiple regression analysis. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bebas Pelatihan Kerja yang terdiri dari Metode Pelatihan dan Materi Pelatihan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan. Dari kedua variabel bebas tersebut yang mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan  terhadap kemampuan kerja dan kinerja karyawan adalah metode pelatihan karena memiliki nilai koefisien beta dan t hitung paling besar. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan Kerja, Kemampuan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Improving the family economy for the PKK group in Sawojajar Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City is an effort to empower families. Improving skills by utilizing and developing existing potential aims to increase family income. Shibori is one of the arts from Japan, starting to be widely known and in demand in Indonesia. Shibori making, by making a pattern on a cloth is created through the process of immersing it in dyes. The purpose of this service is to develop Shibori cloth crafts and to develop marketing through digital marketing so that have better economic value. This community service program uses methods in the form of training and demonstrations, namely demonstration and demonstration of certain processes, conditions, and conditions that are being carried out to provide learning or understanding to participants. The training on making Shibori batik consists of a preparation stage, a training implementation stage, and an evaluation of the process and results. The training received a positive response from partners participating in these activities. The results of the training are increased knowledge and new insights for partners and their creativity. This is evidenced by the formation of various types of batik motifs and knowledge of digital marketing, and sales increased by 100% in 4 months with the establishment of a marketing system through social media and marketplaces so that partners can experience an increase in economic terms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Budaya Kualitas dalam memediasi pengaruh perencanaan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dan penerapan prosedur terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 105 karyawan di perusahaan international freight forwarding yang berlokasi di Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling untuk memudahkan penyebaran data. Analisis data menggunakan analysis SEM. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh terhadap budaya kualitas, perencanaan sertifikasi berpengaruh terhadap budaya kualitas, budaya kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara bersama-sama perencanaan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 serta penerapan prosedur berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui budaya kualitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka diberikan beberapa rekomendasi berupa saran yang dapat di gunakan sebagai bahan perbaikan berkekelanjutan yaitu tinjauan secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan penerapan ISO di setiap departemen, meningkatkan kemampuan auditor dalam proses evaluasi, penilaian dan pelaporan sistem manajemen mutu. This study aims to analyze Quality Culture in mediating the effect of planning for ISO 9001:2015 certification and the application of procedures on company performance. Respondents of this study found 105 employees in international freight forwarding companies located in Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Sampling was done by purposive sampling to facilitate data dissemination. Data analysis using SEM analysis. The research results show that ISO 9001:2015 certification significant influence cultural quality, certification planning significant influence cultural quality, cultural quality significant influence employee performance and together with ISO 9001:2015 certification planning and application of procedures that significant influence company performance. Based on the research conducted, several recommendations are given in the form of those that can be used as material for continuous improvement, namely periodically on the implementation of ISO implementation in each department, increasing the ability of auditors in the process of evaluating, evaluating and reporting quality management systems.

Abstract

Penetuan dan pengembangan proposisi nilai (Value Proposition) bisnis dapat dilakukan dengan membuat business model canvas, pembuatan ini dilakukan oleh Tim PKM bersama mitra melalui diskusi, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. hal ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan kemampuan dalam menentukan strategi bersaing yang tepat bagi mitra yaitu Godress Koffie Malang untuk memenangkan pangsa pasar di industrinya. Kegiatan pelatihan Bisnis Model Canvas pada pelaku usaha Godress Koffie terbukti memberikan tambahan wawasan dan pengetahuan terkait pembuatan dan penyusunan bisnis model. Hal ini dibuktikan dari perbedaan hasil nilai pre test dan post test.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bukan hanya tentang memberikan bantuan jangka pendek, tetapi juga tentang memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat untuk mencapai perubahan berkelanjutan. Pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan komunitas petani stroberi yang bernama Lumbung Stroberi dan berlokasi di desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu. para petani stroberi akan diberikan pelatihan berupa cara mengelola pelanggan di era saat ini serta pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Para Petani stroberi mampu mengembangakan kegiatan ini bukan hanya sebagiai pengisi aktivitas tetapi juga mampu membuat ini sebagai cikal bakal produksi yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan serta kemandirian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini melalui 3 tahapan yaitu, tahap persiapan materi, pembukaan dan pengenalan, serta tahap pelaksanaan.

Abstract

Creative tourism branding is an important process for carrying out attractive promotions of the identity of tourist attractions. The main goal is to attract tourists to come to this place. One of them is the Boon Pring educational tour in Malang Regency. In its development, Boon Pring ecotourism prioritizes conservation, social, economic, cultural, learning and education. Therefore, optimization is needed regarding the branding of the educational tourism destination Boon Pring, Malang Regency. This aims to increase the development of the tourism sector in Malang Regency. Data collection methods in preparing this research used observation and interviews. The results of this research are that tourism to Boon Pring creates creative destination branding by introducing the culture of the people around Boon Pring. Apart from that, to develop tourism branding, Pokdarwis collaborates with the community, local government and other stakeholders. They also create educational tour packages to attract visitors. Finally, to carry out creative branding, Pokdarwis also uses social media. However, promotional skills need to be improved so that the resulting content is more interesting. And consistency is also needed in carrying out promotions on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant impact of job training and employee development on employee performance through work ability. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees who worked at PT Honda Dealer Sumber Purnama Sakti Batu. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The results showed that there was a direct and indirect effect of job training and employee development variables on employee performance through job satisfaction. Of the two independent variables, employee development has the most dominant effect on employee performance through work ability.

Abstract

Purpose: This research aims to determine the relationship between motivation, entrepreneurship training and performance, as well as organizational culture as a moderator variable. Method: Respondents numbered 113 SMEs, former TKI who had received entrepreneurship training from the Manpower Service. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire and processed using PLS model path analysis assisted by the SmartPLS 3.0 program. Result: The research results are as follows: (1) Motivation has no effect on performance; (2) Entrepreneurship training influences performance; (3) organizational culture influences performance; (4) organizational culture as a moderating predictor variable has a significant effect on performance but is unable to moderate the influence of motivation and entrepreneurship training on the performance of SME entrepreneurs. The impact of entrepreneurship motivation and training may vary depending on other factors, such as stakeholder interests and local culture. These last two variables could be opportunities for further research.
