Abstract

Purposes. Aim of this research is to examines the effect of integrated marketing communications and Service Quality to the company 's image in Islamic banks in Bandung.Design/methodology/approach.This study is conducted in Bandung city and using Quantitative research design.The purpose of this study is to understand the perception of respondents towards their experience about corporate image in Islamic banking. this study were obtained by distributing survey questionnaire to a sample of 50 Owner Bank Syariahiness Enterprise in Bandung. Study assigned with purposive sampling which is particuar individuals are chossen with the characteristic relevant to the study who are thought will be most informative. Data analysis has been used Path Analysis. Findings this research. Corporate Image model on Islamic Bank in Indonesia is formed by performance of marketing communications and Service Quality. The second conclusion is Based on empirical evidence that obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.801, This shows that there is a very strong relationship between Integrated Marketing Communication and Service Quality simultaneously on Company Image. Coefficient determination for this model gained 0.641, this shows that Integrated Marketing Communication and Service Quality have an effect of 64.1% on Company Image, while the remaining 35.9% is explained by other things. F test is 41,957, this shows that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Integrated Marketing Communication and Service Quality on Company Image. And partialy the Integrated Marketing Communication variables directly affect of 62,1%. While the direct influence of Service Quality on the Company's image is 28,6%. Conclussion There are two conclusions of this study, the first is Model of the company's image is affected by marketing communications and service quality. The second conclusion Integrated Marketing Communication and Service Quality have an effect both partially and simultaneously on corporate image.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) design an information system related to marketing audits, especially marketing functions in the form of an E-Marketing Audit model design based on conceptual studies and empirical exploration, 2) develop a web-based information system, and 3) apply the E-Marketing Audit model for SMEs Malang City. This study uses a qualitative research methods. Qualitative research is conducted to define the need for marketing audits using depth in interviews to enrich the development of conceptual models and applicable systems.  While system development uses the waterfall SDLC model development method. This method is a sequential or sequential approach to the software life flow starting from analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation. The object of research is an SME in Malang City, observation activities are conducted on 20 SMEs in Malang City and depth interview is conducted with 3 SMEs who represent the characteristics needed in this research. This activity is aimed at elaborating on the need for the formation of a model as a basis for designing an applicable model of E-Marketing audit for SMEs in Malang. The results obtained are in the form of a web-based marketing audit system that is ready to be used by prospective users (SMEs). The resulting marketing audit system features recording product sales, recording of production costs and product price variations, recording sales channels (if an SME uses more than 1 distribution channel), auditing promotional activities by connecting the system to social media and measuring its impact. https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v8i2.5097

Abstract

Pengabdian Dosen ini masuk dalam kegiatan resmi Kemendikbud Ristek Dikti 2021, disebut dengan Magang Dosen Industri (MDI) ini adalah salaj satu program MBKM yang bekerjasama antara kementerian pendidikan dan sosial, Tri Darma Perguruan Tinggi yang di tuangkan dalam Wujud Realisasi langsung pada Perusahaan. Dosen adalah salah satu investasi Perusahaan dalam bentuk Nalar dan Pola Pikir yang sangat fundamental bagi pengembangan kualitas Perusahaan. Dosen mampu menghasilkan analysis, review, dan penilaian terhadap tata kelola perusahaan. Sehingga dosen magang ke industry menjadi salah satu jawaban bagi perusahaan untuk dapat menghasilkan ide-ide, gagasan-gagasan bagi pengembangan perusahaan dan bagi dosen, kegiatan ini adalah salah satu prestasi dan wujud salah satu pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam hal ini adalah Perusahaan. Selain itu dengan adanya dosen magang ke industri 2021 ini, mampu mensinergikan antara kebutuhan perusahaan dan kebutuhan Universitas. Penulis adalah Dosen Magang di PT.Alfan Mechatronics Innovation yang menjadi salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam Energy seperti Energy Terbarukan (PLTS), Energy listrik Tenaga Air (PLTA). Dosen juga melakukan tugasnya yaitu mengembangkan pemikiran guna kemajuan Perusahaan, dalam hal ini, PT.Alfan Mechatronics Innovation, antara lain adalah Pengembangan Jaringan Telekomunikasi (RF) dan IoT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Budaya Kualitas dalam memediasi pengaruh perencanaan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 dan penerapan prosedur terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 105 karyawan di perusahaan international freight forwarding yang berlokasi di Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan purposive sampling untuk memudahkan penyebaran data. Analisis data menggunakan analysis SEM. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 berpengaruh terhadap budaya kualitas, perencanaan sertifikasi berpengaruh terhadap budaya kualitas, budaya kualitas berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara bersama-sama perencanaan sertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 serta penerapan prosedur berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui budaya kualitas. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan maka diberikan beberapa rekomendasi berupa saran yang dapat di gunakan sebagai bahan perbaikan berkekelanjutan yaitu tinjauan secara berkala terhadap pelaksanaan penerapan ISO di setiap departemen, meningkatkan kemampuan auditor dalam proses evaluasi, penilaian dan pelaporan sistem manajemen mutu. This study aims to analyze Quality Culture in mediating the effect of planning for ISO 9001:2015 certification and the application of procedures on company performance. Respondents of this study found 105 employees in international freight forwarding companies located in Tanjung Perak Surabaya. Sampling was done by purposive sampling to facilitate data dissemination. Data analysis using SEM analysis. The research results show that ISO 9001:2015 certification significant influence cultural quality, certification planning significant influence cultural quality, cultural quality significant influence employee performance and together with ISO 9001:2015 certification planning and application of procedures that significant influence company performance. Based on the research conducted, several recommendations are given in the form of those that can be used as material for continuous improvement, namely periodically on the implementation of ISO implementation in each department, increasing the ability of auditors in the process of evaluating, evaluating and reporting quality management systems.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the significant impact of job training and employee development on employee performance through work ability. The population in this study amounted to 60 employees who worked at PT Honda Dealer Sumber Purnama Sakti Batu. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and path analysis. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The results showed that there was a direct and indirect effect of job training and employee development variables on employee performance through job satisfaction. Of the two independent variables, employee development has the most dominant effect on employee performance through work ability.

Abstract

The Community Service Program (PKM) aims to provide training and mentoring to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bandung City on marketing audits using the SMARK System and investment literacy. Of the 10 invited MSMEs, 7 actively participated in the program, which was conducted both online via Zoom and offline at STIE Ekuitas. The activities included training sessions on marketing audit strategies, practical guidance on utilizing the SMARK application to enhance business efficiency, and an introduction to secure and profitable investment instruments. Participants gained increased understanding of the importance of systematic marketing evaluation and sound financial management, including investment planning. As a tangible output, participants received a SMARK manual book and presentation materials related to marketing audit and investment literacy. These resources are expected to help participants implement the acquired knowledge in improving their business performance. The results of the program indicate that the SMARK System and marketing audits are crucial for MSMEs, enabling them to systematically evaluate and refine their marketing strategies. This initiative contributed by equipping MSMEs with tools to conduct independent marketing audits and offering guidance on financial literacy to utilize safe investment options effectively. Such steps are critical for fostering professionalism, informed decision-making, and long-term sustainability for MSMEs amid increasingly competitive markets. The program’s impact underscores the need for continued monitoring and further training to ensure that MSMEs can fully benefit from and sustain the knowledge and skills acquired through this initiative.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat bukan hanya tentang memberikan bantuan jangka pendek, tetapi juga tentang memperkuat kapasitas masyarakat untuk mencapai perubahan berkelanjutan. Pada program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini melibatkan komunitas petani stroberi yang bernama Lumbung Stroberi dan berlokasi di desa Pandanrejo, Kota Batu. para petani stroberi akan diberikan pelatihan berupa cara mengelola pelanggan di era saat ini serta pelatihan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Para Petani stroberi mampu mengembangakan kegiatan ini bukan hanya sebagiai pengisi aktivitas tetapi juga mampu membuat ini sebagai cikal bakal produksi yang bisa meningkatkan pendapatan serta kemandirian masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini melalui 3 tahapan yaitu, tahap persiapan materi, pembukaan dan pengenalan, serta tahap pelaksanaan.
