Abstract: This study aims to gain an overview of the role of local government (Department of Communications, Information and Communication, Culture, and Tourism), how large the contribution of the tourism sector to revenue (PAD), and the factors that affect the management of the tourism sector in the District Enrekang. This type of research used is descriptive. The data was collected using a technical field research, library research and tracking of data on line. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively The results of this study indicate bahwaperan local government (Department of Communications, Information and Communication, Culture, and Tourism) in mana- ging nature tourism Lewaja is Enrekang district tourism development, make repairs to the damage that occurs in nature and complement Lewaja infrastructure supporting tourism Lewaja nature. Lewaja nature tourism contribution to the PAD District Enrekang and factors affecting tourism management is a contributing factor that natural tourist attraction that attracts lewaja nature lewaja visit many local and foreign tourist and citizen participation, while inhibiting factor is the transfer budget and access to attractions still received less attention from the government.Keywords: manage, contribution, tourismAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang bagaimana peran pemerintah daerah dalam hal ini Dinas Perhubungan, Infokom, Kebudayaan, dan Pariwisata (Dishubinbudpar) Kabupaten Enrekang, berapa besar kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD),serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Enrekang. Tipe penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah deskriptif. Pengumpulan data di- lakukan menggunakan teknik penelitian lapangan), studi pustaka dan penelusuran data on line. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah daerah (Dinas Perhubungan, Infokom, Kebudayaan, dan Pariwisata) dalam mengelola pariwisata alam Lewaja adalah pengembangan pariwisata Kabupaten Enrekang, melakukan perbaikan terhadap kerusakan yang terjadi pada wisata alam Lewaja serta melengkapi sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata alam Lewaja. Pariwisata alam Lewja banyak memberikan kontribusi terhadap PAD Kabupaten Enrekang dan faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan pariwisata adalah faktor pendukungyaitu daya tarik wisata alam lewaja yang mampu menarik wisata alam lewaja banyak di kunjungi wisatawan lokal maupun manca negara dan partisipasi masyarakat, sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah pengalihan anggaran serta akses menuju objek wisata masih kurang mendapat perhatian dari pemerintah.Kata kunci: pengelolaan, kontribusi, pariwisata

Abstract: operational grant School (BOSS) in the Organization of education in the District of Sinjai; (2) to find out the factors that affect accountability Fund Management Operations Masters School Ban (the BOSS) in the Organization of education in the District of Sinjai. The study lasted approximately 2 months and is located in the District of Sinjai. The methods used for this research is Qualitative, descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used is the documentation, Study Library, observation and interview. The results showed that: (1) the management of the operational grant School (BOSS) in the Kab. Sinjai, include (a) the implementation of the management of the Fund'S BOSS, (b) the evaluation of the olaan funds-pengel boss. (2) factors that influence the management of the Fund'S BOSS at the school that is the delay in the distribution of the funds of the BOSS and ICT which does not support the reporting and the delivery of the work boss.Keywords: accountability, funds,assistance, operational, managementAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Sinjai; (2) Untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi akuntabilitas Pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan di Kabupaten Sinjai.Penelitian ini berlangsung kurang lebih 2 bulan dan berlokasi di Kab. Sinjai. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah metode Kualitatif Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah Dokumentasi, Study kepustakaan, Observasi dan Wawancara.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengelolaan dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) di Kab. Sinjai, meliputi (a) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan dana BOS, (b) Evaluasi pengelolaan dana BOS. (2) Faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi pengelolaan dana BOS di sekolah yaitu keterlambatan dalam penyaluran dana BOS dan ICT yang tidak mendukung dalam pengerjaan dan pengiriman pelaporan BOS.Kata kunci: akuntabilitas, dana, bantuan, operasional, pengelolaan.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the efforts made in improving the motivation of personnel working in the district Belopa and know the factors that influence the motivation to work in the administration of government officials in the district Belopa. Type of study is a explanatif. form the study is a form of field research by using survey method. Data collection techniques performed using the technique literature study, observation, interviews, quisioner and search data online. Data were collected from various sources to obtain sufficient data. The results of this study indicate that efforts are made to improve the motivation of personnel working in governance at the district Belopa is "good" with the average value of 3,00 while the factors that influence the motivation to work is also included in the category of "good" with the average value of 3,00. Then the hypothesis put forward acceptable to the motivation to work towards the running of influential officials in the district and work motivation apparatus Belopa effect on the factors that influence. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah explanatif. Bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah bentuk penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik studi pustaka, observasi, wawancara, kuisioner dan penelusuran data on line. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber hingga didapatkan data yang cukup. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh motivasi kerja aparatur dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Kecamatan Belopa adalah “Baik” dengan nilai rata-rata 3,00 sedangkan pengaruh motivasi kerja aparatur terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya juga termasuk dalam kategori “Baik” dengan nilai rata-rata 3,00. Maka hipotesa yang dikemukakan dapat diterima yakni motivasi kerja aparatur berpengaruh terhadap penyelenggaraan pemerintahan di Kecamatan Belopa dan Motivasi kerja aparatur berpengaruh terhadap faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya.Kata kunci: motivasi, pengaruh, aparatur, kinerja, pemerintahan

This research aims to find out how the implementation of participatory development in Lauwa Village Belopa Utara District Luwu District and to know the factors that influence the implementation of participatory development in Lauwa Village Belopa Utara District Luwu District. The type of research used is descriptive analysis that is a type of research that aims to provide a systematic, factual and accurate description of existing data in the field about the implementation of partial development in Lauwa Village Belopa Utara District Luwu District. Data were collected using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of participatory development in Desa Lauwa has been well implemented from every process, including the process of development planning, development and evaluation/monitoring, but to achieve more active participation needs to be improved again in each process. Then there are several factors that influence the implementation of participative development in Lauwa village that is supporting and inhibiting factors, namely: a) Supporting Factors: Leadership of Village Head, Community Participation, Activity of Facilitator, Availability of Budget and the existence of Clear Regulation; b) Inhibiting Factors: Land Acquisition, Non-Governmental Organizations and Human Resources.

This study aims to determine the role of the government in tourism development in the Binuang sub-district, Polewali Mandar Regency, seen from the arrangement and development of tourist objects, the development and development of tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure and the promotion of tourism. The method used in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research type which aims to describe the problem solving of the research object based on visible facts or data in the field. Data collecting technique is done by interviewing and observing and documentation which includes archives, literature review or literature related to research problems. The results showed: tourism development in Binuang Subdistrict, Polewali Mandar Regency, seen from the arrangement and development of tourist objects in accordance with the Regional Tourism Development Master Plan by identifying tourist objects that have the potential to focus on development. In addition, coaching activities for tourism managers are also carried out every few months in order to improve the quality and quality of tourism objects. Then, the development and development of tourism facilities and infrastructure carried out by the government can also be seen from the development and maintenance efforts of tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure. Tourism promotion by the Youth Sport and Tourism Agency which is considered quite effective is the Polewali Mandar Festival Fork & Art (PIFAF) which in addition to introducing culture also introduces tourism potentials in Polewali Mandar Regency.

Determining the status of Batam Island as an industrial area through Presidential Decree Number of 41 in 1973 on the Establishment area of the Batam Authority Developers Batam Industrial experience a change in the pattern of policies in the industrial field but also in the sectors of land, this can be seen with the establishment of the Presidential Decree number 41 in 1973 which regulates the formation of industry but also in the land sector. This can be seen with the formation of the Interior Minister Decree Number 43 in 1977 regulating the management and use of land in the industrial island of Batam granted rights management (HPL) to Batam Entrepreneurs Bureau. With the enactment of 23 in 2014 on local governments, so that the authorities in the land sector there is a division of authority and in the implementation of the municipality with the Agency Employers do not run smoothly in because of overlapping authority.

Elections are also the will of the people or the desire of the people so that there is a change in the process of selecting leaders through elections with a better and open system both in the presidential and regional head elections. In every election, there will be novice voters who are taking part in the election for the first time or have their right to vote to participate in the implementation of elections, be it presidential elections or regional head elections. The target for this long-term service is the realization of democratic and political education so that political awareness is awakened and they have adequate knowledge so that they can think rationally in making decisions and using political rights consciously and rationally. This Service Program will have been carried out on October 1, 2021 in the form of indoor activities with the Socialization method. the socialization method provided is using a system of lecture methods, simulations, case studies, brainstorming, games, discussions and watching short films. The materials provided are as follows: (a) Democracy and challenges in the Millennial Era, (b) Development of Government Politics in Indonesia, (c) Elections, (d) Politics as a form of love for the homeland and (e) Follow-up plans.

Abstrak:Pemerintah Kota Ternate pada Khususnya Dinas Pendidikan menyadari dengan benar akan kebutuhan dasar peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Kota Ternate sebagai alat peningkatan kualitas untuk membangun karakter dan moral yang baik untuk masyarakat Indonesia. Untuk itu pemerintah seharusnya mengetahui bahwa pendidikan adalah hak untuk warga negara seperti yang sudah diatur dalam UUD 1945 Pasal 31. Dan dilanjutkan pada Tahun 1994 Peresidan Repoblik Indonesia mengeluarkan Instruksi Presiden Nomor 1 Tahun 1994 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Wajib Belajar Pendidikan Dasar. Kebijakan yang di keluarkan pemerintah ini sudah cukup berhasil untuk mrningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mendapatkan pendidikan sesuai yang di amanahkan dalam UUD. Masih ingatkah kita melihat persoalan Pendidikan yang terjadi di berbagai daerah terpencil. Salah satunya di Daerah Maluku Utara, masih banyak persoalan yang belum diselesaikan oleh Pemerintah dan ini adalah tugas kita Bersama untuk menyelesaikan problem permasalahan tersebut. Kata kunci:Kebijakan Pendidikan; Wajib Belajar Abstrak: The Government of Ternate in particular the Office of Education is well aware of the basic needs of improving the quality of education in Ternate City as a means of improving quality to build good character and morals for the people of Indonesia. For this reason, the government should know that education is a right for citizens as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution Article 31. And continued in 1994 the Indonesian Republik Peresidan issued Presidential Instruction No. 1 of 1994 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Compulsory Education for Basic Education. This policy issued by the government has been quite successful in increasing community participation in getting education according to what is mandated in the Constitution. Do we still remember the problem of Education that occurred in various remote areas. One of them is in the North Maluku Region, there are still many problems that have not been resolved by the Government and this is our shared duty to solve these problems. Wajo Regency is one of the districts that have a role in the development and progress of South Sulawesi Province. Therefore, agricultural production facilities will be developed through processing mechanisms to the creative industries. Irrigation will be directed at the development of large-scale and small-scale rural irrigation through artificial embankments, revitalization of swamps and lakes. Whereas in urban areas a residential environment will be held an adjustment, especially near the of Lake Tempe in the area of Sengkang as the Capital of Wajo Regency. The purpose of this study is to find easy access for the community to drinking water and to provide accurate data related to Geographic Information System (GIS)-based regional location conditions. The approach used in this activity is a field survey related to the existing condition of the location by assisting the community, increasing knowledge by training or counseling aimed at solving existing problems in the village / subdistrict in Tempe Subdistrict, Wajo Regency, as well as training and utilizing digital databases related to the profile and potential of the city. The results of the study obtained were that some districts had several problems, namely, solid waste systems, road networks, inadequate buildings and inadequate clean water especially in Attakae, Maddukelleng, Pattirosompe and Tempe. However, there is potential that can be developed to improve the regional economy, such as the silk industry and wood industry.

Kegiatan ini telah dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Maros bekerja sama dengan Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Maros, dalam bentuk Diskusi, Ceramah, dan pendampingan terkait dengan Pendidikan Literasi Digital Bagi Generasi Muda di Kabupaten Maros. Hasil dari Pengabdian yang telah dilaksanakan (1) Pengabdian ini dapat merubah pola pikir bagi anak muda (Milenial) berkaitan dengan Pendidikan Literasi, serta (2) Sebagai daerah percontohan Pendidikan Literasi bagi anak muda (Millenial).
