Abstract:This research is based on cultural assimilation in Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir regency between Banjar society and Melayu society as the majority society. The formulation of this research is what is the supporting factors that influence the assimilation process of Banjar society in Melayu environment of Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir regency. The aim of this research is to know the supporting factors that influence the assimilation process of Banjar society in Melayu environment of Tembilahan district, Indragiri Hilir regency. The population of this research is 8657 and the sample is 70 with sampling is the process selecting. The data instrument is 25 questionnaire and 6 interview question. The data is analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis. From the analysis, writer got 51.43% as the dominant answer for chances to be balance in economy aspects, 59.72% for respect the other cultures, 53.21% for the fair attitude from the authorities in society, 55.71% for the similarities of cultural element, and 54.29% for the same enemies from other aspect. Based on Suharsimi Arikunto, dominant is set between 50.01% - 70.00%, so the hypothesis “The Tolerance and Amalgamation Factors toward the Assimilation Process of Banjar Society in Melayu Environment of Tembilahan District, Indragiri Hilir Regency” is rejected or ignored. Abstract:this research have a background of decline of child characters. Especially the religion character of generation responsible for continuing. The first and principal place for child religion character formation is family. Therefore, the formulation of problem from this research is how the influence of parenting parents toward child religion character formation in Dusun Tegal Sari Desa Pasir Jaya Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of parenting parents toward child religion character formation in Dusun Tegal Sari Desa Pasir Jaya Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. The method of this research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection instrument is by using questionnaire consist of 25 questions ofparenting parents (variable X) and 43 questionsof child religion character formation (variable Y) that share to 34 muslim respondent. Analysis of data is multiple linear regression. So the hypothesis that explain “there is the influence of parenting parents toward child religion character formation in Dusun Tegal Sari Desa Pasir Jaya Kecamatan Rambah Hilir Kabupaten Rokan Hulu’ is accepted. This case is evidenced by a series of multiple linear regression test between variable X and variable Y, obtained Fcount 4,744 and Ftable 2,92, from disribution list table Ftable with N=34 at a significant level of 5%, thereby Fcount ≥ Ftable or 4,744≥2,92. Based on significant level, authoritarian parenting is not significant that is 0,496≥0,05, permissive parenting is not significantthat is 0,130≥0,05 and authoritative is significant that is 0,043≤0,05. Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of discipline behavior,so the writer decidedes that the litle of this study " the effect citizenship education learning toward discipline behavior VIII of junior high school 1 (SMPN 1) of Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan District”. The problem of this research is how the effect citizenship education learning toward discipline behavior VIII of junior high school 1 (SMPN 1) of Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan District. This study aims to find out the effect citizenship education learning toward discipline behavior VIII of junior high school 1 (SMPN 1) of Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan District. This study uses a sample Non-Probability sampling is saturated. The sample consists of all of VIII grade student in Junior High School 1 (SMPN 1) Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan District, they are 82 students. Data collection instruments consists of 33 questions, 16 questions for the X variables and 17 questions for the Y variable. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Based on data analysis there are some the effect citizenship education learning toward discipline behavior VIII of junior high school 1 (SMPN 1) of Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan District. This is proved by a series of simple linear regression test between the variables X and Y, obtained Fhitung 15.96 and Ftabel 3.96 value obtained from the study of the distribution of F table with N = 82, At significant level of 5%, thus Fhitung > Ftabel, or 15.96> 3.96. Thus, the hypothesis in this study is accepted that there is a significant the effect citizenship education learning toward discipline behavior VIII of junior high school 1 (SMPN 1) of Pangkalan Lesung Pelalawan District.Keywords: learning Citizenship Education. Abstract :This research is based on the problems that arise from the observations made by the researcher that is about the implementation of additional criminal and additional crimes under UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime. Based on preliminary data obtained from the literature study is many problems in the implementation of the main criminal and additional crimes on the defendant corruption crime, for example, multitafsir rule or penalty that is still considered mild in the perpetrators of corruption crime classified as extraordinary crimes or extraordinary crimes. The formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How is the perception of student riau university to the main punishment according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime? (2) How is the perception of student of university riau toward additional criminal according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime?. The purpose of this research is to find out the perception of students of riau university on the implementation of principal criminal and additional crimes according to UU no 31 year 1999 about corruption crime. This research is descriptive qualitative method. Population in this research is student of university of riau from 9 faculty, then simplified become 3 faculty which study jurisprudence only. The sample in this study amounted to 120 people from 3 faculties. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Based on the results of this research can be concluded the perception of university of riau students on implementation of basic criminal according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption is good. Nevertheless, the perspective of university of riau students on the additional criminal implementation according to UU No. 31 of 1999 on corruption crime is not good.Keyword : Perception, Students, additional crime

Abstract: This research is motivated by the proliferation of homeless and beggars in the city of Pekanbaru which mosey and begging in public places. Formulation of the problem in this research is how the perception of non goverment organizations on the implementation, enforcement and development of homeless and beggars by the social services and the funeral of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the perception of non goverment organizations on the implementation, enforcement and development of homeless and beggars by the social services and the funeral of Pekanbaru. The study population was as many as 30 non goverment organizations working in the social field, and the sample 6 non goverment organizations by using purposive sampling technique. Instrument data research is a questionnaire with 36 questions. Data analysis using descriptive and qualitative analysis. Research in the field indicates that respondents non goverment organizations officers who answered "very good" in the amount of 0.94% who answered "good" that is equal to 37.04% who answered "less good" by 55.09% who answered "not good" that is equal to 6.94%. So we can conclude the perception of non goverment organizations to conduct, control and guidance homeless and beggars by the social services and the city cemetery is less well Pekanbaru.Keywords: Perception of non Government Organization, policing and coaching, vagrants and beggars2

Abstract: the background of this research is the weakness of Nation character. The Nation character is becoming very important and to be the basis for the existance of the Nation of Indonesia. Especially when facing the reality, that Indonesia is going to the Global era. For Indonesian as a society of the developing countries, the variety of culture social problem are rising up, either anomie (social sickness) as identity lost, or cultural shock (the future shock). These are happened as an effect of the friction of the old relationship pattern that limited by geography, culture, and the country is becoming a new system that has transnational, transcultural, and multicultural character. This is should be the rising of PKn to locate itself as a factor of the puller of the nation character building to be able in preparing young citizens those have character of Indonesia and to be united to develop Indonesia. Therefor, the formulation of the problem of this research is how the effect Civic Education towards the civic disposition building of the students of SMA N 1 Dayun of Dayun Subdistrict of Siak Regency. The research method used a quantitaive descriptive research. The data collecting Instrument used questionaire that consisted of 35 questions about civic education (X variable) and 37 questions about civic disposition (variable Y) to 25 respondents . data analize used a simple linear regression. Thus, hyphothesis “ there is an effect of civic education towards civic disposition building of the students of Sma N 1 Dayun Of Dayun Subdistrict Of Siak Regency is accepted. This is proved by the numbers of simpe linear regression tests between X variable and Y variable, obtained Fcount 8,513 and F table 4,28 from Ftable distribution with N: 25, at significant level 5 %, therefor, Fcount ≥ Ftable, or 8,513 ≥ 4,28.Keywords: Civic Education towards, Civic Disposition building

ABSTRACT:The background problem of this research was because of there is difference between Malay ethnic students and Chinese ethnic students toward the implementation of patriotism characteristic in SMAS Maha Bodhi Karimun Regency. In this research, the formulation of the problem was come from the idea that there is the difference in implementing the patriotism characteristic between Malay ethnic students and Chinese ethnic students of SMAS Maha Bodhi Karimun Regency. Furthermore, the aimed of this research was to find out the difference in implementing the patriotism characteristic between Malay ethnic and Chinese ethnic students. The participants of this research were 7 students who come from Malay ethnic and 52 students of Chinese ethnic. This research used an instrument which content of 27 questions. This research was analyzed using “t” test. This finding research was found that the students from Malay ethnic got the average score about 71,29 % while the students from Chinese ethnic got the average score about 68,56 %. From this finding, we can conclude that there is no significant difference between Malay ethnic and Chinese ethnic students in implementing the patriotism characteristic of SMAS Maha Bodhi Karimun Regency. Abstract: This research is motivated by the lack of code of the nation. One was the religious character of today's young generation. Spiritual Quotient has a role to influence the religious character of students. In this schools with a variety of activities to improve spiritual intelligence will affect the religious character of students. therefore, the formulation of the problem of this research is how the influence of spiritual quotient against the religious character of students MTs Nurul Iman Dusun Cita Harapan Sungai Ara Village District of Kempas Regency of Indragiri Hilir. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of spiritual quotient against the religious character of students MTs Nurul Iman Dusun Cita Harapan Sungai Ara Village Distric of Kempas Regency of Indragiri Hilir. This research is useful for the reader to add insight and information about education. This research method is quantitative descriptive. Data collection instruments used were a questionnaire consisting of 25 statements about spiritual quotient (variable X) and 25 statement about religious character (variable Y) distributed to 58 student respondents. Data analysis using simple linear regression. Thus the hypothesis that "there Effect significant spiritual quotient against the religious character of students MTs Nurul Iman Dusun Cita Harapan Sungai Ara Village Distric of Kempas Regency of Indragiri Hilir" acceptable. This is evidenced by a series of simple linear regression between the variables X and Y, obtained Fhitung 6.501 and 4.01 Ftabel obtained from the distribution list Ftabel with N = 58, the significant level of 5%, thus Fhitung ≥ Ftabel, or 6,501 ≥ 4 ,01 then Ho is rejected, so the hypothesis in this study received. Abstract: The background of this research by declining student character behavior, such as smoking, fighting, truancy, coming late to school, speak dirty, which is closely related to the parents' parenting is based on the level of socio-economic status. formulation of the problem in this research is (1) How the influence of parenting parents of high socio-economic status based on the behavior of the character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. (2) How the influence of parenting parents of middle socio-economic status based on the behavior of the character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. (3) How the influence of parenting parents of low socio-economic status based on the behavior of the character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Sampling by using purposive sampling by taking 15 students each level of socio-economic status. Descriptive quantitative analysis techniques with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16.Based on the results of the research, at the level of high socio-economic status, of the significance test is obtained Fcount 7,130 > Ftable 3,59 thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence parenting parents of high socio-economic status based on the behavior of the character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. at the level of middle socio-economic status, of the significance test is obtained Fcount 3,773 > Ftable 3,59, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence parenting parents of middle socio-economic status based on the behavior of the character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. at the level of lower socio-economic status, of the significance test is obtained Fcount 6,267 > Ftable 3,59, thus Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there is significant influence parenting parents of low socio-economic status based on the behavior of the character of students in SMP Negeri 4 Keritang Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir.Keywords: Parenting Parents, Socio-Economic Status, Behavior Character.2PENGARUH POLA ASUH ORANG TUA BERDASARKAN STATUS
