Abstract: the background of this research by one of the traditions of the Malay culture fresh flour, which is loaded and the rich values of local wisdom contained in it, moral values, attitudes and philosophies of life, so the authors take the title “Analysis of the values of local wisdom embodied in the tradition fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis”. Formulation of the problem in this research are anyvalues of local wisdom contained in the tradition of fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis? The purpose of this research is to find out what values of local wisdom contained in the tradition of fresh flour in the village of sungai selari subdistrict bukit batu district bengkalis. This study population is rural river Selari totaling 2205 people. Purposive sampling technique with a sampling of 50 people. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation, and study the literature, in analyzing data using quanlitative descriptive analysis. Abstract: This study is based on a problem how Pangean Against Public Perception Procedure Crowning Pangulu Nan Barompek degree in Kenegerian Pangean Singingi Regency Kuantan. Perception in this sense refers to the three elements, namely: (1) Selection Process pangulu barompek nan, (2) The series of events, and (3) The Coronation of Indigenous degree. Sample size was 35 respondents. The purpose of this coronation customary title is that these people have traditional leaders so that the custom is not lost. (Azizah, 2000). The problems of this research is How Public Perception Of Coronation Procedures Pangulu Nan Barompek degree in Kenegerian Pangean Singingi Kuantan District. This study aims Knowing Bagaiamanakah Procedures Against Public Perception Crowning Pangulu Nan Barompek degree in Kenegerian Pangean Singingi Regency Kuantan. This research was conducted in the District of Pangean Regency Kuantan Singingi lasted from February to May 2014. Population in this study were all Pangean society Subdistrict totaling 18 957 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study was 35. Data collection techniques used were in the form of observation, questionnaire techniques, interview techniques, technical documentation, and library research techniques. In analyzing the data using qualitative methods deskripstif simple. Adapaun hypothesis in this research is the perception Societies Procedures Crowning Pangulu Nan Barompek degree in District Pangean Kuantan District Singingi "Not Good". The results of this study indicate that the District Public Pangean Singingi Regency Kuantan with a percentage of 43.8% and included into the category benchmark for "good enough" is the benchmark of 25.01% -50.00%. So the hypothesis: Public Perception Of Degree Crowning Pangulu Procedures in the District of Nan Barompek Pangean Regency Kuantan Singingi "good enough" is acceptable.Keywords: Perception, Coronation Pangulu Nan Barompek, Kenegerian Pangean

Abstract: This research is examined based on the pancasila as the outlook of the nation of Indonesia. Pancasila not only as a result of someone or group’s thinking like the other ideology as that be ist in the but also it is as a result which derived from custom, cultural and religious values in Indonesia as incase bakar tongkang tradition which is done continiously from generation of the next the genetation by the Chinese community of Chinese ethnic in bagansiapiapi. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether or not bakar tongkang tradition which is done by Chinese community in bagansiapiapi rokan hilir contains values of pancasila in bagansiapiapi rokan hilir. The purpose of this research is to know the values of pancasila in bakar tongkang tradition in bagansiapiapi. Forthismore, the simle of this research is 30 people of the Chinese community which is selected by using purposive sampling theknique. The data were collected by using Questionare, interviews, views and documentations, the data were analyted by descriptive kualitatife’s formula = P = F/N×100% From research pinding’s. It is found that from 30 respondents who stated there is a values of pancasila in bakar tongkang tradition was 89,5%. Then the people who stated no 9,89%. And not answering 0,61%. So it can be concluded that there is a values of pancasila in bakar tongkang tradition in bagansiapiapi rokan hilir. Key Words: values pancasila, fuel barge traditional Chinese society.

Abstract: The background of this study is that the scout extracurricular activities which include the goal instill honest character.However, in reality this study affect towards the honest character formation of students in SMA N 1 Cerenti. The population of this study is around 25 students by using total sampling technique. Data collection instruments is by using questionnaires with a total of 30 questions / statements, 18 questions about students' extracurricular activities scout (variable x) and 12 questions about student’s honest character (variable y). Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis which were using SPSS version 18.0. Thus the hypothesis which states "There is the influence of the scout extracurricular activities towards students’ honest character formation in SMA N 1 Cerenti". This case is evidenced by a series of hypothesis test between variable X and variable Y, obtained Fcount 31,458 and Ftable value 4.28 31.458 which obtained from the study of the distribution list Ftable with N = 25, at a significant level of 5%, thus F count> F table or 3.458> 4, 28. So the hypothesis in this study Ho is refused and Ha is accepted, that there is the significant influence between Scout extracurricular activities towards students’ honest character formation in SMAN 1 Cerenti. Abstract : This research is motivated desire for people who do not have birth certificates that exist in the Village Sedanau. The problem of this research is how the level of legal awareness on birth certificates for people in Sub Sedanau Bunguran District of West Natuna and the factors that cause delays in the administration of birth certificates in the Village Sedanau Bunguran District of West Natuna. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of public awareness in the Village Sedanau Bunguran District of West Natuna and the factors that cause delays in the administration of birth certificates in the Village Sedanau Bunguran District of West Natuna. The study population was as many as 6225 people, and the sample of 70 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Instrument data research is a questionnaire with 20 questions. Analysis of data using qualitative descriptive analysis. Research in the field indicates that respondents who answered "strongly agree" amounting to 18.57% "agree" amounted to 12.71% "disagree" amounted to 53.57% "disagree" by 15%. So we can conclude the level of public awareness in Sub Sedanau District of Bunguran West Natuna regency is less awareness, and the factors that cause delays in the administration of birth certificates in the Village Sedanau District of Bunguran West Natuna regency is less socialization of government Strongly Agree (SS) + agree (S) 12.14 + 46.43 = 58.57% based on the highest result is less socialization local authorities about the birth certificate.Keywords: Legal Awareness Society Owners birth certificate.

Abstract: This research is aimed to identify the effect of using team quiz active learning strategy on students’ learning motivation of Civic Education in seventh grade students at Junior High School Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. The population of this research was all seventh grade students of Junior High School Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru which was consisted of 176 students and divided into 5 classes. The sample of this research was VII.3 by 34 students and VII.5 by 36 students, and population in this research consisted of 70 students. The sample of this research was taken by using purposive sampling technique by homogeneity test. The instrument of this research consisted of teachers’ activity, students’ activity, and students’ learning motivation. After the treatment, the percentage of students’ learning motivation in experimental class was 100% of the class population or 36 students and categorized into “very high”. While, the percentage of students’ learning motivation in control class was 97.06% of the class population or 33 students and categorized into “high”, and 1 student or 2.94% of the class population categorized into “low”. Based on the t-test in experimental class and control class, the result of the test showed that t-count > t-table (35.85 > 1.67), it can be concluded that there was significant difference in significance level 5%. The analysis above indicated that the team quiz active learning strategy had effect on students’ learning motivation of Civic Education in seventh grade students at Junior High School Tri Bhakti Pekanbaru. Abstrak: The background of this research with their school culture such as teamwork, ability and skills, respectful, honest, and discipline. And the student discipline code like: going to school on time, ending the learning activities and return schedule has been determined, using the completeness school uniforms as regulations, maintain the neatness and cleanliness of clothing according to the rules of the school. Follow and implement extracurricular activities specified in the Sschool, through the whole process of learning well and active, when unable to attend to school then it must include a notice to school, working on the assignment of teachers, carrying out tasks in accordance picket picket predetermined schedule. With this student discipline code, students can apply the school and community environment. The problem of this research is Is there a study of the school culture from the perspective of teachers and students study on the character of discipline from the perspective of students in MTs Ponpes Bustanul Huda City Village Garo Tapung Hilir District of Kampar regency. The purpose of this study was to determine how the school culture from the perspective of teachers and to determine how the student discipline code according to the student's perspective. The research was done in MTs Ponpes Bustanul Huda City Village Garo Tapung Hilir District of Kampar regency. Samples of this research for a school culture sample as many as 30 teachers of teachers. As for the character of student discipline 30 students. Data collection techniques by using observations, questionnaires, literature and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed by descriptive quantitative, in processing the data obtained from a questionnaire distributed to respondents is presented in the form of a percentage, using the formula P = F / N x 100%. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui peran sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeuleue. Untuk mengetahui pengawasan (supervisi) kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue. Subjek penelitian disini adalah Kepala sekolah dan Guru yang berjumlah 15 Orang. Pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah Peran kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue Peran kepala sekolah tentunya menjadi pendidik disekolah ini, untuk membina guru-guru dan menegur guru yang tidak disiplin serta saya juga memberikan arahan untuk kemajuan sekolah ini kedepan dengan menyesuaiakan kuriklum yang berlaku di sekolah, ini dilakukan karena seorang pendidik dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan harus mengikuti tata tertib di sekolah. Pengawasan (Supervisi) Kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kedisiplinan guru di SD Negeri 9 Tamon Jaya Kabupaten Simeulue sudah dilaksanakan oleh kepala sekolah, tetapi belum efektif, karena tidak semua guru mengikuti supervisi yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Selain itu kurangnya ketegasan dari kepala sekolah yang membuat pengawasan (supervisi) menjadi kurang berjalan dengan efektif
