Abstract

Abstract: Leadership is the ability to provide a constructive influence others to do the business of the cooperative achieve the planned objectives. Motivation to work an employee is usually indicated by a continuous activity, and goal oriented. The purpose of this study is on the analysis of the relationship to the head of the room under the leadership of the nurse's perception of the motivation of nurses in the inpatient department Prof.Dr.R.D. Kandou F BLU Manado. Analytic survey research design using a cross-sectional approach. Popolasi that all nurses in the inpatient space F BLU Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado. Total sampling using sampling. Data processed through univariate and bivariate analysis using Chi square with Fisher's exact test alternatives. Results obtained by analysis of the probability (p) = 0.003 <α (0.05), which means that Ho is rejected. Conclusion, an association under the leadership of head room nurse perceptions of the work motivation of nurses in the inpatient department Prof.Dr.RDKandou F BLU Manado. Suggestions, for a head irina F would increase the motivation to work more room nurses, and for nurses would be to maintain and further enhance the motivation to work better. Keywords: Leadership,Work Motivation. Abstrak: Kepemimpinan adalah kemampuan untuk memberikan pengaruh yang konstruktif kepada orang lain untuk melakukan satu usaha kooperatif mencapai tujuan yang sudah direncanakan. Motivasi kerja seorang pegawai biasanya ditunjukkan oleh aktivitas yang terus-menerus, dan berorientasikan tujuan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah di analisis hubungan kepemimpinan kepala ruangan menurut persepsi perawat terhadap motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang instalasi rawat inap F BLU RSUP Prof.Dr.R.D.Kandou Manado. Desain penelitian survey analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Popolasi yaitu semua perawat yang ada di ruang instalasi rawat inap F BLU RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan total sampling. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat melalui analisis Chi square dengan menggunakan alternatif fisher’s exact test. Hasil analisis diperoleh probabilitas (p) = 0,003 < α (0,05) yang berarti Ho ditolak. Kesimpulan, adanya hubungan kepemimpinan kepala ruangan menurut persepsi perawat terhadap motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana di ruang instalasi rawat inap F BLU RSUP Prof.Dr.R.D.Kandou Manado. Saran, bagi ruang irina F kiranya kepala ruangan lebih meningkatkan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana, dan untuk perawat pelaksana kiranya lebih mempertahankan dan lebih meningkatkan motivasi kerja yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) seperti diabetes, hipertensi, penyakit gagal ginjal dan penyakit jantung semakin menjadi ancaman serius yang merupakan penyebab kematian di seluruh dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Salah satu alternatif yang bisa dilakukan untuk mencegah dan penanggulangan penyakit tidak menular yaitu dengan pemanfaatan TOGA, Yang menjadi masalah pada alternatif ini adalah masih rendahnya pengetahuan Masyarakat khususnya para santri tentang berbagai jenis TOGA dan pemanfaatnnya. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah edukasi penggunaan TOGA dalam upaya pencegahan PTM pada santri di Ponpes Darussalam Toili. Sasaran yang terlibat pada kegiatan ini 76 orang santriwan dan santriwati. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan yaitu periapan pelaksanaan dan penutup. Pada tahap pelaksanan selain dilakukan edukasi melalui penyuluhan juga dilakukan demontrasi tentang berbagai jenis TOGA dan pemanfatannya, Hasil peniliaian pre-test dan pos-test terhadap peserta menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai tes sebelum dan sesudah mendapat penyuluhan. Rerata nilai pre-test peserta adalah 75.5 dengan SD 0.202 pada pengukuran kedua melaui pos test rata rata nilainya adalah 87.2 dengan SD 0.521. Dari hasil tersebut terlihat ada peningkatan skor sebesar 11.7 point. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value 0,000, yang artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor sebelum (pre test) dan setelah edukasi (post test). Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan langkah promotif dan preventif yang penting untuk dalam meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat, melalui pemanfaatan TOGA dalam upaya pencegahan PTM

Abstract

Kayutanyo Village, East Luwuk District, Banggai Regency, is an area with high potential risk for Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) triggered by unhealthy consumption patterns and lifestyles, and exacerbated by the characteristics of NCDs which are asymptomatic and have minimal clinical symptoms, so that they are often not recognized by the community. This community service activity aims to improve public health literacy through nutrition education, early detection of nutritional status and blood sugar level checks. The implementation method consists of anthropometric examinations, blood sugar level checks, and health education delivered interactively to the community. The results of the examination showed that 44.9% of participants had blood sugar levels above normal limits, while 39.2% of participants were overweight or obese. These findings indicate the need for sustainable community-based interventions in promotive and preventive efforts against NCDs. The education provided was responded to positively by the community and increased understanding of the importance of a balanced diet and regular health checks. This activity is expected to be an initial model that can be replicated in other areas with similar characteristics.

Abstract

 Clinical pathways involve the health team and part of the patient's records. Hence, team dynamics become a principal factor that needs to be appraised during implementation. Clinical pathways were considered as an additional workload for medical personnel. This research aims to review articles that discuss the perceptions and barriers among medical personnel in implementing clinical pathways. The articles were searched through the PubMed, Willey, ProQuest, and Google Scholar databases, which were published no less than ten years period from 2010 to 2020. The keywords used perception OR response AND barriers OR obstacles AND clinical pathway OR care. The pathway corresponds to the title and purpose of the review and is in full-text form. In total, eight articles meet the review criteria and objectives. The results showed that clinical pathways are perceived as a process that is directed at realizing benefits, creating habits, and requiring enthusiasm, support, and time. Obstacles for medical personnel that often arise in implementing clinical pathways include not having enough time, lack of direction and guidance, lack of staff awareness, lack of compliance in documentation, and lack of staff commitment. Conducting a direct study on evaluating the implementation of clinical pathways in hospitals is recommended.
