Abstract

This study examines the analysis of raw material inventory forecasting and buffer stock of vaname shrimp at one of the fishery companies in Makassar Industrial Estate (PT Bogatama Marinusa Makassar). The analysis method used to determine the supply of raw materials needed by the company is the ARIMA Box-Jenkins method. This method is used to forecast raw material inventory on time series data. Determination of buffer stock is done using standard deviation and policy factors. Vaname shrimp (Littopenaeus vannamei) raw material data was obtained from 2020 to 2022 (156 weeks). The results showed that the highest amount of raw material inventory occurred in October week 147 in 2022, amounting to 152,792 tons, while the lowest amount of raw material inventory occurred in May week 122 in 2022, amounting to 13,102 tons. The best vaname shrimp raw material inventory model is the ARIMA (1,1,1) model which has a Sum Square Error (SSE) value of 1.70250, Mean Square Error (MSE) value of 0.0112007. This model is used to forecast raw material inventory for the next 48 weeks. The forecasting results show that there will be a decrease in week 1 to week 6 and a relative increase in raw materials in week 7 to week 48 with a MAPE value of 4.54%. The amount of buffer stock that must be owned by the company is 37.311 tons.

Abstract

Until now, many analyzes have been carried out to determine the right industrial location. However, there has been no attempt to combine SWOT analysis and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in this context. This study aims to determine a strategic location as a place to establish a pomelo orange processing industry in Pangkep Regency by integrating SWOT and AHP analysis. The factors in the SWOT analysis were obtained through interviews with various related parties, followed by the distribution of the SWOT and AHP questionnaire surveys to 5 respondents who were considered experts in their fields, consisting of 3 management lecturers from the Pangkep State Agricultural Polytechnic and 2 parties from the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Agriculture. Pangkep Regency Industry. The results of the SWOT and AHP analysis reveal 6 factors that have high priority in determining the location of the pomelo orange processing industry in Pangkep Regency, namely raw material availability, land availability, distance from the city center, taxation aspects, support from the local government, and legality factors. Based on the conclusions of these six priority factors, it can be suggested that the most strategic location for the pomelo orange processing industry in Pangkep Regency is in Ma'rang District

Abstract

The coral potential has Indonesia the first-class exporter of nature coral. The paradigm of the export market of corals is very interested in cultivated corals products because of the diversification of production, so that the variety can meet the export market as an opportunity to conduct business activities that can improve the welfare of the fishing community, regional income and national income. The purpose of this program is to obtain a number of products, types and quality as well as an increase in the quality of coral habitats in general in a planned manner that can guarantee the sustainability of ornamental coral businesses that can stimulate the nuances of business competition full of creativity and dedication with a touch of innovation efforts to continuously develop production without dependence on the product natural. The method used is fragmentation where the colony is taken from a particular parent colony by planting an artificial substrate paste placed on the construction and design of an environmentally friendly table rack at sea that can form coral or coral buds that produce the number and quality of export standards from the production plan of the yield Ornamental coral cultivation in a sustainable and community-based manner. Production results before being developed and subsequently sold to the market must first go through the process of applicable regulations. The technology developed is eco-technology (ecosystem technology) which is certainly oriented towards agribusiness through a seafarming program (coral cultivation) or an effort to utilize sustainable management methods (suistainable) based on community and tourism. The improvement of ornamental corals product quality is innovative product diversification in the inventory system with the application of ammonia (protein skimmer) removal equipment for ornamental corals at harvest time and maintained in an aquarium before being exported.

Abstract

Analisis kelayakan finansial dilakukan untuk membantu UKM XYZ melihat kelayakan usaha pengembangan yang akan dijalankan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : menganalisis kelayakan finansial pada usaha produksi roti coklat di UKM XYZ. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Adapun teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu menganalisis aspek finansial pada UKM XYZ. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Proses produksi roti isi coklat UKM XYZ membutuhkan biaya operasional sebesar Rp. 7.805.222/ bulan. UKM XYZ memproduksi 120 roti isi coklat satu kali produksi, dengan harga Rp. 3.500/ roti. Apabila semua produk habis terjual maka diperoleh total penjualan sebesar Rp. 420.000/hari satu kali produksi. Hasil penjualan dalam satu bulan Rp. 12.600.000/bulan.UKM XYZ memperoleh keuntungan dalam satu bulan sebesar Rp. 4.794.778/bulan dengan profit laba 61%. UKM XYZ akan mendapatkan titik impas ketika menghasilkan produk 2.230 roti dengan harga Rp. 2.168/ roti coklat. UKM XYZ akan kembali modal setelah berjalan selama 10 bulan 1 hari dan memiliki nilai BCR 1,6 yang dinyatakan layak untuk dikembangkan.
