Abstract

The organization's success in achieving its goals is dependent on how good the quality of the performance of its employees is. In this study, performance is used as an independent variable and leadership style, work environment, and organizational commitment as dependent variables. In this study, there were 100 samples used with data testing tool using SPSS 21. The results are that leadership style, work environment, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of ASN at the Agriculture Service, Fisheries Service, Food Security Service, and Land Office of Palopo City simultaneously and partially where all the significance value is below the alpha level.

Abstract

Discipline is one of the benchmarks in seeing the performance of an employee. This study is focused on knowing, analyzing and describing the influence of leadership style variables on work discipline at the Office of Cooperatives and MSMEs in Palopo City. By using the saturated sampling technique, the sample used in this study was 76 respondents. In this study, questionnaires were distributed as a method to obtain data. From the output of SPSS processing, the research shows that the leadership style has a positive and significant impact on the work discipline of the Palopo City Cooperatives and UMKM Office employees.

Abstract

Updating data objek dan subjek pajak bumi dan bangunan di Kota Palopo penting untuk dilakukan karena Nilai Jual Objek Pajak (NJOP) per-meter jauh lebih rendah dari nilai jual (pasar) saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi nilai tanah dan kelas tanah untuk updating NJOP Bumi dan Bangunan di Kota Palopo. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan moteode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, pengamatan langsung di lapangan dan wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci baik dari perwakilan pemilik tanah maupun pegawai kelurahan. Analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif melalui pengecekan dan sinkronisasi data primer dengan data sekunder khususnya data Nilai Jual Objek Pajak (NJOP) tahun terakhir responden dan peraturan pemerintah (Keputusan Menteri Keuangan No 523/KMK.04/1998 tentang Klasifikasi Penggolongan dan Ketentuan Nilai Jual Tanah) untuk mengetahui gambaran kondisi tanah dan kelas tanah setiap responden yang tersaji pada Tabel 1-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum terdapat selisih kelas tanah setiap kecamatan di lokasi penelitian sehingga pemutakhiran kenaikan kelas tanah yang dilakukan Bapenda layak untuk dilaksanakan. Terdapat perbedaan antara nilai tanah berdasarkan NJOP dengan nilai tanah berdasarkan harga pasar di setiap kecamatan yang berbasis di kelurahan. Nilai tanah berdasarkan harga pasar di semua kelurahan setiap kecamatan tergolong tinggi. Nilai tanah tertinggi sebagian besar berada kecamatan Wara sebagai pusat ibu kota Palopo dengan penggunaan lahan sebagai pusat perdagangan dan jasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the work environment has on employee performance and organizational culture on employee performance. The object of this research is the nickel mining industry in Lutim Regency, associative research. The population is all employees at PT. Citra Lampia Mandiri (CLM) as many as 291 works of the cloud. The sample of this study used a sampling technique (method random sampling) or a simple method, namely by randomly using the Slovin formula as many as 74 employees. In this study, it was found that the work environment and organizational culture had a significant and positive influence on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

The Research using multiple linear regression analysis is research that combines more than one independent variable. In this study the independent variables are Motivation and Work Discipline. This study tries to describe how and how much influence is given by the two independent variables on the performance of personnel in the Polres area of ??Palopo City. With a sample of 100 from four police stations in the Polopo Polres area. The research findings say that motivation and work discipline have a positive and partially significant effect. Simultaneously motivation and work discipline also affect the performance of personnel in the Polopo Polres area

Abstract

The discussion in this study is focused on the marketing performance of AXA Mandiri's insurance. Which is located in the city of Palopo – South Sulawesi. With a total of 89 data from 89 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant impact on marketing performance. Likewise, product innovation has a significant and positive effect on marketing performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing the effect of Green Product on customer satisfaction and testing the effect of repurchase intention on customer satisfaction at The Icon Cafe Palopo. Quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires were used in collecting data. A total of 85 samples were used in this study. In processing the questionnaire data, SPSS 21 was used. The results showed that the Green Product variable and repurchase interest had a joint effect on customer satisfaction at The Icon Cafe Palopo. The Green Product variable partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and repurchase interest also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at The Icon Cafe Palopo.

Abstract

The Palopo City Trade Office, as a public agency that offers services to the community, must improve the quality of such services. The purpose of this research is to examine the link between employee morale, motivation, and human resource development. This is a quantitative study in which data will be collected using questionnaires and evaluated using SPSS. Employee morale was found to have a favorable and significant relationship with the variables of motivation and human resource development. Staff morale can be increased by expanding employee capacity in terms of abilities and knowledge earned via education and training, as well as increasing employee motivation from both within and outside the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of green marketing and consumer attitudes on the intention to repurchase KFC in Palopo City. This study uses primary data and data collection techniques using questionnaires. the number of samples used in this study was 97 samples. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and processed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously or jointly the green marketing variable and consumer attitudes have an effect on the variable of repurchasing interest. In addition, partially, the green marketing variable has a positive and significant effect on the interest in buying back KFC in Palopo City and the consumer attitude variable has a positive effect on the interest in buying back KFC in Palopo City.

Abstract

The ability to survive and continue to develop in the competitive world of business must be the top priority in the midst of intense competition with similar products. Creating and implementing green products as well as improving the quality and controlling the prices of the products are part of the company's ability to survive and thrive. This study aims to determine the effect of green products, product quality and product prices on buying interest. Multiple regression analysis was used in this study with a total sample of 85 respondents. The findings of this study indicate that green products, product quality and product prices both simultaneously and partially affect the interest in buying fast food at KFC Palopo City
