Abstract

This study aims to analyze human resource management strategies in improving employee work effectiveness at PT. Tranciv Global Perkasa. Employee work effectiveness is one of the key factors in achieving the company's goals. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data were obtained through in-depth interviews with relevant informants. The results indicate that the implemented human resource management strategies include planning, recruitment, selection, employee placement based on competencies, and employee development through training and workshops. Furthermore, performance-based rewards and compensation policies are key measures taken by the company to motivate and enhance employee loyalty. The employee performance evaluation system is conducted periodically to ensure optimal work effectiveness. This study concludes that integrated and adaptive human resource management significantly contributes to improving employee work effectiveness and the company’s competitiveness. The author suggests that performance evaluations be conducted more frequently, every three months, to monitor employee performance progress more effectively and enhance work motivation through a competitive reward system.

Abstract

The subjects of this research were all employees at the Tangerang Muhammadiyah University. The total population in this study was 523 people with a sample size of 83 people. The data collection method is through a survey using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that (1) performance allowance (X1) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance with the equation Y = 26,496 + 0.326X1 + 0.378X2-0.062X3 + e. The hypothesis test calculation t is 0.002 < 0.05 and the t value is 3.202 > t table 1.990. (2) organizational motivation (X2) shows that there is a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a hypothesis test calculation of t of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t value of 3.848 > t table 1.990. (3) organizational culture (X3) shows that there is no influence and is not significant on employee performance with a hypothesis test calculation of t of 0.598 < 0.05 and a t value of 529 > t table 1.990. (4) calculating the F hypothesis with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and an F value of 7,560 > F table 2.72, this shows that performance allowances (X1), organizational motivation (X2), and organizational culture (X3) simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education is urgent in the 4.0 era, with the use of technologies such as AI, IoT and Big Data analytics. This study examines the strategy of the University of Muhammadiyah Tangerang in developing digitally competent human resources. This research uses a qualitative design based on case studies, involving bibliometric analysis, interviews with policy makers, lecturers, staff, as well as policy analysis and observation of human resource development practices. The results of the study show the urgent need for digital competencies in higher education. UMT has designed strategic initiatives such as technology-based training, the use of LMS, and collaboration with technology companies. However, the challenges of budget constraints, disparities in digital capabilities and resistance to new technologies remain. Great opportunities come with affordable technology developments and national policy support. His recommendations strengthen technology-based policies, the integration of digital elements of the curriculum, and strategic partnerships with industry. This step supports UMT's vision to contribute to the development of sustainable human resources in future education. Obstacles include budget constraints and resistance to the adoption of new technologies.

Abstract

Health institutions such as hospitals are a form of service in the field of services so they must provide the best form of service to patients to increase patient loyalty at Bunda Sejati Hospital Tangerang. Patient loyalty is one of the key indicators of a hospital's success. When patients feel satisfied and confident in the services provided, they are more likely to return for future treatment as well as recommend the hospital to their family and friends. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality strategy of nursing services in increasing patient loyalty at Bunda Sejati Hospital Tangerang. In this study, direct observation techniques were used, then interviews and documentation. Based on the discussion in this study, the results obtained are that the service quality strategy consists of several indicators to increase patient loyalty at Bunda Sejati Tangerang Hospital.

Abstract

Employee career development at the Soekarno Hatta Customs and Excise KPU Type C based on educational background, education and training in position, and employee tenure. Factors that influence career development at the Soekarno Hatta Customs and Excise KPU Type C are Managerial Competence (managerial ability), Technical/functional Competence (technical ability), Creativity (creativity). Career paths can be passed by employees when the employee has high work performance as indicated by an increase in salary. A positive career attitude is carried out by the Soekarno Hatta Customs and Excise Commission Type C so that it is more in line with career demands and career opportunities that are consistent with the interests, values, needs and abilities of individuals. The career adaptability of the Type C KPU Customs and Excise Soekarno Hatta employees demonstrates the application of knowledge, expertise and the latest technology in their career paths. For the individual characteristics of Type C KPU Customs and Excise employees, Soekarno Hatta makes career choices on the basis of: Interests, Identity, Personality. Keywords: Career Development, Employee Performance, Education.

Abstract

Education is one of the studies that has received much attention from scientists. This is because of its very strategic role in improving human resources, Islamic education also gets various kinds of attention, especially in various complex problems that require immediate handling. Teacher problems are in the spotlight, because teachers are the spearhead of any policy or related to education. It is the teacher who will carry out operationally all forms of pattern, movement and movement of change in the world of education. Given the great role of the teacher, teachers are required to pay maximum attention to the development and quality of education. But the problem is, the teacher's own condition has not supported much in that direction, both in terms of quality, professionalism, quantity, and welfare. This research is a qualitative research that aims to determine the effect of career development on teacher performance at SMP BINONG PERMAI. The results of this research indicate that career development is carried out based on qualifications, competence, performance appraisal and the needs of government agencies through mutation mechanisms, promotions in accordance with applicable regulations.Keywords: Career Development and Teacher Performance

Abstract

The recent surge in forest and land fires across Kalimantan has had far-reaching impacts, notably on the educational landscape, including the process of teaching and learning in schools. This quantitative study aims to explore the direct and indirect influences of parental attention and learning facilities on the academic achievements of elementary school students. The investigation incorporates the mediating role of motivation and utilizes a survey methodology with questionnaires as the primary data collection tool. The research, conducted in the Timpah sub-district of Kapuas Regency, Central Kalimantan, involves a sample of 200 elementary school students. Employing the Smart PLS 4 structural equation model, the study examines seven hypotheses, revealing the significant effects of parental attention and learning facilities on the efficacy of online learning processes. The findings aspire to impart valuable insights to educators and parents, underscoring the pivotal roles of parental engagement and the provision of adequate facilities in ensuring successful learning outcomes.

Abstract

The findings of research conducted using Smart PLS version 4.0 show that, with a path coefficient value of 0.000 for each, product and advertising ratings have a big impact on high school students' decisions to buy on Shopee. Price, however, also has an impact on the decision about what to buy (with a path coefficient value of 0.165), but is not statistically significant. Overall, advertising, product ratings, and price together explained approximately 95.6% of the variation in students' purchasing decisions. These findings provide an important picture of the factors that influence purchasing decisions on Shopee for high school students in Cibodas District, Tangerang City.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how price and social media influence consumers' decisions to buy used cars at the Ghiffari Motor Tangerang showroom. Social media promotion is now an important component of marketing strategies in the digital era. Price is still a consideration in determining which car to buy. This research aims to provide a significant perspective for automotive industry players so that they can improve their marketing tactics. In this research, a quantitative description method was used. The population studied consisted of thirty people randomly selected from September to November 2023 at the Ghiffari Motor used car showroom in Tangerang. A Likert scale was used in the online survey used to collect data for this investigation. SmartPLS is the analysis tool used. According to this research, price has an influence but is not statistically significant on the decision to purchase a used car with P (value) 0.178 > 0.050, however, social media has a fairly large influence with P (value) 0.002 < 0.050. With a proportion of 64.5%, price and social media have quite a large influence on purchasing decisions, while the remaining 35.5% is influenced by other factors not covered in this research.
