Abstract

Abstract: The developed learning media in this research based on ROPES learning model in optics matter for grade XI student of senior high school which consist of learning implementation plan (RPP), student worksheet (LKPD) and students cognitive achievement. This research is aimed to produce learning media based on ROPES Learning model that are valid in optics for XI grade student of senior high school. This is a research and development (R&D) type with 4D development model. The research instrument is RPP validation sheet, LKPD, and the cognitive achievement use descriptive analysis by calculating the validity score for each indicator of learning instrument. Based on the result of validity data analysis, the mean score of RPP validity is 3.48 which can be categorized high. The mean score of LKPD validity is 3,40 wich can be categorized high. The mean score of cognitive achievement validity is 3.39 which is high. The entire score of learning instrument based on ROPES learning model in Optics is 3,44, is declared valid and worth to be used as learning instrument in optics.Key Words: Physics Learning Media, ROPES Learning Model, Optics

Abstract

This study aims to describe all the efforts made by the principal as a supervisor in supervising teachers at MTs Al-Ihsan, Tanah Grogot. This research method uses qualitative research. The research data were obtained from an interview with the principal of MTs Al-Ihsan, Tanah Grogot. Interviews were conducted in order to obtain information regarding how and what the principal of the school did in supervising teachers for the realization of professional teachers.The results of this interview obtained regarding the program carried out by the principal in carrying out supervision, the stages of carrying out supervision, the types of supervision that have been carried out, the time of supervision, the supporting factors for carrying out supervision, the inhibiting factors for carrying out supervision, phased evaluation actions for teachers, evaluation results that are still not optimal, teacher competencies to be achieved, supervision program planning to improve teacher professionalism, solutions from the school principal if the program does not go well, as well as matters that determine the success of the implementation of supervision.

Abstract

This scientific article comprehensively investigates the fundamental principles of Fiqh Muamalah governing Islamic economic transactions, focusing on three primary areas: sale (bay'), debt-financing (dayn), and leasing (ijarah). This research aims to analyze the Sharia conceptual framework underlying each contract, including its pillars, conditions, and legal implications, as well as to identify crucial prohibitions such as gharar (ambiguity), riba (interest/unlawful increment), and maysir (speculation). Furthermore, this article explores the relevance and challenges of applying these principles within the dynamic context of the modern economy, characterized by financial innovation, digital technology, and globalization. Through an in-depth literature study and a comparative analysis of classical and contemporary scholars' interpretations, this research examines how ethical Islamic principles such as justice ('adl), mutual consent (taradhi), and public interest (maslahah) can be integrated into current business practices. Selected case studies on e-commerce transactions, digital lending platforms, and technology-based leasing models are analyzed to illustrate the challenges and potential solutions in applying Fiqh Muamalah. This article concludes by offering a perspective on the importance of contextual reinterpretation and the innovation of Islamic financial products to ensure the relevance of Fiqh Muamalah in addressing global economic challenges while upholding Islamic values.
