Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the fact that the students' learning outcomes are low. This can be seen from the value of science students with an average of 65.21. The percentage of students who reached the KKM only 44% of the 25 students, thus the total number of students who completed only 11 people. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of science students of Class V SD Negeri 2 Tanjung Medang North Rupat District with the application of cooperative learning model type make a match. Research Instrument consists of Learning Device which used in this research is based on Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP) or known as Curriculum 2006. Learning tool consists of syllabus, RPP, student worksheet and observation sheet. Teacher activity during the learning process using cooperative type learning make a match has increased. In the 1st cycle of the 1st meeting with an average of 62.5 at the 2nd meeting an average increase of 75. After the 1st cycle the 1st meeting increased by an average of 83.33 and increased at the 2nd meeting with an average of 87 , 5 with very good category. Student activity during the learning process with the application of cooperative learning model type make a match has increased. The 1st cycle encounters a student activity with an average of 58.33 meetings 2 with an average of 62.5. In the second cycle of the 1st meeting with an average of 70.83 continues to increase at the second meeting with an average of 79.17 "good" classifications. During the learning process with the application of cooperative learning model type make a match, there is an increase in student learning outcomes terliahat of student learning outcomes between the basic score with an average of 65.21 student learning outcomes at UH I with average learning outcome 68.6 5.20 increase, while the improvement of learning outcomes with the average of student learning outcomes in UH cycle II 80 is 18.70. this proves that cooperative model of type make a match can improve student learning result of science.Keywords: cooperative type model make a match. Abstract

The economic chaos that has occurred in almost all parts of the world has an unstable global economic condition due to the Corona Virus. In the midst of the onslaught of the global economic crisis, small, medium and large businesses are all affected by the Corona Virus outbreak that has attacked the whole world. Since the Corona Virus attacked the entire world, many MSMEs have experienced many obstacles and obstacles, especially in terms of capital. The government is trying to solve this problem by launching a financing program for MSMEs and cooperatives, namely Assistance for Micro Businesses (BPUM). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Assistance for Micro Business Actors (BPUM) in increasing the income of MSMEs in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. The data collection process was carried out by giving a number of questionnaires to several traders selling around the Sawah Besar District, totaling 10 respondents. This research approach uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results showed that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic was that the MSME assistance program had a positive impact on MSME income in Sawah Besar District, Central Jakarta. So it is advisable for the government to continue to run the Assistance for Micro Businesses (BPUM) program to help MSME capital problems. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of student management in improving the quality of learning at SMK Negeri Muara Beliti. Student management is viewed as a strategic aspect that plays a crucial role in developing students' character, discipline, and motivation to learn. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving the principal, guidance and counseling teachers, subject teachers, and active students. The results indicate that the student organization structure at SMK Negeri Muara Beliti is well-organized and involves all teachers in program implementation. Character development activities, the Student Council (OSIS), and extracurricular activities contribute positively to improving student discipline and enthusiasm for learning. Key supporting factors include collaboration between teachers and a personal approach to students, while challenges include limited human resources and concurrent positions. Overall, student management has been shown to have a significant influence on improving the quality of learning through the development of student character, motivation, and academic achievement. The results of this study are expected to serve as a reference for other vocational schools in developing effective and sustainable student management strategies.   Keywords: Student Management, Learning Quality, Character Building, Student Discipline

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of the Sedekah Bumi (Earth Alms) tradition in fostering religious moderation in the Religious Moderation Village of Bangun Rejo, Sukakarya Subdistrict. The research employs a qualitative method with data collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. Informants include traditional leaders, religious figures, village officials, youth representatives, teachers, and local residents. The findings reveal that Sedekah Bumi serves as an effective platform for interfaith social interaction, promoting values of tolerance, mutual respect, and communal harmony. Key supporting factors include strong support from village authorities, active interfaith involvement, the participation of youth and women, and a shared commitment to cultural preservation. The main challenges arise from globalization and the lack of regeneration among cultural leaders. Ultimately, the Sedekah Bumi tradition not only strengthens social cohesion but also represents a local strategy for sustaining peace and unity within a diverse society.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Ikatan Pelajar Nahdlatul Ulama (IPNU) dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai nasionalisme dan keislaman pada generasi muda di Kecamatan Megang Sakti, Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Fenomena dekadensi moral, melemahnya rasa kebangsaan, serta tantangan globalisasi menuntut adanya organisasi kepemudaan yang mampu menjadi benteng moral sekaligus motor penggerak pendidikan karakter. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini melibatkan 10 informan utama, kunci, dan tambahan, terdiri dari pengurus IPNU, anggota, guru, tokoh agama, alumni, orang tua, serta masyarakat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles & Huberman yang meliputi reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data diperiksa melalui triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IPNU berperan signifikan dalam membangun kesadaran kebangsaan melalui kegiatan kaderisasi, peringatan hari-hari besar nasional, dan dialog kebangsaan. Pada aspek keislaman, IPNU menginternalisasikan nilai religiusitas melalui kajian kitab kuning, pelatihan baca tulis Al-Qur’an, istighosah, hingga peringatan hari besar Islam. Kendala utama berupa keterbatasan dana, partisipasi anggota, dan tantangan arus globalisasi diatasi melalui iuran anggota, kerja sama dengan lembaga lain, fleksibilitas jadwal, serta pemanfaatan media digital. Implikasi sosial dan pendidikan tampak pada meningkatnya karakter religius, kepedulian sosial, serta disiplin kader di lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah cakupan wilayah yang masih lokal sehingga temuan belum dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Namun, kebaruan penelitian terletak pada pengungkapan pola integrasi nilai nasionalisme dan keislaman yang dikelola IPNU sebagai model pendidikan non-formal berbasis kaderisasi religius-kebangsaan, yang dapat direplikasi oleh organisasi kepemudaan lainnya di era globalisasi.
