Abstract

Abstract: Multicultural education paradigm is important to develop with the facts and realities of the pluralistic and diverse Indonesian nation. Because Islam is also part of this diversity, multicultural Islamic education is automatically also the responsibility of Indonesian Muslims to develop. The studies explored in this research are focused on examining the theological basics of multicultural Islamic education including the verses of the Koran which are the basis for developing a multicultural Islamic education paradigm.This study is a literature review by looking for and digging up written data related to the focus of the study, these texts will be studied in such a way by looking at several angles of reading them and then drawing a red thread which is then used as the final goal in this study. From the results of this discussion, it can be concluded that multicultural Islamic education is important to be developed in a plural and multicultural area, multicultural Islamic education must be able to develop universal principles in order to foster personalities who can become peacemakers in that plural environment. From this study it is also found that theologically normative Islam has foundations and principles as the foundation for developing multiculural Islamic education, these principles are equality or al-musawah, compassion or ar-rahmah, justice or al-'adl, tolerance or al-tasamuh, togetherness or at-ta'aruf.

Abstract

Research to study the development of learning planning conducted by teachers in hadith study in madrasah. All teachers are required to have a learning planthat serves as a teaching guideline to achieve the specified target. The Learning Implementation Planning that has been planned by the teacher is aformat that has been determined by the center so that teachers follow the preparation of The Learning Implementation Planning. This article discussesthe development of The Learning Implementation Planning preparation by teachers as a guidance for teaching memorizing of hadiths in religious schools.The discussion is conducted on the learning process activities that allocate the right time in each stage of the activity from the introduction, core and closing.The results obtained in the research is the format of RPP in learning memorizing the hadith in religious schools. The new format becomes morestructured guidance with clear time allocations according to the time set. The time set leads the learning process sequence in accordance with the activitiesundertaken by students and teachers in memorize of hadith. This can make it easier for the teacher to invite the students to memorize the hadith because theword arranged in order is used to match the time of the memorization, the students’ activities when memorizing and the teacher’s activities when directing the memorization process.

Abstract

The importance of memorizing hadiths in Islamic elementary schools is able to invite students to remember hadiths permanently for a long time. However, the acquisition of permanent memorization results is only possessed by students who concentrate well when watching the teacher repeat the hadith. This study describes the step of collaborative learning to memorize hadiths to improve memorizing results for all students in the class. This research describes; 1 concept of collaborative learning to improve the ability to memorize hadiths; 2. To explain the steps in collaborative learning memorize the hadith in Islamic elementary school. 3. This research is analyzed based on the research description of the literature review on the principle of cooperation as a social ability and the principle of memorizing as cognitive abilities internalized to facilitate memorizing hadiths without leaving the value of cooperation. The result is that the concept of collaborative learning memorizes hadiths called SRAD GO, namely Seeing, Relating, Associating, Defending and Goal as community learning memorizing group hadiths

Abstract

MA Miftahul Ulum Kedungpanji is one of the senior secondary education institutions in Indonesia, which is involved in integrating technology in the learning process. As time goes by, MA Miftahul Ulum Kedungpanji strives to utilize ICT to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process. The aim of this research was none other than to determine the role of ICT in the learning process at MA Miftahul Ulum Kedung Panji. It is hoped that this research will provide insight into the effectiveness of applying ICT in the learning process at MA Miftahul Ulum Kedungpanji and provide useful recommendations for improving the quality of education through the use of information and communication technology. This research uses a qualitative approach with observation methods and structured interviews because the questions that will be given to the sources have been prepared in detail before the interview begins. The research results show that at MA Miftahul Ulum Kedungpanji in the use of Communication Technology teachers use LCD projectors and laptops, while the media used in learning such as Power Point, YouTube videos, films, pictures. Apart from that, the madrasa also makes ICT learning a local content in learning that teaches theory and practice. The use of communication technology in learning at Madrasas can certainly make it easier for teachers to deliver learning material in a creative, innovative way and give a positive impression to students which can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students, compared to learning carried out without using IT.

Abstract

Learning is a process of interaction carried out by students with educators and learning resources in a learning environment (Achjar, 2008). In a learning process, there are elements, namely educators, students, learning resources, environment, learning, and interactions which are interrelated. among these elements. (Gagne & Briggs, 1979) said that learning is a system that aims to assist the learning process, which contains a series of events that are designed, and arranged in such a way as to influence and support the internal learning process of students. In other words, learning is an activity that is deliberately planned and designed in such a way as to provide assistance to the learning process. In the learning process, there are 2 elements that can influence, namely internal and external elements. Internal elements are from learning itself, while external elements include things outside of learning that can influence one's own learning process.

Abstract

Dual position is a condition in which a person holds more than one position or position at the same time. The incident of dual office of school principal is an interesting issue to pay attention to, because school principals have a strategic role in managing and advancing the quality of education in the school they lead. This study aims to analyze the factors that cause dual positions, the challenges faced, the impacts caused, and the strategies carried out on the dual position event. The method used in this study is qualitative through interviews with resource persons, namely the principal of SMPN SLAHUNG. The results of the study show that the dual position of principal at SMPN SLAHUNG occurs because there is a vacancy in the position of the principal and the education office appoints the principal who has become the Acting Principal (PLT). The challenges faced are double workload, lack of attention from teachers in carrying out their duties, mental and physical fatigue. The impact is supervision that cannot be direct, time management in dividing tasks must be good, and meetings that cannot be face-to-face in one school. The strategy carried out is good time management, management with related staff in carrying out the duties of the principal who is concurrent, there is a control function in carrying out the duties of the principal and maintaining commitment.
