Abstract

Dalam perkembangan dunia kesehatan di Indonesia, sistem pembuatan resep obat secara manual masih banyak mengalami masalah seperti kesalahan dalam mengartikan resep obat yang ditulis tangan oleh dokter dan antrean yang panjang dalam pengambilan obat. Penerapan elektronik resep adalah salah satu cara yang diharapkan dapat mencegah kesalahan dalam membaca resep dan membuat input data lebih cepat sehingga tidak ada kesalahan dalam pemberian obat dan waktu tunggu pelayanan resep lebih cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan mutu layanan farmasi sebelum dan sesudah penerapan resep elektronik. Instrumen yang digunakan pada studi literatur ini adalah database yang berasal dari PubMed, ProQuest dan Google Scholar dengan mencari jurnal antara tahun 2010 sampai 2020. Sebanyak 9 jurnal per-ulasan dimasukkan dalam ulasan ini. Hasil ulasan data yang dibandingkan terdiri dari waktu tunggu obat, kejadian medication error, kesesuaian dengan formularium dan kepuasan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan diketahui bahwa penerapan resep elektronik dapat meningkatkan mutu layanan farmasi mencakup kecepatan pelayanan obat, kejadian medication error, kesesuaian dengan formularium dan kepuasan pasien jika dibandingkan dengan penggunaan resep manual.

Abstract

Beyond Use Date (BUD) obat adalah batas waktu penggunaan produk obat setelah obat tersebut diracik atau disiapkan atau setelah kemasan primernya dibuka atau sudah rusak. Penetapan BUD merupakan suatu masalah yang kompleks karena berkaitan dengan molekul obat dengan sejumlah gugus fungsi reaktif, bahan tambahan yang beragam, wadah obat dan kondisi penyimpanan maupun penggunaan obat yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase resep anak yang menerapkan perhitungan BUD pada racikan obat, persentase resep anak yang mencantumkan BUD pada etiket obat, dan persentase kesesuaian penerapan BUD pada racikan dengan perhitungan BUD berdasarkan teori di Klinik Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak (K2IA) Rumah Sakit Cahya Kawaluyan Padalarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dan dilakukan dengan cara prospektif serta dianalisa secara kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitan ini berupa resep racikan anak sebanyak 69 resep dan dilakukan observasi terhadap pencantuman BUD pada etiket obat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase resep anak yang menerapkan perhitungan BUD pada racikan obat adalah 100%, persentase resep anak yang mencantumkan BUD pada etiket obat adalah 53,62% dan persentase kesesuaian penerapan BUD pada racikan dengan perhitungan BUD berdasarkan teori adalah 72,46%.

Abstract

Drug procurement is an important role in preventing drug shortages. The problem that often results in drug shortages is the long lead time for drug delivery. This study aims to determine the factors that cause the long delivery of drugs from pharmacy wholesalers to the pharmaceutical installation of Cahya Kawaluyan Hospital. The research was conducted using sequential explanatory designs and quantitative-qualitative data collection. Quantitative data was obtained by collecting drug lead time data from ordering to receiving drugs at Cahya Kawaluyan Hospital for the January-March 2022 period and qualitative data obtained from interviews with Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technical Personnel for drug procurement. The results showed that there was a discrepancy in the waiting time for drug delivery from partner PBF to the maximum limit specified in the SOP. There were 20 PBF of 25 PBF that did not comply with the maximum limit. Factors that are the reasons for the delay in the arrival of drugs are: demand for drug purchases is quite high at pharmacy wholesalers, limited stock of pharmaceutical preparations at PBF, drug expiration date is approaching, drug orders from the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) through e-purchasing and imported drugs, as well as invoice revisions. because checking between goods and invoices is not appropriate and does not reach the minimum order.

Abstract

Based on UU No.44/2009 and Permenkes No.147/Menkes/PER/I/2010 it allows hospitals not only to function socially but also in the form of a Limited Liability Company (private company) as a 'stand alone' hospital or in the form of a 'chain hospital' which is socially profitable cause a competition between hospitals. Hospitals need to be managed more professional, need strong leadership, long experience and must play an active role to make health services run perfectly. Design of this reasearch is a literature review, used some literature about hospital leadership, health workers, hospital. It was found that government policy of Indonesia still requires medical personnel to hold the positions as directors of hospitals. There is no possibility of non-health workers even though they have above average abilities as a leader. In contrast to hospital leaders outside Indonesia, although more advanced for scientifically and technologically that position can be filled by an accountant, businessman, public health, even by a specialist doctor even though the medical director always from medical personnel who have knowledge in accordance with their competence. Indonesia policies related to hospital leaders must be supported by educational institutions, they need in addition to having knowledge and qualified medical service skills, a medical staff must have other knowledge and abilities such as leadership, financial literacy, management and entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurship, strategic business plans, strategic action plans, implementation plans and annual plans, hospital governance, minimum service standards, accountability systems, hospital remuneration systems, human resource management. A health worker must also have the characteristics of a hospital leader, including: a hospital leader should have a vision, a hospital leader should be a good manager, a hospital leader should be communicative, humble and enthusiastic, a hospital leader should manage the hospital by going around, a hospital leader should be professional, a hospital leader should understand change management, a hospital leader should have a service culture. A hospital leader should be aware of his core tasks. Leaders in hospitals must also inspire vision, set an example, show the way, empower, involve, challenge and challenge the process and humanize or touch the hearts of those who are led.

Abstract

AbstrakPengadaan obat yang efisien di rumah sakit memiliki peran penting untuk menjaga  ketersediaan obat yang memadai dan mencegah kekosongan stok. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tenaga kefarmasian terkait proses pengadaan obat, dengan  memperhatikan lead time distributor obat, sehingga akan memberikan manfaat peningkatan  layanan kesehatan, berupa pengurangan biaya gudang untuk penyimpanan obat namun tetap mempertahankan tingkat layanan yang tinggi pada pasien. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui diskusi kelompok dan analisis data pengadaan obat kepada 5 orang Tenaga Teknis Kefarmasian (TTK) yang bekerja di Gudang Farmasi Rumah Sakit Cahya Kawaluyan pada tanggal 6 Februari 2024. Sebelum penyampaian materi dan diskusi, dilakukan pre-test untuk mengukur pengetahuan awal TTK, dengan hasil rata-rata pengetahuan sebesar 42,80. Setelah pelatihan, dilakukan post test yang menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dengan hasil rata-rata 90.40. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa TTK telah memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang lead time distributor obat, yang diharapkan dapat membantu dalam mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan obat, mengurangi risiko kekurangan stok, dan meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan gudang farmasi. Saran yang diberikan adalah untuk memperhatikan penerapan praktis dari  pengetahuan yang diperoleh dari pelatihan dalam praktik sehari-hari di gudang farmasi. Evaluasi berkelanjutan  perlu dilakukan untuk menilai dampak langsung dari peningkatan pengetahuan TTK terhadap ketersediaan obat di rumah sakit. Pengadaan obat yang efisien dan optimal merupakan hasil dari upaya yang berkelanjutan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan TTK di rumah sakit. Kata kunci: distributor obat; lead time;  pengadaan; tenaga kefarmasian Abstract Efficient drug procurement in hospitals plays a crucial role in maintaining adequate drug availability and preventing stockouts. This community service aims to enhance the understanding of pharmacy personnel regarding the drug procurement process, taking into account the lead time of drug distributors, thus providing benefits such as improved healthcare services, cost reduction in warehouse storage for drugs while maintaining a high level of service to patients. The community service method was conducted through lectures, group discussions, and analysis of drug procurement data for five Pharmaceutical Staff working at the Cahya Kawaluyan Hospital Pharmacy Warehouse on February 6, 2024. Before the lecture, a pre-test was conducted to measure the initial knowledge of Pharmaceutical Staff, with an average knowledge score of 42.80. After the training, a post-test was conducted, showing a significant increase in knowledge with an average score of 90.40. The results of this community service indicate that Pharmaceutical Staff have gained a better understanding of drug distributor lead time, which is expected to assist in optimizing the drug procurement process, reducing the risk of stock shortages, and improving efficiency in pharmacy warehouse management. Suggestions provided include paying attention to the practical application of the knowledge gained from training in daily pharmacy warehouse practices. Ongoing evaluation is needed to assess the direct impact of Pharmaceutical Staff knowledge improvement on drug availability in hospitals. Efficient and optimal drug procurement is the result of sustained efforts in enhancing the understanding and skills of Pharmaceutical Staff in hospitals. Keywords:  drug distributor; lead time; pharmaceutical staff; procurement

Abstract

The phenomenon of coffee drinking influences thought patterns, health, and behavior in today's society. The joy of coffee comes from its taste and efficacy. Innovation the raw material for coffee in this study is black garlic with ginger powder added. Black garlic is a processed garlic product that contains an organic sulfur compound called S-allylcysteine sulfoxide, which has antioxidant properties. Another benefit of black garlic is that it can increase your body's stamina/vitality. The addition of ginger powder, which acts synergistically as an antioxidant, also contributes to the flavor of the coffee. This is expected to increase the creation of types of coffee-making ingredients that can improve taste and enhance functional benefits for human health. This study aims to determine the correct formulation of black garlic coffee with added ginger powder to have a positive impact on health. Chemical testing is performed by analyzing components such as: Antioxidants and proximate analysis, polyphenols; have potential applications in food and health products, as well as among herbal ingredients that maintain the body's stamina and vitality. The test process of sample analysis is carried out in the laboratory and the data is analyzed descriptively by presenting tables and plots of the obtained results in relation to the product potential. The technology used to develop Black Garlic Coffee is based on the processing of garlic, which is fermented for a period of time at high temperatures to produce new chemical components and recipes. This reserach have results that antioxidant content and detailed analysis of black garlic coffee could make it a globally competitive and local food that boosts stamina and vitality. This is supported by its antioxidant capacity and IC50% content of 8406.0677 ppm, low fat content of 0.20% and carbohydrate content of 37.03%. This is also supported by the moisture content of 53.02%; Ash content 1.53%; Protein 8.23%. One of the antioxidants present in black garlic coffee is total polyphenols, which have been shown containing 0.21% FeCl3 and Folin-Ciocalteu

Abstract

Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas diseminasi hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan kesesuaian penulisan resep BPJS dengan kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit. Target dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: apoteker dapat menguasai pengetahuan mengenai kesesuaian penulisan resep dengan formularium nasional, dan mengupayakan perbaikan dari faktor-faktor penyebab ketidaksesuaian penulisan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dari pretest, pemberian materi dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan rerata nilai antara pretest dan posttest berubah menjadi lebih baik setelah pelaksanaan diseminasi penelitian. Berdasarkan perhitungan data, nilai N-gain (gain yang dinormalisasi) sebesar 0,79 dengan kategori Tinggi. Untuk nilai efektivitas pelaksanaan diseminasi sebesar 79%, dengan kategori Efektif. Kesimpulan dalam kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan diseminasi hasil penelitian mengenai hubungan kesesuaian penulisan resep BPJS dengan kepuasan pasien Rumah Sakit termasuk efektif dilaksanakan.
