Abstract

Batik art which is an intangible cultural heritage native to Indonesia that can be developed based on the potential of local wisdom in each region. This activity is aimed at increasing the ability and providing understanding to the local community-based batik MSME group in managing simple finances and optimal production management. The method used in this activity is theoretical and concept training which is carried out face-to-face, mentoring and direct monitoring in the field by the resource persons. This activity is targeted to be able to increase the 2 (two) new normal batik business groups that have just been formed, able to implement an appropriate and good bookkeeping system in the operation of their business. And can also run an effective and efficient production management system, so as to be able to produce good batik products and have a competitive advantage compared to batik products that are already on the market.

Abstract

Digital marketing merupakan sebuah program yang menawarkan tempat untuk promosi dan pencarian peluang pasar melalui media digital secara online. Digital marketing ini dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pelaku usaha untuk mengidentifikasi segala kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, baik untuk usaha besar maupun usaha kecil dan menengah termasuk usaha ternak puyuh di Bogor Barat yang rata-rata masih dalam skala industri kecil. Bahkan menurut data Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor, hanya ada 21 peternak puyuh di kabupaten yang memproduksi sekitar 10.000 ekor puyuh. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai alternatif media yang dapat meningkatkan peluang pasar hasil produksi ternak puyuh, di Kabupaten Bogor, khususnya di Desa Galuga. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah presentasi, kemudian pembuatan buku ajar sebagai buku panduan dengan bahasa yang sederhana, berikut tutorial pembuatan akun aplikasi media sosial yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat Desa Galuga untuk memperluas peluang pasar dan meningkatkan hasil produksi. Digital marketing is a program that offers a place for promotion and search for market opportunities through digital media online. This digital marketing can make it easy for businesses to identify all the needs and desires of consumers, both large businesses and small and medium-sized businesses and also quail cattle businesses in West Bogor are still on a small industrial scale. In fact, according to Bogor Regency Government data, there are only 21 quail breeders in the district that produce around 10,000 quails. Therefore, this service is held to provide knowledge about alternative media that can increase market opportunities for quail livestock production, in Bogor Regency, especially in Galuga Village. The method used is the presentation, then making the textbook as a guide in simple language, following the tutorial for making a social media application account that can be used by the people of Galuga Village to expand market opportunities and increase production.

Abstract

Dibandingkan beberapa tahun belakangan, saat ini jumlah peternak puyuh di wilayah Kabupaten Bogor, khususnya wilayah Kabupaten Bogor Barat mulai bermunculan. Meningkatnya antusias masyarakat beternak puyuh menuntut diperlukannya berbagai cara dan metode untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi usaha pada masing-masing peternak. PkM ini difokuskan untuk melatih, membina, memantau, dan mendampingi warga masyarakat di Desa Galuga tersebut dalam usaha meningkatkan produktivitasnya melalui transfer ilmu penanganan dan pengelolaan ternak puyuh yang baik, pemilihan bibit unggul dan penetasan telur optimal, hibah instalasi pengolahan limbah kotoran ternak puyuh menjadi sumber energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan (green energy) dan murah dalam bentuk biogas.

Abstract

ABSTRAKJaminan sosial diprioritaskan kepada hanya sebagian kecil penduduk Indonesia yang mewakili kurang dari 20% penduduk. Penduduk yang dimaksud meliputi pegawai negeri sipil, sebagian karyawan BUMN, universitas, anggota TNI/POLRI dan sebagian pegawai sipil pertahanan, dan kelompok masyarakat penerima bantuan. Adapun penduduk yang lain, terutama mereka yang bekerja di perusahaan- perusahaan kecil, wiraswasta di sektor ekonomi informal dan yang menganggur atau telah lanjut usia, akan bergantung pada asuransi pribadi atau bantuan dari keluarga dekat/jauh serta masyarakat setempat. Pekerja informal di wilayah Bogor mencapai lebih dari 70% namun tingkat kepesertaannya masih rendah hanya mencapai 30%. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan keberlanjutan jaminan kesehatan warga Bogor sangat terbatas. Agar cakupan jaminan kesehatan dapat diperluas dan menjamin tercakupnya seluruh penduduk, maka perlu diidentifikasi alternatif pembiayaan jaminan kesehatan bagi pekerja informal. Pencapaian tujuan penelitian dilakukan dengan survey, indepth interview dan FGD dengan stakeholders. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa pekerja informal di Bogor memiliki kemampuan yang signifikan untuk membiayai jaminan kesehatan secara mandiri melalui program BPJS dengan rata-rata pembiayaan setara dengan kategori kelas III. Hal ini dapat dijadikan acuan untuk upaya perluasan kepesertaan, namun butuh proses sosialisasi yang intensif. Salah satu strategi sosialisasi intensif adalah melalui pendekatan sosial kepada komunitas para pekerja informal.Kata Kunci : Pekerja Informal, Model Alternatif Pembiayaan, Program BPJS ABSTRACTSocial security is prioritized for only a small portion of Indonesia's population, representing less than 20% of the population. The intended population includes civil servants, some BUMN employees, universities, members of the TNI / POLRI and some civil defense employees, and beneficiary community groups. Other residents, especially those who work in small businesses, are entrepreneurs in the informal economy and who are unemployed or elderly, will depend on personal insurance or assistance from close / distant relatives and the local community. Informal workers in the Bogor region reached more than 70% but the level of participation was still low reaching only 30%. This can result in the continuity of the Bogor citizens' health insurance being very limited. In order to expand the coverage of health insurance and guarantee the coverage of the entire population, alternative health insurance financing for informal workers needs to be identified. Achievement of research objectives is carried out by survey, in-depth interview and FGD with stakeholders. Research results show that informal workers in Bogor have a significant ability to finance health insurance independently through the BPJS program with an average funding equivalent to class III categories. This can be used as a reference for efforts to expand membership, but requires an intensive socialization process. One intensive socialization strategy is through a social approach to the community of informal workers.Keywords: Informal Workers, Alternative Funding Models, BPJS Program

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: (1) to analyse the marketing strategy of processed apple of PT. Kusuma Agrowisata; (2) to analyse the industry competitive's condition of processed apple produced by PT Kusuma Agrowisata; and (3) to recommend strategies and marketing mix alternatives to be implemented by PT Kusuma Agrowisata in order to achieve their missions and vision. Abstract

ABSTRACTHealth insurance available in Indonesia is still very limited in scope, given to a small proportion of the Population of Beneficiaries (PBI) and formal workers. This is also the case in the Bogor region, whereas the informal sector population in Bogor dominates more than 70%. The participation of the informal sector population in Bogor City is still low, reaching only 30% of the total population. Informal sector workers working in small firms, entrepreneurs in the informal and underemployed or elderly economic sectors, will rely on personal insurance or assistance from close and distant relatives and local communities, resulting in a very limited sustainability of group health insurance. In order to increase membership and coverage of health insurance can be expanded, the groups of informal sector workers in the area of Bogor must be recognizable and at the same time can be distinguished by their characteristics. It is necessary to define various segments of informal sector workers. More specifically, it is necessary to establish the mechanisms of the population engaged in the informal sector to be optimized for their participation in the health insurance program coordinated by the BPJS. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the needs of social health insurance system based on identification of informal workers (case study in Bogor city), so that the impact of health insurance (BPJS) partnership can be constructed for informal sector people.Keywords: BPJS, Health Insurance, Informal Sector, Partnership

Abstract

The main objective of this study is build the new normal bogor batik village which is integrated with collaborative learning, so as to create the academic triangle ecosystem. The academic triangle is cyclical in nature, which continues as an ecosystem of education, research and entrepreneurship (not only being an entrepreneur but an entrepreneurial spirit that never gives up in the face of all obstacles). This cycle involves lecturers and students who at the same time have a positive impact on improving the social economy and strengthening local culture. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen pada produk tas Island of Stone. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari survey, dengan cara melakukan wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pengunjung outlet tas Island of Stone di Bogor Trade Mall. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode accidental sampling dan responden sengaja dipilih dari 100 orang yang mengunjungi outlet tersebut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rata-rata tanggapan dari konsumen terhadap kualitas produk sangat puas. Demikian juga halnya terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Selain itu terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini pengusaha tas Island of Stone harus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kepuasan konsumennya. Terutama di indikator keistimewaan tambahan (features), kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi (conformance to specification), dan daya tahan (durability). ABSTRACT The study aimed to analyze the relationship of product quality to consumer satisfaction in Island of Stone bag products. This type of research is quantitative research. The data used primary data obtained from the survey, by conducting interviews and disseminating questionnaires. The population in this study was visitors to the Island of Stone bag outlet in Bogor Trade Mall. Sampling techniques use accidental sampling methods and respondents are deliberately selected from 100 people who visit the outlet. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and Rank Spearman correlation analysis. The result of this study was that the average response from consumers to product quality was very satisfied. The same goes for consumer satisfaction. In addition, there is a strong relationship between product quality and consumer satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, Island of Stone bag entrepreneurs must improve the quality of product and customer satisfaction. Especially in indicators of additional privileges (features), conformance to specification, and durability.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan status desa berdasarkan indeks desa membangun (IDM) dan juga berdasarkan kemiripan kondisi desa yang dilihat dari dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan ekologi yang merupakan indikator dalam penentuan IDM desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan konsep big data dengan teknik data mining K-means Clustering untuk mengelompokkan setiap desa berdasarkan Indeks Desa Membangun yang mereka miliki. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data yang diperoleh dari Lembaga yang ada di Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan 6 cluster status desa yaitu cluster 1 dengan kategori desa maju, cluster 2 kategori desa berkembang, cluster 3 kategori desa maju, cluster 4 kategori desa mandiri, cluster 5 kategori desa berkembang, dan cluster 6 kategori desa berkembang. Masing-masing cluster memiliki kondisi ekonomi, sosial, dan ekologi yang berbeda-beda walaupun memiliki kategori desa yang sama. Desa Berkembang pada cluster 2 dan cluster 5 memiliki kondisi jalan yang baik sedangkan cluster 6 memiliki kondisi jalan yang rusak sedang. Desa maju pada cluster 1 memiliki fasilitas hotel dan kantor pos sedangkan desa maju pada cluster 3 tidak memiliki kedua fasilitas tersebut. Berdasarkan kondisi ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap desa walaupun berada dalam kategori IDM yang sama namun memiliki permasalahan yang berbeda pada salah satu indeks pembentuk IDM. Kondisi ini perlu menjadi perhatian dalam pengembangan strategi yang tepat sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dialami oleh masing-masing desa sehingga peningkatan kondisi desa berkembang menjadi desa maju dan desa maju menjadi desa mandiri dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Kata Kunci: Cluster, Desa, Indeks Desa Membangun (IDM) Abstract This study aims to map the status of the village based on the developing village index (IDM) and also based on the similarity of village conditions seen from the economic, social, and ecological dimensions which are indicators in determining the village IDM. This study uses the concept of big data with the K-means Clustering data mining technique to group each village based on their village build index. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely data obtained from the Institutions in the Bogor Regency Government. The results of the study divide the village status in 6 clusters, namely cluster 1 and cluster 3 included in developed village category, cluster 2, cluster 5 and cluster 6 included in developing village category, cluster 4 independent village category. Each cluster has different economic, social, and ecological conditions even though it has the same village category. Developing Villages in cluster 2 and cluster 5 have good road conditions while cluster 6 has moderately damaged road conditions. The developed villages in cluster 1 have hotel and post office facilities, while in cluster 3 they do not have these two facilities. Based on this condition, it can be concluded that even though each village is in the same IDM category, it has different problems in one of the IDM-forming indexes. This condition needs to be a concern in developing the right strategy according to the problems experienced by each village so the increase in the village status can be achieved optimally. Keywords: Cluster, Developing Village Index, Village

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan layanan mitra dalam memperoleh hak cipta produk baik untuk produk yang diproduksi oleh Koperasi RT RW NET Indonesia maupun produk yang merupakan hasil produksi dari anggota koperasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pada pengabdian ini adalah pelatihan mengenai Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (HKI) secara umum dan pelatihan mekanisme pendaftaran Hak Cipta secara online. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan ini para pelaku usaha mikro kecil (UMK) dan para anggota koperasi memiliki pengetahuan mengenai bidang-bidang yang ada pada HKI dan dapat membedakannya. Pelatihan ini juga menumbuhkan kesadaran akan pentingnya perlindungan hukum terhadap kekayaan intelektual bagi pelaku usaha UMK untuk melindungi usahanya dari kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh pesaing serta menyadarkan bahwa kekayaan intelektual adalah asset yang bernilai ekonomis bagi para pemilik produk. ABSTRACT This Community Service activity aims to increase the knowledge, skills and services of partners in obtaining product copyrights both for products produced by the RT RW NET Indonesia Cooperative and products produced by cooperative members. The method of carrying out activities in this service is training on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in general and training on the mechanism for registering Copyrights online. The result of implementing this activity is that small micro business actors (UMK) and cooperative members have knowledge about the fields that exist in IPR and can differentiate between them. This training also raises awareness of the importance of legal protection of intellectual property for MSE business actors to protect their business from losses caused by competitors and makes them aware that intellectual property is an asset that has economic value for product owners.
