Abstract

Abstrak – Analisa Hubungan Shift Kerja dan Depresi Kerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Berbintang di Jawa Penelitian ini membahas tentang hubungan shift kerja karyawan hotel baik dalam sistem shift kerja tetap maupun rotasi terhadap depresi kerja karyawan pada hotel berbintang di Jawa Timur khususnya di Kota Malang dan Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif, uji Chi-Square, dan uji analisa regresi berganda. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 31% responden mengalami depresi dan shift kerja berhubungan signifikan terhadap depresi. shift kerja rotasi memiliki hubungan lebih kuat terhadap depresi dibandingkan dengan shift kerja tetap. Kata Kunci:             Depresi, Shift Kerja Tetap, Shift Kerja Rotasi Abstract - Analysis of The Association Between Shift Work and Work Related Depression Among Hotel Employees in East Java This research is to find out the association of shift work both fixed and rotating shift work towards depression among star-hotel workers in East Java Province particularly in Malang and Surabaya. Quantitative descriptive approach is used in this research, along with Chi-Square test, and multiple logistic regression. The result shows that 31% of the respondents belong to depressed group, and shift works has association toward depression. Rotating-shift work has stronger correlation towards depression compared to fixed-shift work. Keywords:            Depression, Fixed-Shift Work, Rotating- Shift Work.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata(KKN) yang dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta (UIBS) ini adalah salah satu bentuk perwujudan dari Tri Dharma dalam Perguruan Tinggi yang salah satunya merupakan pengabdian kepada seluruh masyarakat. Pengabdian merupakan wujud nyata dari ilmu yang didapatkan dalam bentuk berdasarkan teori selama proses pembelajaran pada saat kuliah untuk diterapkan secara langsung di kehidupan bermasyarakat di Desa Madegondo ini. Seluruh Program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dirancang dengan tujuan untuk memupuk profesionalitas dan mengembangkan kompetensi bagi mahasiswa peserta KKN sebagai calon sarjana. Kegiatan KKN ini berpedoman pada tiga bidang pembelajaran, yaitu bidang pembelajaran pendidikan dasar menengah dalam masa pandemi, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan dakwah Islamiyah. Program kegiatan KKN ini mengusung konsep pendekatan edukatif dan kolaboratif. KKN ini bertujuan untuk melatih dan menanamkan nilai kepribadian, perilaku, sikap, cara kerja yang baik, membangun sikap optimis, kemandirian, baik bagi mahasiswa maupun masyarakat di tengah pandemi Covid-19. Kata Kunci:Program Kegiatan, Edukasi, Pembelajaran bstractThe Real Work Lecture (KKN) conducted by the Surakarta Batik Islamic University (UIBS) is a form of embodiment of the Tri Dharma in Higher Education, one of which is service to the entire community. All Real Work Lecture Programs (KKN) are designed with the aim of fostering professionalism and developing competencies for students participating in KKN as prospective undergraduates and with the hope of having a more meaningful impact on students and the surrounding community. This KKN activity is guided by three learning areas, namely primary and secondary education during a pandemic, community empowerment, and Islamic da'wah. This KKN activity program carries the concept of an educative and collaborative approach. This Community Service Program aims to train and instill the values of personality, behavior, attitudes, good ways of working, build an optimistic attitude, independence, both for students and the community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords:Program Activities, Education, Learning

Abstract

preeclampsia is one of the most common medical problems that occurs during pregnancy, and is the main cause of maternal death in the world and in indonesia, therefore it is very important for pregnant women to be trained about the condition during pregnancy and learn appropriate self-care to prevent and control its occurrence. Preeclampsia. However, there are still pregnant women and people who do not have the knowledge and skills about the danger signs of preeclampsia, efforts to treat and prevent preeclampsia. So this service activity is carried out to teach and assist pregnant mothers about pre-eclampsia so that their knowledge increases and they can prevent pre-eclampsia. The method in this activity is a pre-test before carrying out the activity of providing information related to pre-eclampsia, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The results of the activities of 13 targets who experienced preeclampsia showed that there were 11 pregnant women with good knowledge and 2 pregnant women with poor knowledge after providing counseling and assistance. This indicates that pregnant women with preeclampsia have more good knowledge after assistance

Abstract

The implementation of collaborative learning strategies in Islamic religious education (PAI) subjects aims to create a learning environment that is innovative, interactive, and relevant to the needs of students in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of collaborative learning strategies in creating an innovative learning environment in PAI subjects, the challenges in implementing collaborative learning strategies in PAI lessons, and to determine the use of technology in collaborative learning strategies to create innovative learning environments in PAI subjects. . The results of this research show that collaborative learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) create an innovative and interactive learning environment. Methods such as discussions, case studies, and collaborative projects help students apply Islamic values ​​in real life. The implementation of collaborative learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) faces challenges such as classroom management, curriculum adjustments, evaluation, and individual differences between students. And the use of technology in PAI collaborative learning creates an innovative and interactive learning environment. Bold platforms and visual media increase student engagement, understanding and digital skills, while teachers create dynamic learning. Technology supports more effective and relevant PAI learning.
