Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance students' digital literacy by promoting healthy and responsible internet use at SMP Satu Atap Negeri 1 Soa, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The rapid development of information technology requires students not only to be passive users but also to be critical, ethical, and responsible digital citizens. The implementation method included interactive lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice in creating educational blogs. The activity was attended by 60 students and conducted in a face-to-face format. The results showed an increase in students’ understanding of data privacy, identifying misinformation, and the use of blogs as a creative and reflective learning medium. Moreover, integrating this activity with the school curriculum supports project-based learning approaches. Direct, in-person socialisation proved to be more effective in enhancing student engagement and comprehension compared to online methods. This program demonstrates that the right educational approach can foster digital awareness among students and serves as a foundational step in developing a digitally literate young generation. Future efforts may include follow-up training, development of digital learning modules, and active involvement of teachers and parents in supporting students' digital literacy journeys.

Abstract

The village office of West Detusoko is one of the government agencies that serves the community directly in collecting data on the occupation. Population data collection in the village of West Detusoko currently uses computerization, namely using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel application programs. but there are still many errors and the possibility of data loss, input errors, doubling of data input and the difficulty of searching for population data so that it takes a long time and causes delays in making reports. The purpose of this study is to build a population data collection information system using language PHP programming and database In this study the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The software design method used is the waterfall method. The testing method used by the author is blackbox testing. With this information system, it can help overcome the problems of population data collection in West Detusoko Village.

Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages businesses, particularly Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), to adopt digital-based marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and product sales. However, many MSMEs still have not optimally utilized social media as a means of business promotion. This community service activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of MSMEs in utilizing Facebook Professional Mode (FB Pro) as an online business promotion platform. The implementation method includes training, direct practice, and mentoring in the use of FB Pro features, such as managing promotional content, utilizing insights or analytics, and strategies to increase audience engagement. This activity was carried out at the Ende BUMN House with the involvement of assisted MSMEs as training participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of digital marketing concepts and their ability to manage FB Pro accounts for product promotion activities more effectively. In addition, participants were able to produce more structured and attractive promotional content and understand how to read analytical data as a basis for marketing decision-making. Thus, training on utilizing FB Pro as a business promotion platform can be a strategic solution to increase online sales and strengthen the digital marketing capacity of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

The development of web-based information systems has become a primary need in supporting the efficiency and transparency of organizations, including government agencies. One of the agencies that requires innovation in asset management is the National Unity and Politics Agency (Kesbangpol) of Ende Regency. The assets owned by the Kesbangpol Agency need to be managed properly so that their use can be optimal and recorded accurately. Currently, the asset monitoring and evaluation (monev) system at the Ende Kesbangpol Agency is still carried out manually, which causes various obstacles, such as lack of data accuracy, difficulty in monitoring asset conditions, and slow evaluation processes. This has an impact on the effectiveness of asset management and can result in waste of resources. An information system or commonly abbreviated as SI is a system that combines human activities and the use of technology, which functions to collect, store, manage and disseminate information that is relevant to an organization. Currently, cloud-based information systems allow for the storage and processing of large amounts of population data that is measurable and cost-effective. Cloud systems allow remote access to information from anywhere with an internet connection. Assets are everything owned by a company that has economic value and can be used to generate income or profit in the future.

Abstract

The MS Chips business is a micro-enterprise with a limited market reach, a small workforce, and is independently managed by the owner. The business was founded in 2000 with the aim of improving human resources and empowering families to increase income and help children struggling to find work. Its main products include regular cassava chips, Nuabosi cassava chips, and banana chips. With the advancement of technology, businesses are required to adapt to compete in the digital era. Technology facilitates the rapid, precise, and accurate access to information, helping to simplify daily activities. Through the use of technology and internet access, people can easily obtain information about product availability, flavor variants, and prices through devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The purpose of this study is to design a web-based e-commerce information system for the MS Chips business, a case study of the MS Chips Factory. Thus, the application of technology is expected to expand marketing reach and increase the competitiveness of the MS Chips business amidst the development of the digital economy.
