Abstract

Generally vast of mangrove forest decrease because of deforestations and converted into cultivation area. Mangrove forest damage also caused coastal erosion and seawater intrusion, which makes the people suffer losses. Since 2000, the coastal area in Kota Uneng Village tend to face extra land area which followed by the growth of mangrove forest vegetation. The people of Kota Uneng Village and Talibura Village has also aware of the important role of the mangrove forest in their area, so the activity of mangrove deforestation gradually reduced. Program Mitra Bahari (PMB) is the cooperation program between Maritime and Fisheries Affairs and College in empowering fisheries society. PMB, which found on 2007, encourages people to conserve mangrove ecosystem in Kota Uneng and Talibura. The participation of people in managing mangrove conservation area will make a positive impact on the increasing of environmental conservation, people?s awareness and social economic life, without damaging the environment. Research was held in Kota Uneng Village and Talibura Village, Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Research method was explorative by using quantity method. Data collected by direct observation and interview. Sample used in the research was the people of Kota Uneng Village and Talibura Village, in The Mount of 60 respondent. Data was analyzed using independent sample T-test and Kruskal Wallis test. The obtained result of independent sample T-test: based on sex, there is no differentiation for balance of nature factor, man over nature factor and limit to growth factor on male and female. Based on marriage status, there is no differentiation for balance of nature factor, man over nature factor and limit to growth factor on marriage status. Based on location, there is the differentiation for the balance of nature factor based on the town and country location. There is no differentiation for man over nature factor and limit to growth factor based on the town and country location. Result of the Kruskal Wallis Test: Based on the education, there is no differentiation for the balance of nature factor and man over nature factor based on the level of education. Based on age, there is no differentiation for the balance of nature factor, man over nature factor, and limit to growth factor based on the age. Based on the income, there is no differentiation for the balance of nature factor, man over nature factor, and limit to growth factor based on the income. Based on the job, there is no differentiation for the balance of nature factor, man over nature factor, and limit to growth factor based on the job.

Abstract

The background of this research explains that consumer demand and marketing strategies are one of the factors that determine the product level and marketing strategy in a product that is marketed with various aspects that are carried out, namely Product, Price, Place, and Promotion as well as, Marketing Strategy for tomato products. organic. Research on Consumer Assessment and Marketing Strategies of Organic Tomato Products. at the Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa, which was held on September 2 to December 4, 2020. This study aims: 1. To measure consumers of organic tomato products and 2. To see the marketing strategy of organic tomato products in the gardens of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa, which is in Alok District, Sikka Regency. Sampling in this study used qualitative methods that were not obtained through statistical systems or statistical methods. The research data took the entire population who had bought organic tomato products as many as 50 respondents in the Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa and data collection was carried out by survey methods. The data obtained in the form of primary data from direct interviews with respondents based on questions in the questionnaire provided, while the data obtained from related agencies and sources relevant to this study. From the results of the data analysis taken as follows: (1) Most of the respondents admitted that they like and want to repurchase organic tomato products. (2) The strategies that must be taken to increase the marketing of organic tomatoes are in terms of product, price, place and promotion. So that the marketing strategy can be replaced with products, prices, places and promotions that are attractive and easy to get for consumers to buy products marketed by the Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions on Organic Shallots. Data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents as a sample using a Likert scale. The data were processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The R2 test result is 0.602 or 60.2%, meaning that the purchasing decision variable is explained by the trust and quality variable by 60.2%. The results of the F test show that f count 20.458,> f table 2.52, thus simultaneously the price and product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions on buyers of Organic shallots. While the t test results showed a significant effect of price on purchasing decisions as evidenced by t count 2.347> t table 1.690, a significant effect of cusality on purchasing decisions on buyers of organic shallots as evidenced by t count 6.004> t table 1.690. Then the regression equation obtained Y = 196.979 + 2.658 + 6.004. This means that the constant value is 196.979, this indicates that if the price and quality of the product are ignored, the purchase decision for the buyer of shallots is 196.979. The regression coefficient of the price variable is -2.658, meaning that every 1 unit price increase, an increase in purchasing decisions for organic shallot buyers will be followed by -2.658. The regression coefficient for the product quality variable is 0.422, meaning that for every 1 unit quality increase, an increase in purchasing decisions for organic shallot buyers will be followed by 6.004. The results of this study are that the price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions on organic shallot buyers in the practical gardens of the Faculty of Agriculture, Nusa Nipa University of Indonesia, Sikka Regency.

Abstract

The purchase of organic onion plants by rational consumers will have a positive attitude towards organic plants. Therefore, an understanding of consumer attitudes and decision making towards purchasing organic plants is needed in the garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. The research was conducted to be able to obtain information about consumer attitudes and decision making in purchasing organic shallots and how much public interest in buying organic shallots with the main problem is how consumers' attitudes towards purchasing decision making for organic shallots in the practice garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. with the aim of analyzing consumer attitudes towards the attributes of organic shallots in the garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. This research was conducted in a purposely selected garden of practice at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. The research sample of 30 people was selected through accidental sampling. The research data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively using the fishbein multi-attribute model. The results showed that the consumer attitude (Ao) gave the highest value to the resistance of shallots, namely 18.2 and the lowest attribute value of shallot product packaging, namely 7.09.

Abstract

Strategy is the way in which an institution or organization will achieve its objectives according to the opportunities and threats of the external environment faced and internal capabilities and resources. California variety papaya plant is one type of papaya that began to be much cultivated by farmers. This research aims to find out the marketing strategy of California papaya at Wairita Farm. As for the results of the research obtained that: the strategy that can be applied by farmers managing the California Papaya Farming Business is an Aggressive Strategy formed in quadrant 1. The strategy that wairita farm farmers can implement is growth oriented strategic (supporting aggressive growth policies).

Abstract

Soy spice milk (Soya spice) is a drink of soy juice that contains many nutrients, proteins, and oral. The purpose of this study was to find out about the marketing strategies of spice soy milk in UD. Horizon Of Hewuli Village West Alok District sikka Regency. SWOT analysis technique with qualitative approach, consisting of Strenghts, Weakness, Opportunities and Threaths. SWOT analysis aims to maximize strengths and opportunities, but can minimize weaknesses and threats. The IFAS matrix for the total score obtained on the internal factor 2.45 while in the EFAS matrix for the total score obtained by the company on the external factor of 2.75 located in quadrant I (growth), growth, this condition is a favorable situation. Abstract

Chili or lombok (Capsicum, L) is a seasonal vegetable horticultural plant for spices that is needed by all levels of society as a flavoring of cuisine and appetite enhancer. This research aims to find out to find out the prospects for the development of chili farming business in the planted practice of the faculty of agriculture, University of Nusa Nipa Indonesia. As for the results of the research obtained that: the prospects of chili farming development based on SWOT analysis are well developed, namely being on an aggressive strategy formed in quadrant 1, namely growth oriented strategic (supporting aggressive growth policies).

Abstract

An efficient marketing system will drive low marketing margins so that improvements in revenue on the part of producers, relatively cheap prices for consumers and normal profits for marketers will be achieved. Chili in addition to being able to be used as a daily requirement, chili is also widely used as a raw material for the food and pharmaceutical industries. The purpose of the research is to explore the marketing strategy of cayenne pepper farming business in Erik Farm, ladogahar village, nita subdistrict, sikka district. The marketing strategy of cayenne pepper farming business in ladogahar village of Nita District of Sikka Regency is in the position of quadrant I, which is the most profitable position for farmers because at this time cayenne pepper farming business has the opportunity and strength so that it can be utilized, namely: 1) increase market demand by utilizing the labor and experience of chili farmers. 2) Take advantage of the selling price by increasing the volume of production with the proper use of fertilizers and pesticides.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik padat berbahan dasar lokal yang ada di Kabupaten Sikka merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk dapat mewujudkan pertanian organik ramah lingkungan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan petani yang ada di Kelompok Tani Alam Subur Desa Waigete Kabupaten Sikka. Tujuan khusus dilaksanakan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah wawasan dan keterampilan petani sayur-sayuran untuk dapat mengolah bahan organik yang ada di lingkungan sekitar untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai pupuk organik, sehingga dapat mengurangi ketergantungan petani terhadap pupuk anorganik. Diharapkan setelah kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk organik ini dapat menambah wawasan petani dalam meningkatkan kesuburan tanah dengan memanfaatkan bahan organik.
