Abstract

Machine hatches to constitute one of media which as box with in such a way construction face so heat in it doesn't be discarded in vain. In ranch area in particular in duck ranch, faced problem is how for incubate  duck egg in number a lot of and in the period of that coincides. Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bahan yang dipergunakan adalah serat kulit kayu kapuak yang di susun acak dengan fraksi volume serat 20%, 30% dan 60%, serat di potong 5 cm dan 10 cm dengan perbadingan 20:80, 30:70, dan 60:40, Resin polyester BQTN 157 sebagai matrixnya, serat kayu ditimbang lalu di susun acak di dalam cetakan pembuatan spesimen dengan cara di curah manual ketebalan bahan uji impact tast 10x10 mm dengan panjang 100 mm, ketebalan bahan uji bending 4 mm panjang 100 mm, dengan acuan standar ASTM 790-02. Hasil pengujian pengaruh terhadap volume serat 20%, 30% dan 60% di mana kekuatan impact tertinggi terjadi pada prosentase perbandingan 30 : 70, volume serat 30% pada lamina 1 dan 2 yaitu sebesar 96461,6 ( J/m ). Untuk nilai tegangan impact terendah terjadi pada perbandingan 60:40 volume serat 60 pada lamina 1 yaitu 91900,6 (J/m). Tegangan bengkok tertinggi terjadi pada perbandingan 60 : 40 pada lamina 3 yaitu sebesar 201,61 (ϭb)(N/mm2). Untuk nilai tegangan bengkok terendah terjadi pada perbandingan 60 : 40 pada lamina 1 yaitu 100,80 (ϭb)(N/mm2).

Abstract

Shell Eco-Marathon (SEM) adalah sebuah kompetisi yang di adakan di perusahaan shell yang melombakan kendaraan dengan konsumsi bahan bakar yang paling irit. Dalam kompetensi ini, terdapat dua kategori kendaraan secara umum, yaitu kendaraan prototype dan kendaraan urban konsep. Untuk kategori prototype, peserta kompetensi ditantang untuk mendesain, membuat dan melombakan kendaraan dengan bentuk bodi dengan gesekan udara sekecil mungkin namun tetap mengutamakan keselamatan dan keamanan pengendara serta kendaraan lainnya, sedangkan untuk kategori urban konsep peserta kompetisi di tantang untuk mendesain ,membuat dan melombakan mobil yang lebih realistis yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengemudi jaman sekarang. Mobil dengan kategori urban konsep ini memiliki desain dan kelengkapan lalu lintas yang menyerupai mobil pada umumnya, dalam Shell Eco-Marathon 2018 Tim Mesin UM Pontianak melombakan kendaraan  urban konsep dengan nama ‘’Emisia Borneo 01’’sebagai kendaraan urban konsep memiliki empat buah roda dengan kapasitas angkut satu orang yaitu pengemudi kendaraan itu sendiri. Salah satu bagian penting pada kendaraan tersebut adalah sistem rem yang di gunakan untuk mengurangi kecepatan serta menghentikan kendaraan.

Abstract

Salah satu hal yang mempengaruhi oleh adanya kendala pada satu mesin keluaran baru yaitu mesin dengan tipe decanter panx 650. Mesin dengan putaran 3175 rpm dan kapasitas 60 ton FFB/jam (Fresh Fruit Bunches) atau sering di bilang tandan buas segar, ini sering mengalam trouble shooting, walaupun mesin baru sekalipun. Ini sangat merugikan bagi PT. Alfa Lafal sendiri. Untuk mengetahui penyebab – penyebab mengapa itu bisa terjadi, maka diadakan penelitian terhadap part – part atau bagian – bagian yang mengalami kerusakan pada mesin tersebut. Salah satu bagian atau part yang bernama retaining ring dengan P/N 61243852-01 menjadi kunci penelitian, ini di karenakan part atau bagian itu lah yang paling sering mengalami kerusakan. Bahkan mesin yang baru jalan atau running 500 jam sudah ada yang mengalami kerusakan. Ini terjadi pada custumer PT. Saban Sawit

Abstract

Kelapa Jaya is a peasant group that uses nira coconut to make coconut sugar. The production process is still traditional. The farmer's group is still using a manual mixer so it takes a long complaint time, six hours. Besides, the product still does not have a brand so its sales value is still low. Therefore, it is necessary to transfer technology to accelerate the production process and increase the sales value of the product. This community partnership program (PKM) aims to: (1) transfer the efficiency technology of production processes with automatic complaints. (2) increase the sales value of products with labelling and merck. This PKM uses an action or participatory approach with the PKM team acting as a trainer, accompanist, observer, supervisor, and evaluator of the success of the program carried out by the farming group. PKM results show that the automatic nira sugar mixer can accelerate the process of grinding by 17%. The device can accelerate the re-grinding process from 6 hours to 5 hours. This can happen because of the uniform grinding and heating so that the nira clamps faster. There has been an increase in the knowledge and skills of each partner by 70%. Partners have been able to increase the sales value of the product by giving the brand and label on the coconut sugar products sold. A survey of partners showed that 100% of participants were satisfied with the program. The automatic Nira mixer successfully accelerates the coconut sugar production process. Partners have been able to produce cocoa sugar products faster and sell products with attractive packaging.

Abstract

Dedication has potential in terms of region, physical, social, economic and environmental. Opportunities are still wide open to process plastic waste into other products such as plastic waste as the basic material for making plastic bricks or paving blocks as the main material and the mix of available plastic waste in waste banks is estimated to increase every year. It is hoped that the aim of the service will be a sustainable program and can become a selling point to produce an independent village and can process plastic waste into basic material for paving blocks to support village development as a substitute for sand and cement so that all plastic waste does not end up in piles in waste management and landfills. . The data analyzed is the result of combustion residue on plastic where the plastic deposits after evaporating cannot be used again, therefore we use the plastic deposits in the paving block pressing process. After implementing the treatment, the processing of these plastic paving blocks using a pyrolysis and melting process in a mold mixed with used oil is very effective, where PET is very hard and takes a long time to melt, while LDPE is very easy to decompose and melts when mixed with used oil, whereas HDPE plastic is very easy to use. melted but very fragile in the mold. Where the inside of the paving is still not completely dry and the drying process is quite long. However, this type of PET plastic is very strong, sturdy and heavy. This is because the related tests have not been carried out to test the hardness of paving and materials as well as testing during floods where this paving is relatively lighter than cement paving on the market. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out chemical tests for paving mixed with PET LDPE and HDPE. In this case the Service only carries out treatment of plastic which has been a waste problem until now for special development and infrastructure needs by utilizing non-organic waste.

Abstract

The growing accumulation of used motor oil, classified as hazardous waste (B3), presents an urgent environmental challenge. This research investigates the feasibility of generating small-scale electrical power using waste oil combustion in a stove integrated with a Thermoelectric Generator (TEG). An experimental setup was developed where the hot side of the TEG is heated by the combustion chamber of the stove and the cold side is cooled using a water block. Real-time temperature, voltage, and power output data were collected using an Arduino-based sensor system. The maximum observed temperature difference across the TEG module was 233 °C. Under open-circuit conditions, a peak voltage of 37.32 V was recorded, while the maximum output power under load reached 11.72 W at a current of 0.76 A. The system achieved its highest electrical efficiency of 0.182% at the peak temperature gradient. These results demonstrate the potential of TEG modules for converting heat from waste oil combustion into electricity, with optimal performance achieved under stable high-temperature gradients and consistent fuel supply.
