PEMBERDAYAAN SUKU DAYAK PEDALAMAN MELALUI INOVASI PERTANIAN, EKONOMI, PENDIDIKAN DAN KESEHATAN TERPADU UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN MASYARAKAT SEHAT, CERDAS, DAN SEJAHTERA DI DAERAH TERTINGGAL KALIMANTAN BARAT Sarwono, Eko; Selviana, Selviana; Saleh, Ismail

Abstract

The majority of indigenous Dayak farmers in Toho district encounter several issues. Their productivity was varied seasonally. In the rainy season, they were difficult to dry paddy in the sun. They also required costly diesel to fuel their threshing machines. In the health area, this region ever promulgated to set up Desa Siaga, but until now the discourse has not been realized. Health coverages such as childbirth by medical labor, exclusive breastfeeding, PHBS, and environmental sanitation were extremely low. This programs empowered dayak farmer community through Innovations in Agriculture, Economics, Education and Health Integrated (PERENDIKESDU). The programs included (a) Increasing the entrepreneurial agricultural economics, methods/concept used to overcome the problems, namely: the establishment and coaching a group of women farmers, training of making rice with simple biomass drying machine and simple threshing machine, training nursery plantation processing, packaging socialization plantation products. (b) Establishment and Development of alert village, methods which are used to treat the problems namely: workshops, health promotion include counseling on health behavior, socialization healthy latrines, clean water supply, sanitation, training of village cadres standby and Posyandu cadres, management training standby village, ground socialization land use for medicinal plant families (toga). (c) Elimination of illiteracy, methods which are used to treat the problems, namely: the implementation of training for creating collages, mosaics, and a montage of simple materials, realization Morance training methods, training of cadres illiteracy, the establishment of home building illiteracy. Keywords: Agriculture, Economics, Education, Health, PERENDIKESDU, Dayak.The majority of indigenous Dayak farmers in Toho district encounter several issues. Abstract

Pangan berbasis lokal banyak yang belum termanfaatkan dengan baik dan optimal, termasuk di Desa Rasau Jaya 1. Desa Rasau Jaya 1 terkenal sebagai penghasil jagung manis (memiliki nutrisi yang baik), tetapi pangan lokal ini belum digunakan sebagai makanan pendamping (MP) ASI dan pemberian makanan tambahan pada anak. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi dan pendampingan pada kader posyandu dan ibu yang memiliki bayi dan balita dalam mengolah jagung menjadi makanan tambahan pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan dan balita (24-59 bulan). Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu kegiatan dalam Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) sebagaimana direkomendasikan oleh Direktorat Riset dan Pengabdian Masyarakat Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah melalui edukasi dan pendampingan melalui modul tentang resep olahan jagung menjadi makanan untuk bayi usia 6-12 bulan dan balita pada kader posyandu di Desa Rasau Jaya 1. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kader tentang pengolahan jagung menjadi berbagai macam olahan dan nutrisi yang terkandung pada jagung. Diperlukan pendampingan kader selanjutnya dalam memvariasikan olahan jagung menjadi Makanan Pendamping ASI dan Makanan Tambahan pada Anak, sehingga pangan lokal dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal.

Abstract

Kelompok UKM Mekar Sari merupakan kelompok yang berada di Desa Rasau Jaya 1 yang melakukan usaha produksi rengginang. Permasahan yang dihadapi UKM tersebut adalah masih kemasan produk yang masih sederhana, dan proses produksi rengginang yang masih konvensional, terutama pada proses pengeringan. Hal ini akan menjadi permasalahan serius jika musim hujan tiba, produk yang dihasilkan terancam busuk sehingga menyebabkan kerugian yang besar. Selain itu, hygiene sanitasi anggota kelompok masih belum memenuhi syarat kesehatan. Target kegiatan ini adalah anggota kelompok memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan dalam mengemas produk menjadi lebih menarik dan memenuhi syarat pemasaran, serta dapat menerapkan tenologi tepat guna berupa mesin pengering serba guna. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlu introduksi teknologi mesin pengering serba guna, dan pembelajaran dengan materi yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang dihadapi. Pembelajaran disampaikan dengan metode pendekatan sosialisasi, pelatihan, demonstrasi, dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah pelaksanaan PPDM di kelompok UKM Mekar Sari (Rengginang) mendapat respon positif dari anggota kelompok. Hal ini terlihat dari antusiasme seluruh anggota kelompok mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir, selanjutnya secara mandiri menerapkan introduksi IPTEKS yang diberikan dalam pengolahan dan pengemasan produk yang dihasilkan (Rengginang) dan tersedianya mesin pengering serbaguna serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota kelompok dalam meneapkan hygiene sanitasi makana. Kemasan produk yang dihasilkan sudah menarik, tersedia PIRT, dan bahan yang digunakan.

Abstract

Ikan merupakan potensi yang ada di Desa Kuala Secapah. Kelompok Pengolah dan Pemasar (Poklahsar) Sumber Rezeki dan Nusa Damai di Desa Kuala Secapah adalah kelompok wanita yang bergerak dalam industri Rumah Tangga skala kecil yang mengolah hasil perikanan dan laut menjadi produk olahan seperti kerupuk ikan dan ikan asin. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah teknologi produksi masih sederhana, manajemen pemasaran terbatas, dan packing produk yang dihasilkan kurang menarik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampikan serta produktivitas produk olahan perikanan Poklahsar. Target luaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah dibuatnya teknologi mesin pemotongan dan teknologi mesin penyimpan bahan baku (chest freezer) untuk produksi kerupuk ikan, dibuatnya produksi kerupuk ikan dan ikan asin dengan berbagai aneka bentuk kerupuk dan jenis ikan serta dibuatnya kemasan produk ikan asin kerupuk ikan yang menarik, dan memiliki PIRT, komposisi bahan, kandungan gizi, tanggal produksi dan expired produk. Metode partisipatif digunakan untuk melibatkan mitra secara aktif dalam pelaksanaan penerapan inovasi teknologi Pengolahan Produk Perikanan. Adapun teknologi diintroduksikan adalah pelatihan pengolahan produk perikanan berbagai macam bentuk olahan, pembuatan mesin pemotongan kerupuk precontohan, pengemas produk (siliser), dan chsest freezer serta packing produk dengan merk dagang, komposisi bahan, komposisi gizi, dan PIRT (izin). Hasil kegiatan yang sudah dilaksanakan antara lain, introduksi IPTEKS mesin pemotong kerupuk, pendingin, perangkat packing produk.  Program Kemitraan yang sudah dilaksanakan ini membantu mitra dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dan meningkatkan produktivitas mitra.

Abstract

Masyarakat di wilayah pemekaran Kalimantan Barat masih berpendidikan minim (bahkan masih ada yang masih buta huruf) dan masalah kesehatan yang selalu ada, diantaranya diare. Faktor yang melatarbelakangi diantaranya belum sadarnya masyarakat dalam menerapkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, dan rendahnya cakupan ASI Eksklusif. Selain itu, masih minimnya pendidikan yang ada.Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka solusinya adalah melalui Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui PenKes (Pendidikan dan Kesehatan) untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, antara lain dengan: (a) Penyuluhan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), melalui lokakarya mini kesehatan, promosi berbagai upaya kesehatan, dan pelatihan serta praktek pembuatan teknologi air bersih dengan saringan air bertingkat, (b) Peningkatan Pendidikan Masyarakat melalui pembentukan dan pelatihan kader pendidik “Pondok Pintar”, pelatihan pembuatan kolase, mozaik dan montase dari bahan-bahan sederhana, serta pelatihan metode morance. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendampingan masyarakat selama 2 bulan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendampingan dan penyuluhan serta pelatihan.Hasil program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat mempunyai pengetahuan dan kesadaran untuk berperilaku hidup bersih dan sehat. Selain itu, terbentuknya “pondok pintar’ dan kader pendidik dalam upaya memberantas buta huruf. Diperlukan dukungan yang kontinue dari pemerintahan setempat agar program yang ada dapat berjalan terus.

Abstract

Kubu Raya is a new district, the expansion of Pontianak regency in which still needs restructuring, and organizational, and administrative territory revamping. This condition will affect the social environment, the economy and the health of local communities. One of district in Kubu Raya Regency, Sungai Ambawang district, contained several underdeveloped villages. The majority people there are indigenous Dayak. Their customs are dominantly affected their social system . Human Development Index (HDI) of Kubu Raya in 2012 amounted to 69.42, where the rate is still below of the IPM Kalbar is 70.31 and Indonesia is 73.29. Community service activities is aimed at improving the productivity of fisheries communities in civilizing the utilization of river water through the application of appropriate technology (TTG) to improve the welfare of the communities in the disadvantaged areas. The method implemented was a partnership with the government of village, district, and related agencies, as well as participatory methods that involve communities actively in the implementation of the application of appropriate technology (TTG), so that people can produce and be able to apply these technologies in daily life in the disadvantaged areas to empower indigenous Dayak communities inland through the Appropriate Technology (TTG). The implementation of Appropriate Technology was the result of this activity. In the field of health technology built filtering water, whereas in the field of fisheries technology development and training pool tarp fish feed production, all of which was made as a pilot which aimed that the application of technology is so easily imitated and implemented by the community. Transfer of knowledge and skills to the community has been implemented in various fields, and it needs optimal development resulting in the improvement of health, economic and social welfare in indigenous Dayak inland region. Therefore, the cooperation among the governments of villages, districts and related agencies and universities need to be done so the promotion and development Appropriate Technology, especially in the district of Kubu Raya Ambawang be sustained to achieve a healthy and prosperous society.Keywords: Appropriate Technology, filtering water, vegetable gardening, SRI, selendang polan, backward Areas.

Abstract

Perindung and Angsiana village are majorly inhabited by transmigrants with livelihood as rice farmers. Yields of up to 10 tons each year. This is great potential to be developed towards real rice and food self-sufficiency. There are two issues on rice farming in both villages, which are the drying process depends on the sunlight and the use of threshing machines that need fuel. Community service was done in the form of training and making the simple drying machine utilizing biomass such as rice husk as a source of biomass. In addition to the manufacture of paddy drying machine, we also trained local farmer to create a simple threshing machine. The results of these activities were increasing knowledge of local farmer through training and socialization. They included the manufacture of a threshing machine, rice dryer machine, and cassava flour processing machine. We hope the local government will be the motivator and the facilitator for the community to increase community empowerment and increase the potential for rural areas and communities can develop and apply the knowledge they have been given during the community service. Keywords : Farmer, rice, Pal Sembilan Village, Kubu Raya Regency

Abstract

Mengamati berbagai acara seperti sudut sinar matahari, pengukuran suhu dinding luar, berbagai aksesoris yang tersedia dan jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan dengan metode CLTD (Cooling Load Temperature Difference) berdasarkan ASHRAE 1997. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah beban pendinginan dari seperti dinding bata dengan lapisan plester, kaca, atap aluminium alloy, lantai beton dan keramik, lampu, penghuni, peralatan elektronik . dan jumlah maksimal 1.500 orang di Gedung Auditorium Muhammadiyah Pontianak adalah 349.772.358 Watt atau 132,60 PK. AC yang terpasang saat ini berkapasitas 40 PK, sehingga dibutuhkan 92,6 PK PK lebih atau 19 unit alat pendingin yang masing-masing berkapasitas 5 PK agar pendinginan di dalam ruangan lebih hemat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengetahui nilai kekerasan bahan PLA (Polylactic Acid) berdasarkan variasi parameter cetak printer 3D dengan suhu 200 °C dan 220 °C serta tinggi lapisan 0,1 mm dan 0,2 mm sebagai dasar perancangan roda lurus. Proses kekerasan yang dilakukan menggunakan hardness rockwell tester kemudian dilakukan perbandingan dari perhitungan kekerasan berdasarkan indentasi hasil pengujian pengujian rockwell. Standar uji yang digunakan ISO 2039-2 : 2000. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara kuantitatif berdasarakan studi literatur, observasi dan konsulstasi. Hasil pengujian Analisis secara statistik menggunakan ANOVA dua arah. Dari pengujian ini didapatkan nilai kekerasanterbaik yang ada pada parameter temperature 220C dan tinggi lapisan 0,1 mm.
