Abstract

Dompet digital adalah aplikasi elektronik yang dapat digunakan untuk membayar transaksi secara daring. Tanpa kartu dan tanpa uang tunai, pengguna hanya tinggal membawa smartphone mereka. Selain itu dompet digital juga dinilai lebih aman karena dilindungi kata sandi yang hanya bisa diakses oleh pengguna saja. Hadirnya dompet digital guna mendukung perkembangan fintech serta mewujudkan cashless society di Indonesia. OVO merupakan salah satu aplikasi dompet digital yang memanfaatkan fintech untuk memberikan kemudahan bagi para penggunanya dalam melakukan transaksi yang berbasis non tunai. Alat pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tools USE Questionnaire. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 400 orang dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring kepada para pengguna OVO. Pengukuran data kuesioner menggunakan Skala Likert. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ke empat variabel yang digunakan dalam pengukuran usability diperoleh hasil dengan tingkat kelayakan untuk variabel usefulness sebesar 79,31%, variabel ease of use sebesar 81,56%, variabel ease of learning sebesar 83,12% dan variabel satisfaction sebesar 77,5%. Jadi, Hasil analisis secara keseluruhan diperoleh nilai persentase 78,86% dimana Aplikasi OVO memiliki nilai yang sangat layak.

Abstract

The International Organization for Standardization (ISO) through ISO 9001:2015requires every product to have product traceability. In response to these challenges, PT Bukaka Teknik Utama developes the Traceability System in the Steel Box Girder Bridge products. Traceability System built by adopting Tree Structure Diagram Concept to describe production system process currently runs. The production process start from identify raw material, cutting process, sub-assembly process, and assembly process. This concept is then translated into Relational Database by applying Parent-Child Concept. The result of this Traceability System is the system able to issue a list of product traceability including raw material information, sub-contractor/employee who work on them, etc, quickly and accurately. System testing was carried out using the black box method, where of the 37 items tested all functioned properly. Tests were also carried out to determine the accuracy and speed of the system compared to the manual method. Of the 10 tests carried out, the system traceability is exactly the same as the manual method with an average processing time of 3 seconds, compared to the manual method, which is 97.6 seconds.

Abstract

The Education and Training Agency for the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is one of the institutions that requires flexible and distributed learning. In the exam assessment process, the Education and Training Agency of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia collects data on questions given to participants in the form of files. The file is then used by participants to answer questions, then the answer file is sent to the organizers for inspection and assessment. With the implementation of such an exam, various problems arise which result in frequent delays in receiving the exam results report because the organizers experience time and energy constraints in manually correcting participants' answers one by one. Other problems that occur arise from the condition of the answer file which is often lost or deleted due to the error of the participants. Based on the above problems, the Education and Training Agency of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office feels the need to apply information technology. The creation of this web-based online exam system has been implemented since the beginning of 2022 until April 2022. The online exam system has been used in May and has started to be used. To find out whether the quality of the web-based online exam system has met the initial goal to be achieved, namely to facilitate the organizers in carrying out the exam process, assessing training participants' answers and making reports on the results of the assessment, a system evaluation is needed. This study aims to analyze the online exam system used in the Education and Training Agency of the Indonesian Attorney General's Office which is currently being used with the ISO 25010 method of product quality dimensions. The objectives to be achieved with this thesis research are to analyze the quality of the online exam system at the Indonesian Attorney's Education and Training Agency using the ISO 25010 standard, and to provide input and suggestions for improving the online exam system at the R.I Attorney's Education and Training Agency. Based on the results of research and discussions that have been carried out using the ISO 25010 standard method, the quality of the online examination system of the Indonesian Attorney's Education and Training Agency is quite feasible and meets the criteria.

Abstract

Restaurant Finder application is a mobile application that helps users to find restaurants according to their requirements. One of the most well-known and widely used restaurant finder apps is Zomato. Zomato ranks first in the food and delivery category websites from around the world. But, the number of users of a product or application certainly does not guarantee the satisfaction of the user experience of apps. A system that is poorly designed will make it difficult for users, which results in the system being rarely or misused so that the costs to the organization become high and dangerous to the reputation of the company. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the usability of the restaurant finder application using inspection and inquiry methods. Inspection method using the Enhanced Cognitive Walkthrough method, and for inquiry methods using the User Experience Questionnaire method and the System Usability Scale. The inspection method results identified 7 serious problems. Recommendations for improvement based on inspection methods are focused on login tasks, reviews, and food promo information. The inquiry methods results identified 5 aspects that needed improvement. The five aspects consist of novelty, stimulation, learnability, consistency, complexity.

Abstract

As a developing country, Indonesia is affected by fluctuations in foreign exchange rates, especially the US Dollar. Determination of foreign exchange rates must be profitable so a country can run its economy well. The prediction of the exchange rate is done to find out the large exchange rates that occur in the future and the government can take the right policy. Prediction is done by one of the Machine Learning methods, namely the Support Vector Regression (SVR) algorithm. The prediction model is made using three kernels in SVR. Each kernel has the best model and, the accuracy and error values are compared. The Linear Kernel has C = 7, max_iter = 100. The Polynomial Kernel has gamma = 1, degree = 1, max_iter = 4000 and C = 700. The RBF kernel has gamma = 0.03, epsilon = 0.007, max_iter = 2000 and C = 100. Linear kernels have advantages in terms of processing time compared to Polynomial and Radial Basis Function (RBF) kernels with an average processing time of 0.18 seconds. Besides that, in terms of accuracy and error, the RBF kernel has advantages over the Linear and Polynomial kernels with the value R2 = 95.94% and RMSE = 1.25%.

Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 awal mula ditemukan penyebarannya dari kota Wuhan di Provinsi Hubei Tiongkok. Pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020. Di Indonesia pemerintah menghimbau masyarakat untuk melakukan protokol kesehatan dan melakukan vaksinasi. Setiap orang yang sudah melakukan vaksinasi akan mendapatkan sertifikat vaksin yang akan dikirim menggunakan pesan singkat melalui telepon seluler sesuai dengan nomor telepon penerima vaksin. Perkembangan inovasi dan layanan yang hadir dalam bidang teknologi informasi pada saat ini sangat berdampak pada kehidupan manusia modern. Maka dari itu pemerintah Republik Indonesia yang bekerja sama dengan kementerian kesehatan membuat aplikasi bernama PeduliLindungi yang berguna untuk membantu pemerintah dalam melakukan pelacakan digital guna menghentikan penyebaran virus Covid-19 dan berfungsi untuk memberi peringatan kepada pengguna jika berada di keramaian atau di Kawasan zona merah. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menganalisis User Experience pada aplikasi PeduliLindungi dengan menggunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation untuk menemukan dan menentukan masalah dari aspek usability . Hasil perhitungan analisis pada aplikasi PeduliLindungi mendapatkan skor akhir 84.73% yang berarti bahwa aplikasi PeduliLindungi termasuk ke dalam kategori usability (ketergunaan) “Sangat Tinggi” karena berada dalam rentang persentase 84%-100%.

Abstract

Tata kelola berbeda dengan mengatur, tata kelola lebih luas dari sekedar mengatur, istilah tata kelola menunjukkan suatu sistem yang ada pada suatu organisasi atau masyarakat.  Saat ini model dan prinsip tata kelola organisasi berkembang luas, berbagai standar pendekatan menjadi persyaraan agar organisasi dapat menjalankannya dengan baik. Tata kelola teknologi informasi adalah suatu bagian terintegrasi dari pengelolaan organisasi yang mencakup struktur data, kepemimpinan serta proses organisasi. Kondisi ini untuk memastikan dalam hal teknologi informasi organisasi dapat digunakan untuk menjaga dan memperluas strategi dari tujuan suatu organisasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang kawasan industri yang telah memiliki sistem informasi untuk mendukung proses bisnis. Tata kelola sistem informasi menggunakan kerangka kerja COBIT 5 dengan domain Evaluate, Direct, and Monitor (EDM), bertujuan melakukan analisis tingkat kapabilitas pada tata kelola sistem informasi yang telah diterapkan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah informasi tingkat kapabilitas pada tata kelola sistem informasi pada proses EDM01, EDM02, EDM03, EDM04, EDM05. Analisis tata kelola sistem informasi bagi perusahaan diharapkan dapat membantu pengoperasian dan pengembangan teknologi informasi yang efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

Indonesia is the fourth largest coffee producing country in the world. However, when compared to 3 other countries, Indonesia's coffee production is still relatively small. Many factors cause this to happen, including the number of farmers' coffee trees that are attacked by diseases. If the handling of this disease is slow, then the disease in one tree can be transmitted to other trees. This causes a decrease in Indonesian coffee productivity. In this study, the author implemented the Alexnet Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture using  the MATLAB programming platform for the identification of diseases in coffee plants through images. The total number of datasets used is 300 data which is divided into 3 classes, namely health, rust and red spider mite. The training process involving 260 training data resulted in an accuracy of 69.44-80.56%. The network testing process using 40 test data resulted in an accuracy of 81.6%. Based on the results of the study, it can be said that the Alexnet architecture is accurate for the classification of leaf pests on coffee plants

Abstract

Information technology has significantly changed a variety of life, including corporate buying. The iVendor Pertamina vendor management system is a technological innovation that was created to manage procurement effectively. There are still problems influencing customer satisfaction even with its enhanced functionality and usability. The purpose of this study is to determine the variables that affect users' satisfaction with the iVendor system and to offer suggestions for enhancements. The End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) research models are employed. 95 PT Pertamina (Persero) active iVendor users received questionnaires as part of the quantitative study approach. Results show that perceived usefulness, accuracy, and attitude toward use have a significant impact on user satisfaction. Perceived ease of use, content, format, timeliness, and ease of use do not significantly affect the attitude toward using. The conclusion is that factors such as perceived usefulness and information accuracy have a significant impact on user satisfaction with the iVendor system. To enhance user satisfaction, the study recommends improving the information quality and usability of the iVendor system.

Abstract

Perkembangan aplikasi digital menyulitkan konsumen dalam memilih aplikasi terbaik. Laporan e-Conomy Asia Tenggara mencatat penambahan 40 juta pengguna internet baru pada tahun 2021, dan sekitar 80% dari pengguna tersebut telah berbelanja daring. JakartaNotebook, perusahaan e-commerce terbesar, mulanya berfokus pada teknologi, kini menyediakan produk beragam dan melayani jutaan pelanggan di Indonesia. Pada aplikasi JakartaNotebook terdapat fitur ulasan yang berguna sebagai bahan evaluasi guna meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi dengan mempertimbangkan masukan dari pengguna. Untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data ulasan, penelitian ini menerapkan analisis sentimen, sebuah metode otomatis untuk memahami dan mengolah data tekstual, termasuk opini terhadap produk atau layanan. Analisis sentimen dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) dengan Long Short Term Memory (LSTM). Komentar akan diidentifikasi apakah komentar memiliki sentimen positif atau negatif. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan 1655 ulasan yang diproses dalam beberapa tahapan preprocessing yang selanjutnya diimplementasikan dalam analisis sentimen menggunakan model LSTM. Model yang dibentuk merupakan hasil dari pelatihan dengan menggunakan parameter terbaik diantaranya adalah jumlah neuron 200, fungsi aktivasi softmax, ukuran batch size 32 dengan nilai akurasi 89.15% dan nilai loss 26.83%. Hasil pengujian terbaik dari metode RNN dengan partisi data 80% data latih dan 20% menghasilkan tingkat nilai akurasi sebesar 88,3%, precision 75%, recall 78%, f1-score 76%.
