Abstract

Sampah menjadi salah satu fenomena masalah yang sampai saat ini belum dapat diselesaikan secara efektif. Sampah organik merupakan sampah padat yang mudah membusuk dan menimbulkan bau yang sangat menyengat. Keberadaan sampah ini sangat mengganggu kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan. Maka diperlukan pengelolaan sampah yang tepat. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi atau penyuluhan tentang pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan salah satunya dengan membuang sampah pada tempatnya, menjelaskan jenis-jenis sampah agar ketika masyarakat membuang sampah dapat dipilah terlebih dahulu, memberi nilai tambah pada sampah organik agar berdaya guna, salah satunya dengan diolah menjadi pupuk kompos yang bermanfaat, menjelaskan dan mendampingi masyarakat khususnya kelompok tani dalam proses mengolah sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos, menciptakan peluang usaha baru kepada masyarakat dengan mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Muntung dan kelompok tani Desa Muntung. Metode pengabdian pada masyarakat ini didahului dengan penyuluhan dan demonstrasi pembuatan kompos. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini antara masyarakat dapat mengolah sampah organik menjadi kompos serta meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah sehingga lingkungan menjadi lebih bersih dan nyaman serta bisa meningkatkan perekonomian.

Abstract

The elevated divorce rate in Purwokerto has become a focal point for the local government due to its adverse repercussions. This research has identified five primary factors contributing to divorce, encompassing education, economic status, religion, access to healthcare, and environmental factors. This study employs empirical legal methods analyzed in accordance with Islamic family law theory. In-depth interviews were conducted with informants, as well as literature studies and data collection techniques. The results showed two critical findings. First, Islamic family law makes it clear that although divorce is legal, God views it negatively. Divorce is considered a final option when mediation becomes unfeasible. For a divorce to be valid, it must meet various criteria, such as guidelines for property division and child custody. Additionally, the Qur'an and Hadith discuss the five legitimate reasons for divorce. Secondly, the issue of divorce is regulated by normative positive law. However, no legal regulations are specifically available at the local government level to support efforts to reduce divorce rates based on the five leading causes. In particular, the five causes of divorce are also discussed based on relevant normative regulations and support from previous studies. The two sources of family law and Islamic law have different views regarding the legal requirements of divorce and its scope. However, in terms of similarities, both sources of family law and Islamic law support efforts to protect children and empower women victims of divorce. With national legal regulations, the government is responsible for providing effective rules to resolve the causes of high divorce rates legally.

Abstract

To regulate business activities that take place at Cikarang Dry Port, there is a process to predict what will happen to the company's operations in the future. The process of predicting things like this is called forecasting. This research aims to determine an effective forecasting method for the Cikarang Dry Port using exponential smoothing forecasting methods such as the Brown method, Winter method and Quadratic method. After the analysis is carried out, the smallest MAD (Mean Absolute Error) will be determined. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to create a forecasting picture at the Cikarang Dry Port using secondary data obtained through container volume reports at the Cikarang Dry Port over the last year. The research results show that the Exponential Smoothing method from Winter is more suitable for estimating the volume of Cikarang Dry Port containers with forecasting results of 9750 TEUs with the smallest error, namely 1537.

Abstract

Penuaan kulit adalah suatu problem bagi wanita yang disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal yaitu paparan radikal bebas seperti sinar matahari, polutan. Radikal bebas merupakan senyawa yang memiliki elektron yang tidak berpasangan akibatnya, proses penuaan dini pun akan terasa cepat. Daun jambu biji mengandung flavonoid, tannin, fenolat, polifenol, karoten dan minyak atsiri. Salah satu pengembangan sedian gel dibuat dalam spray gel yang digunakan untuk mempercepat sistem penghantaran sediaan spray gel. Teknik spray memiliki keuntungan, dimana teknik spray memungkinkan sediaan yang dihantarkan ke kulit lebih cepat dan dapat mencakup area kulit yang besar.Berdasarkan paparan latar belakang diatas penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memformulasikan ekstrak daun jambu biji (Psidium guajava L) sebagai sediaan spray gel.

Abstract

There are so many things that will be needed by a company to realize its goals, including working capital. The existence of working capital itself is so essential for a company because a company requires working capital in carrying out its operational activities. This study aims to determine the effect of working capital on profitability and firm value. The method used in this research is the literature study method. Researchers collect reference sources from several journals and books by selecting, comparing, merging, and sorting so that relevant compilations are obtained. The results of the study state that working capital management is needed by a company in order to achieve and grow profitability and good working capital management can have a positive influence on firm value.

Abstract

This study is predicated on the phenomenon of virtual item purchases in games becoming increasingly dominant. The online game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang generates revenue through in-app purchases of virtual items. Despite a decline in the number of players, the game's revenue remains relatively stable. This study aims to analyze the influence of integrated value variables, which consist of enjoyment value (X1), character competency value (X2), monetary value (X3), and visual authority value (X4), on the repurchase intention (Y) of virtual items in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. Employing a quantitative research method, the study's population comprises active Mobile Legends: Bang Bang players who have played for at least one season. 100 respondents make up the sample size, which was chosen by a purposive sampling technique combined with non-probability sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 26. The findings of this study demonstrate that, simultaneously, enjoyment value, character competency value, monetary value, and visual authority value significantly influence repurchase intention. However, when examined individually, these variables do not have a significant influence on repurchase intention.
