Abstract

LAZISMU Jember merupakan salah satu Lembaga Amil Zakat Nasional yang berkedudukan di Kabupaten Jember, yang memiliki tugas dan kewenangan untuk mengelola zakat. Dalam menjalankan tugasnya, LAZISMU Jember membentuk Kantor Layanan yang berada di Cabang atau Ranting Muhammadiyah. Kantor Layanan ini memiliki tugas dan fungsi yang sangat penting guna menghimpun dan mengelola zakat. Hal ini disebabkan karena Kantor Layanan sangat dekat dengan masyarakat secara langsung. Namun beberapa Kantor Layanan yang dimiliki oleh LAZISMU belum berjalan secara optimal. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan karena para pengurus kantor layanan belum memahami tugas dan fungsinya. Ketidak sinkronan antara program kerja LAZISMU Jember dan Kantor Layanan juga menjadi salah satu penyebab belum optimalanya peran Kantor Layanan. Oleh sebab itu perlu diadakan pelatihan manajemen pengelolaan zakat bagi para pengurus Kantor Layanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode pelatihan di fokuskan pada upaya-upaya untuk menyelesaikan persoalan-persoalan yang berkaitan dengan manajemen. Adapun pendampingan dilakukan dalam rangka menyusun program-program Kantor Layanan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pendampingan yang sintensif terhadap Kantor Layanan yang ada di tingkatan cabang dan ranting agar lebih optimal dalam mengelola dan zakat.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aspek-aspek maqashid syariah dalam praktek wakaf saham. Peneilitian ini tidak terlepas dari perkembangan persoalan-persoalan tentang wakaf yang muncul di tengah-tengah masyarakat. Wakaf telah memasuki periode profesional dimana pengembangan dan pengelolaannya tidak lagi berkutat pada benda tidak bergerak seperti tanah ataupun bangunan, namun juga telah sampai pada tataran wakaf produktif. Kemunculan wakaf produktif, wakaf uang, dan sukuk wakaf merupakan bukti bahwa wakaf telah bertransformasi baik secara konseptual maupun secara institusional. Fenomena wakaf yang terbaru adalah wakaf saham. Hadirnya wakaf saham dianggap sebagai warna baru dalam  dunia pasar modal sekaligus bentuk kemudahan dalam berderma. Kehadiran wakaf saham mendapatkan respon pro dan kontra dari berbagai kalangan. Sifat wakaf yang harus abadi dan kekal dikolaborasikan dengan sifat saham yang senantiasa fluktuaktif menjadi poin utama perdebatan apakah Wakaf Saham sesuai dengan syariah ataukah tidak. Persoalan tersebut dianalisis dalam perspektif maqashid Syariah. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research). Data yang diperoleh melalui kajian pustaka tersebut dianalisis menggunakan metode deksriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sesungguhnya wakaf merupakan bagian dari ibadah maaliyah yang berdimensi vertikal sehingga menjadi bagian dari ibadah ghairu mahdhah. Namun secara fungsi, tujuan wakaf memiliki dimensi horizontal yang mengedapankan kepentingan kesejahteraan sosial, sehingga pada tataran implementasi wakaf sangat erat kaitannya dengan fiqih ijtihadi. Kedepan perlu dilakukan kajian-kajian yang mendalam tentang wakaf mengingat bahwa persoalan wakaf terus berkembang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Islamic business ethics implemented by MSMEs collecting Javanese Barokah chilies in Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency and the impact of implementing Islamic business ethics in increasing supplier customer loyalty to MSMEs collecting Javanese Barokah chilies, Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency. To identify problems and answer research problems, this research uses qualitative research with a case study approach and purposive subject determination techniques. The data collection techniques for this research use active participatory observation, semistructured interviews and documentation. The results of the research concluded that: (1) MSME actors collecting Barokah Javanese chilies in Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency have implemented the 5 principles of Islamic business ethics in running their business, including: Unity Principle, Equilibrium Principle, Free Will Principle ( Free Will), Principle of Responsibility (Responsibility), Principle of Truth: Virtue and Honesty. (2) The impact of implementing Islamic business ethics in increasing supplier customer loyalty in MSME Java Barokah Chili Collectors, Jambearum Village, Puger District, Jember Regency, has seen customer loyalty expressed by supplier customers with the realization of service quality, customer satisfaction and perceived customer value.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are institutions that have two functions at once, namely educational functions and social functions. The educational function can be seen from the role of pesantren in organizing education for the community. The social function can be seen from social activities in the form of managing philanthropic funds from the community in the form of zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf funds from the community. One of the boarding schools that has the potential to receive zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf funds from the community is Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Pakusari. This research aims to find out how the management of Zakat, Infaq, Shadaqah, and Waqf (ZISWAF) funds at Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Pakusari. In addition, the research is intended to find out how the role of Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Pakusari in fostering public awareness in channeling their generosity through pesantren in the form of payment of ZISWAF funds. This research is a field research using qualitative research methods. The results of this study indicate that the management and ZISWAF at Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Pakusari are still conventional. There is no special Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ), so the management of zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf funds is not optimal. Therefore, there needs to be a rearrangement in managing philanthropic funds in the form of zakat, infaq, shadaqah, and waqf funds at Pondok Modern Muhammadiyah Pakusari.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to equip teenagers under the auspices of the Ambulu branch of Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah (AMM) with the skills to preach in the midst of society. These teenagers have great potential to make changes through the messages they convey. Therefore, this potential must be able to be managed and maximized as well as possible. The approach used in this service activity is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach which involves community groups as objects of service in analyzing problems and planning activities. While the implementation method uses training and lecture methods in delivering service materials. Before the implementation of the service, several stages were carried out in the form of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Furthermore, they were asked to develop a follow-up agenda in the form of making preaching materials or lectures as a follow-up to this training activity. In the future, the Muhammadiyah Youth Force (AMM) is required to organize more positive activities in order to channel the potential of teenagers in the field of da'wah

Abstract

Currently, there are many beauty and facial care products circulating in the midst of society. One of the beauty products that has gained a place in the midst of society is Scarlett products. This product is a very popular beauty product because of its outstanding quality. Scarlett is also registered with the Food and Drug Administration (BPOM) and has received Halal certification from MUI. This study aims to determine the perspectives, attitudes, subjective norms and behavioural control of Muslim consumers towards the halal label of Scarlett products. The research method used in this research is quantitative method. Data collection was carried out using a targeted sampling method through distributing questionnaires and interviews with 80 respondents. In this study, the data were analysed using regression coefficient test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis test, and classical hypothetical test. The results showed that attitude affects the Halal label, while subjective norms do not affect the halal label, and consumer behaviour control affects the halal label for Scarlet products. According to this study, Muslim customers in Jember Regency should pay attention to halal labels on skin care products. In addition, future researchers are expected to test the formulation of the problem using different research methods or improve and add independent variables and dependent variables. In addition, providing more precise theories so that it is easier for readers to understand.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management and role of the LAZISMU Service Office in increasing the raising of Zakat, Infaq, Waqf, and Sadaqah (ZISWAF) funds at LAZISMU Jember Region. This research is a field research, with data collection methods used through interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis methods to describe the results of the study. The position of the LAZISMU Service Office is the same as the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) which has an important role in managing ZISWAF funds. This LAZISMU Service Office is in direct contact with the Amil Zakat to the mustahiq. Currently the number of LAZISMU Service Offices formed by LAZISMU Jember Region is 11 (eleven) Service Offices spread across the Branch. Referring to Law Number 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat Article 1 paragraph 9, the functions and duties of the LAZISMU Service Office are to collect, distribute and utilize zakat. However, in practice several LAZISMU Jember Service Offices have not run optimally in managing these zakat funds. The influencing factors are; First, the lack of human resources in the LAZISMU Service Office. Second, the lack of public awareness to pay zakat through Amil Zakat Institutions. Third, there is still a lack of knowledge of the Service Office administrators regarding the management of zakat. Fourth, the lack of guidance from LAZISMU Jember Region to the Service Office administrators. So that this greatly influences the role and contribution of the LAZISMU Service Office to the raising of ZISWAF funds at LAZISMU Jember Region. Suggestions given by this study is the need of intensive guidance for zakat managers in the Service Office by LAZISMU Jember Region. It is hoped that with the guidance for Service Office administrators they can improve their ability to manage and ZISWAF, so as to be able to optimize the potential of existing zakat, especially in Jember Regency

Abstract

Cases of violence against children in Jember City in 2024 are ranked as significant.  Meanwhile, children living in orphanages are at risk of experiencing violence because of the limited facilities available. For this reason, it is necessary to provide community-based shelter management assistance to provide special support for children who are victims of violence.  The aim of this activity is to increase the capacity of the management of the Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Child Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) in Jember in handling and developing children who are victims of violence. Community service activities in this organization use Participatory Action Research (PAR). Through training and mentoring activities involving related institutions, such as UPTD PPA Jember and PPKS Task Force Muhammadiyah University Jember, LKSA employee gained a better understanding of preventing and handling violence against children. The evaluation results show a significant increase in participants' understanding, with the average post-test score reaching a score of 85. This activity contributes to efforts to create a safe and child-friendly environment at LKSA Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah JemberABSTRAKKasus kekerasan terhadap anak di Kota Jember pada tahun 2024 termasuk dalam peringkat yang signifikan. Sementara itu anak yang tinggal di panti asuhan beresiko mengalami kekerasan karena keterbatasan fasilitas yang ada. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pendampingan manajemen shelter berbasis komunitas untuk memberikan dukungan khusus anak korban kekerasan.  Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pengurus Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah di Jember dalam menangani dan membina anak-anak yang menjadi korban kekerasan. Kegiatan pengabdian di lingkungan persyarikatan ini menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR). Melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan yang melibatkan lembaga-lembaga terkait, seperti UPTD PPA Jember dan Satgas PPKS Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, pengurus LKSA mendapat pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan terhadap anak. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta, dengan nilai rata-rata post-test mencapai skor 85. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada upaya menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan ramah anak di LKSA Muhammadiyah-Aisyiyah Jember.

Abstract

Suksesi aktivitas bisnis bukan hanya dapat merumuskan strategi bisnis yang unggul, namun juga memanfaatkan peluang yang ada sehingga para konsumen dapat membeli produk perusahaan. Ada beberapa hal mendasar untuk memastikan para konsumen dapat dengan yakin membeli produk perusahaan, yaitu dengan memastikan kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian regresi linier berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah para konsumen Toko Aijaz Frozen Food Jember sebanyak 150 responden. Adapun pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk nugget So Eco di Toko Aijaz Frozen Food Jember.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penelitian tentang kinerja perbankan syariah pada tahun 2000-2021 dengan pendekatan bibliometrik berdasarkan Co-authorship dan Analisis Co-occurrence. Co-authorship dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisis jaringan dalam hubungan kolaborasi ilmiah. sementara analisis Co-occurrence dilakukkan untuk mengetahui status terkini tentang tema yang muncul dalam suatu bidang studi berdasarkan kejadian bersama kata kunci yang saling terkait. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Deskripsi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis bibliometrik. Temuan penelitian berdasarkan analisis Co-Authorship menggunakan bibliometrik hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hassan m.k adalah pengarang terbanyak dan Institute of islamic banking and finance, international islamic university malaysia, kuala lumpur, Malaysia merupakan organisasi terbanyak kemudian kontribusi negara terbanyak malaysia. Dan analisis Co-occurrence menggunakan bibliometrik hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan islam merupakan kata kunci terbanyak dan perbankan merupakan index keywords terbanyak. Visualisasi bibliometrik peta jaringan berdasarkan Co-authorship terbagi menjadi 16 klaster dan peta jaringan berdasarkan Co-occurrence terbagi menjadi 9 klaster
