Abstract

Research aims to find out the influence of the work environment, compensation, and job satisfaction on Job Performance and know the influence that occurs indirectly on job satisfaction that acts as a mediator in SMAN 1 Margasari Tegal Regency. Quantitative descriptive research was used by researchers in this study. All Teachers and Staff Employees from SMAN 1 Margasari Tegal Regency became the object of this research. In the study, questionnaires became a data collection method used by researchers, with 52 respondents as sampling techniques.Validity and reliability tests are utilized by researchers to check records high-quality, with information analysis strategies used, particularly classical assumption checks, multiple linear regression exams, hypothesis checks and sobel exams. based at the outcomes of studies that has been accomplished suggests that the work surroundings has a extensive positive impact on paintings performance, reimbursement does not have a widespread fine effect on paintings performance, work environment has a significant fine effect on job pleasure, activity delight has a significant nice effect on work performance, job satisfaction can mediate the paintings surroundings on performance. work, and job pleasure cannot mediate reimbursement for work performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Job Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and compensation on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data and is quantitative in nature. The population in this study were all employees of Baitul Maal Wa Tanwil, Gunungkidul Regency, while the sample used was 100 people. Sampling technique used in this research is sampling technique, random sampling and hairs theory with Structural Equation Modeling analysis method. The analysis used in this research is path analysis, hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression and single test. This study indicate that employee performance is getting better if the influence of leadership style and compensation is better preceded by the creation of a higher organizational commitment that individuals have to their organization. This is because leadership style has a positive effect on commitment, but has no effect on performance. Compensation has no effect on commitment but has a positive effect on performance. While commitment has a positive effect on performance so that it can be a mediator between leadership style and employee performance, not on employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation, and OCB (organizational citizenship Behavior) on the organizational commitment of the study of the Yogyakarta Post Office employees. This research was conducted at the Yogyakarta Post Office company located on Jalan Panembahan Senopati, Prawirodirjan, Yogyakarta, using 50 employees as research respondents. The sample research technique in this study was a census technique or saturated sampling. The results of the study show that transformational leadership styles, compensation, and OCB (organizational citizenship behavior) simultaneously influence Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training, work discipline, and intrinsic motivation on the quality of human resources of the Dinas Linkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan DIY employee. The population and samples used in this study were employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan DIY. totaling 90 people and a sample of 60 people using purposive sampling method. The data collection method uses the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis using validity and reliability tests and through two stages of testing, namely: classical assumption test and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of this study indicate that training has no effect on the quality of human resources. There is a positive and significant influence on work discipline variables and intrinsic motivation on the quality of employee human resources and training, work discipline, and intrinsic motivation affect the quality of human in the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan DIY.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work passion, work-life balance, and work stress on the turnover intention of employees at PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul. Data in the study were collected by distributing questionnaires to all employees of PT. BPR Bank Daerah Gunungkidul, totaling 116 with a five-point Likert scale. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with the census method, while the data analysis used included multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and test of the coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS version 25.0. The results of the study partially show that the work passion variable does not affect employee turnover intention. Meanwhile, the variable work-life balance and work stress affect employee turnover intention. In addition, the results of this study show that simultaneously work passion, work-life balance, and work stress affect employee turnover intention.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze employee performance as influenced by work motivation, climate, and work ethic. Then the technique implemented in sampling is a saturated sample and research data is collected through questionnaires. Furthermore, the researcher applied multiple linear regression testing methods to analyze the data. Based on the test results, the dependent variable, namely work performance is significantly positively influenced by the independent variable, namely, work motivation, work climate, and work ethic.

Abstract

Companies in the future expect that the businesses they create will have high profits. In addition, the company also expects above average work performance from its employees in the work area. To achieve a rapidly growing company and excellent work performance, the existence of a company really needs a part of human resources. At the Tirta Projotamansari Regional Drinking Water Company in the Bantul Regency, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance, compensation on employee performance, and satisfaction on employee performance, as well as the combined effect of work experience, compensation, and satisfaction on employee performance. The population and samples used in this study were all employees, totaling 60 employees. Because the total number of employees at the Tirta Projotamansari Regional Water Supply Company, Bantul Regency, totaled 60 employees, all employees were taken as a sample, using a saturated sampling technique. using questionnaires as a method of data collection. While multiple linear regression analysis is used for data analysis, and it is supported by the T and F tests. The multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and normality test make up the traditional assumption test. The research test's findings indicate that job satisfaction and job experience both have positive and significant effects on employee performance. Work compensation also has a positive and significant impact on employee performance. This demonstrates that the variables of work experience, compensation, and employee job satisfaction all influence employee performance in a positive way at the same time.
