Abstract

Dalam rangka memperingati Hari Kesehatan Jiwa Sedunia 2025, tim pengabdian dosen di Universitas Islam Batik bekerja sama dengan KPSI Solo Raya menyelenggarakan Psikoedukasi bertema “Manajemen Stress Menggunakan Relaksasi Otot Progresif"; yang diikuti para penyintas skizofrenia dan psikososial beserta caregiver nya ini bertujuan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan praktis untuk mengenali, mengelola, dan mengurangi dampak stres sehari-hari. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik, penyintas dan caregiver dapat bekerja sama secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan hidup. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan pada hari Sabtu, 18 Oktober 2025 pukul 09.00 WIB bertempat di Warung Makan Pedesaan Country Side, yang beralamat di Jalan Pakel No.6, RW.12, Klodran Indah, Banyuanyar, Kecamatan Banjarsari, Kota Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Pemberian materi oleh narasumber Fithri Setya Marwati dan Eny Kustiyah. Acara dibuka oleh Ketua KPSI Solo Raya dan pemandu acara oleh pengurus dari KPSI Solo Raya. Materi yang dipaparkan narasumber meliputi Konsep Dasar, Eustress dan Distress; Stress baik dan Stress buruk, Coping Stress, dan Relaksasi Otot Progresif. Implikasi praktis kegiatan ini adalah untuk dapat menghasilkan manfaat untuk membantu penyintas disabilitas psikiatris beserta pendampingnya yaitu Manfaat relaksasi otot progresif: Mengurangi stress dan kecemasan, mengurangi nyeri otot, meningkatkan kualitas tidur, meningkatkan kesadaran tubuh, serta sebagai alternatif Terapi. Kata kunci : manajemen stress, relaksasi otot progresif Abstract In order to commemorate World Mental Health Day 2025, the lecturer community service team at Batik Islamic University collaborated with KPSI Solo Raya, by holding Psycho-education with the theme "Stress Management Using Progressive Muscle Relaxation"; which was attended by schizophrenia and psychosocial survivors and their caregivers, aimed to provide knowledge and practical skills to recognize, manage, and reduce the impact of daily stress. With a better understanding, survivors and caregivers can work together effectively to improve the quality of life and well-being. The activity was carried out on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at 09.00 WIB at the Country Side Village Food Stall, located at Jalan Pakel No. 6, RW. 12, Klodran Indah, Banyuanyar, Banjarsari District, Surakarta City, Central Java.The presentation was delivered by Fithri Setya Marwati and Eny Kustiyah, the event was opened by Chair of the Solo Raya KPSI (Solo Raya Student Association), and hosted by staff from the Solo Raya KPSI. The material presented by the speakers covered basic concepts, eustress and distress; good and bad stress; coping with stress; and progressive muscle relaxation. The practical implications of this activity are to provide benefits to survivors of psychiatric disabilities and their caregivers. The benefits of progressive muscle relaxation include: reducing stress and anxiety, reducing muscle pain, improving sleep quality, increasing body awareness, and serving as an alternative therapy. Abstract

Employee loyalty is a crucial factor in supporting organizational sustainability, particularly in small-scale business with limited human resources. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation on employee loyalty at Harun Construction, a sole ownership located in Sukoharjo. This research used quantitative descriptive method. The population in the study amounted to 45 employee of Harun Construction. Saturated sample was used as a sampling technique. Data were collected through questuonnaires, supported by observation, interviews, and documentation. This research uses validity and reliability tests as a instrument test. Normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests as a classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, t-test, and coefficient of determination (R2) as hypothesis testing using SPSS26. The result show that work environment, organizational culture, and work motivation simultaneously affect employee loyalty. Partially, employee loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by work environment and organizational culture, while work motivation does not have a significant effect. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, product variants and promotions on purchasing decisions for Pinkflash cosmetics in the cosplayer community in Surakarta City. This research is motivated by the increasing consumption of cosmetic products in creative communities who have specific needs for product diversity and digital-based marketing strategies. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey design. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents who were members of the cosplayer community in Surakarta and had purchased Pinkflash cosmetics, who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire with a Likert scale, then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that product quality does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Pinkflash cosmetics. This indicates that product quality is perceived as a basic factor that is inherent in cosmetic products, so it is not a main consideration in making purchasing decisions. On the other hand, product variants were proven to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, which shows that diversity in product types and colors is an important factor for the cosplayer community in adjusting character makeup needs. Apart from that, promotions also have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, especially through digital promotions and social media which are relevant to the characteristics of young consumers. Thus, it can be concluded that the decision to purchase Pinkflash cosmetics in the cosplayer community in Surakarta is significantly influenced by product variants and promotions, while product quality does not have a significant influence.
