Abstract

Liberalization and deregulation which are at the core of Neo-Classical economic policy have led developing countries to the brink of poverty. Although economic growth has increased but the problem of equity and fulfillment of basic needs cannot be overcome, this can be seen in Indonesia as one of the users of Neo-Classical policies. According to data from the statistics center in March 2017 the number of poor people reached 27.77 million people. Maluku and Papua have been named as the regions with the highest percentage of poor people, namely 24.14% of the total population of Indonesia. This figure is the highest percentage of poverty in Indonesia. Even though Papua is an Indonesian gold barn. In 2011, Indonesia’s Gini ratio reached 0.41, meaning that the level of inequality in Indonesia is quite high. This indicates the failure of Neo-Classical policies in building the economy. This research was conducted to fi nd out how Neo-Classical economic policies and Islamic economics in economic development, as well as to fi nd out the views of Islam on Neo-Classical economic policies in economic development. Research research library is a study of criticism using books as a source of research, and using descriptive-analytical methods that provide an overview of Neo-Classical policies with an analysis of Islamic perspectives. Primary data of Adam Smith’s thinking from the literature of books, journals, papers, magazines and articles. Secondary data from the thoughts of Islamic economists from the literature of books, journals, papers and articles. The results of the analysis of this study can be seen that Islam has elements of interconnected strategies that can achieve economic development goals, namely the mechanism of moral fi ltering, correct motivation, socio-economic restructuring, fi nance, and the role of the State. Five policy actions include human resource development, wealth equity, economic restructuring, fi nancial restructuring, and strategic policy planning. In the Islamic perspective, liberalization is recognized but has social responsibility, while deregulation means anti-government. In Islam the government must be responsible for fulfilling 5 sharia objectives. In implementing development policies and strategies, the government is expected to be able to instill Islamic values in every economic activity by creating a healthy socio-economic without disturbing individual rights and motivating the community with this maqashid sharia will be achieved.

Abstract

The rapid development of the media make the distance between the state seemed close to where a person can achive its objectives with a very short time a matter of second due to the electronic media such as television, telephone, internet and so forth. Companies have used media to the benefit of consumers, where consumers remain at home and transfer the agreed price through the bank. Although this transaction is going well, but the customers does not see a crystal clear, giving rise to dispute on both sides. Based on these problems researcher examined further to determine the legal sale and purchase through internet. At this study the author used observations and documentary were then assessed using the inductive method to explain clearly about buying and selling via internet, the deductive method to provide a legal basis boundaries syaria about buying and selling over the internet which is based on Al-Qur’an and AlHadits. In order to deliver to the conclusion in this study, researcher used an analytical and descriptive method to describe the process of buying and selling over the internet and the law as well as the benefits and riks posed belong. As known, sale and purchase will valid if it has fulfilled the whole pillars and conditions. Such consent and qobul called expression and desire. This expression can be realized with any show or words such as lafadz habits, work, gesture, or oral. Although between the seller and buyer does not meet in one place but the terms of the sale were met, than the selling is legitimate. Even the goods are not visible or are not present, then the seller must mention the nature or typical of goods and mention the amountour can describe it so that the sale and purchase of goods with the use of electronic media is a legitimate law. E-Commerce is nothing but as an intermediary that connects something that meant. Therefore buying and selling via internet can be allowed on the condition based on ethics purchase procedure and does not conflict with Islamic law.

Abstract

Increasing government expenditure which is not accompanied by increasing country Income can cause an enhancement State Budget deficit, so far, the government still fond to cover up budget deficit with foreign debt, where foreign debt is never apart from the interest as of the loan. Therefore, alternative way accordance with the principles of shari’ah which can become a source of financing of the state budget deficit need to issued. This research aims to know more in the concept of the sovereign sukuk issuance in state budget financing and to discover position of sovereign sukuk in state budget deficit in Indonesia. this research use literature study. To discuss more in and achieve the goal, attempting to collect data both primary and secondary. The processingof collecting data method of observation which is the first step to see and get the necessary data with how to observethe intensively books and other data source. Then analyzed using the way of thinking of the induction-deductions method to draw a conclusion. In order to analyze which conveyed more depth, continued analysis usingdescriptive analysis techniques analysis. This research results that sovereign sukuk potential to be developed as an alternativein accordance withthe principles of shari’ah which can become a source of financing the deficit with 3 publishing mechanism, namely Private placement, book building and auction. Position of sovereign sukuk in state budget deficit in 2010- 2014 is not clear because the deficitincrease from IDR 46.8 Trillion to IDR 241.5 Trillion, but in 2014- 2015 budget deficit decrease from IDR 241.5 Trillion to IDR 222.5 Trillion, while the financing of thestate budget deficit sourcefrom the issuance of the sovereign sukuk on2014-2015 experiencing an increaseof IDR 265 Trillion to IDR 298 Trillion, that the allocationslook more detailed, transparent and orderly manner . And willreducethe budget deficit.

Abstract

Literacy at higher education institutions in Indonesia is at a low level where BPS 2018 data states that of the total Indonesian population aged 15 years and over who participated in higher education at 18.59% of the pure enrollment rate at the level of education in Indonesia. That means that Indonesians who continue their education to a higher level are lower than those who go straight to work after graduating from high school. The low level of literacy in general, is in line with the low economic literacy and Islamic economics, especially at Islamic higher education institutions. This is proven by the low knowledge of students about financial literacy that has an impact on individual financial management. Based on the background of the problem, the significance of Islamic economic literacy at universities in Indonesia needs to be studied and researched both theoretically and practically. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe the significance of literacy in higher education institutions in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature approach used to study theories related to literacy so that it can emerge as to the significance of Islamic economic literacy in universities. The results of this study found that economic literacy is absolute necessity so students can compete globally and even become world-class inventors. But economic literacy alone is not enough, there needs to be values that keep economic activity on track in accordance with religious norms. Therefore, the literacy of Islamic economics in all aspects is an urgency that needs to be considered by individuals and educational institutions to be able to encourage people to help each other in economic independence with students as literacy agents.

Abstract

Kemiskinan yang terjadi di Indonesia disebabkan oleh distribusi harta kekayaan yang tidak adil. Salah satu solusi dalam mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu dengan menghimpun dana zakat produktif. Pendayagunaan zakat produktif tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagai modal usaha dalam pemberdayaannya UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta dan pengaruh distribusi zakat produktif dalam pemberdayaan UMKM di Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari wawancana, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 mustahiq dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 51 responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif untuk mengetahui mekanisme distribusi zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta. Metode analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan uji t, koefisien korelasi, dan koefisien determinasi untuk mengetahui pengaruh, kuatnya hubungan, dan besar pengaruh distribusi zakat produktif (X) terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM secara materi (Y1) pemberdayaan UMKM secara non-materi (Y2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa distribusi zakat produktif di BAZNAS Kota Yogyakarta melalui program pengawasan dan pembinaan dalam pengelolaan usaha mustahiq. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa zakat produktif berpengaruh positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan terhadap pemberdayaan UMKM secara materi dan pemberdayaan UMKM secara non-materi. Beberapa saran dalam penyaluran dana zakat produktif disalurkan kepada mustahiq dengan pembinaan yang lebih intensif serta mengoptimalkan pemberdayaan ekonomi dan spiritual agar mustahiq dapat lebih mandiri dalam pemenuhan kebutuhanya.

Abstract

Etika Bisnis Islam sangat penting sebagai suatu kebutuhan dalam bisnis, dan cara untuk mengembalikan nilai moralitas dan spiritualitas sekelompok bisnis untuk menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan etika bisnis yang benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui etika bisnis dalam Islam, dan menganalisa tentang implementasi etika bisnis Islam di Rumah Kerajinan Kreatif Ridaka Pekalongan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah prinsip etika bisnis Islam yang mencangkup prinsip ‘ibadah, khalifah, shidq, ‘adl, ta’awun, ihsan. Ridaka Pekalongan telah menerapkan etika bisnis Islam. Terbukti dari visi, misi, serta tujuan Ridaka Pekalongan untuk menjadi sarana bisnis yang bisa membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi orang lain, sehingga bisa menurunkan tingkat kemiskinan khususnya didaerah Pekalongan dan menjadi sarana bisnis yang bermanfaat bagi ummat. Ridaka Pekalongan harus bisa memperluas jaringan bisnis, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang bisa ikut produktif dan bisa memperbaiki perekonomian daerah sesuai dengan etika bisnis Islam. Ridaka Pekalongan juga harus bisa memperhatikan aspek etika bisnis Islam lain seperti mewajibkan para karyawan untuk berbusana sesuai dengan syari’at Islam agar realisasi etika bisnis Islam di Ridaka Pekalongan dapat berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi proses rekrutmen karyawan Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) Pusat Jakarta. Diharapkan dari hasil temuan ini dapat dijadikan bahan rujukan bagi lembaga-lembaga wakaf secara khusus mengenai strategi rekutmen karyawan atau anggota pengelolanya, sehingga bermanfaat bagi organisasi-organisasi pengelola wakaf yang baru berdiri di daerah-daerah pelosok provinsi. Asset wakaf dapat terus berkembang dan nantinya dapat dimanfaatkan secara berkelanjutan. Dengan mengidentifikasi model rekrutmen ini, hasil penelitian ini sangat penting karena akhir-akhir ini banyak kajian tentang keuangan Islam khususnya lembaga wakaf dan pengelolaannya yang dilakukan oleh sekelompok masyarakat yang secara praktik di lapangan belum optimal dalam mengelola serta memanfaatkannya. Dalam mencapai tujuan yang dimaksud, penulis menggunakan pendekatan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui wawancara sebagai cara untuk memperoleh data model rekrutmen. Kemudian menggukan metode kuantitatif dalam rangka menemukan hasil pengaruh rekrutmen terhadap kinerja karyawan BWI sebagai sumber daya insani yang mengelola asset umat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model rekrutmen pada BWI Pusat telah tertuang dalam UU Perwakafan tahun 2010 tentang penerimaan dan pemberhentian anggota badan wakaf dengan tambahan menguasai hukum, ilmu perwakafan dan tata kelola keuangan maupun investasi. Adapun faktor yang dianggap paling mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan di BWI adalah faktor kepribadian.

Abstract

This research is meant to scrutinize expansion strategy of Pamela Supermarket marketing at Yogyakarta Special Province, covering the marketing urgency for company demands and a marketing shift from conventional system to shari’ah-based one. In order to verify this work, the researcher utilizes surveys with purposive sampling method of 20 respondents who are knowledgeable and involved in expansion strategy of Pamela Supermarket marketing at Yogyakarta Special Province; and collects data through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentations which are analyzed by Internal-External Matrix and Analytical Hierarchy Process. JESIJURNAL EKONOMI SYARIAH  INDONESIAThe result of research shows that alternative strategic concept used to develop marketing strategy of Pamela Supermarket at Yogyakarta Special Province based on internal and external factors which are analyzed by Internal-External Matrix are: 1) development and improvement of cooperate networking intensity; 2) improvement of product distribution capacity; 3) improvement of product availability capacity; 4) people purchasing power; and 5) development of product diversification. Besides, according to further analyzed result by Analytical Hierarchy Process, priorities of expansion strategy of Pamela Supermarket marketing at Yogyakarta Special Province are: 1) to deal with government –industrial, trade and cooperative agency – to support business operations through workshops; 2) to create new concepts to attract consumers, add product variant, and promote products effectively; 3) to change merchandise position, add product variant, and give good service; 4) to develop product diversification, product distribution system, and work together with small and medium business in villages.To conduct alternative strategy of marketing requires coordination with government and private sectors of economic, social and political fields though the goal of Islamic economic is to pursue shari’ah values and build a blessed business.Keyword: Marketing Strategy, Distribution, Diversification

Abstract

Wakaf merupakan salah satu instrumen filantropi Islam yang memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Islam.Namun disamping itu, wakaf di Indonesia masih dalam berbentuk konsumtif dan belum dikelola secara produktif sehingga pengaruh wakaf terhadap perekonomian umat masih belum terlihat.Dengan melihat mata pecaharian terbanyak di Indonesia adalah sebagai petani maka pengelolaan wakaf produktif dapat dilakukan dengan pengelolaan tanah wakaf melalui sektor pertanian.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh pengelolaan tanah wakaf produktif terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui manajemen wakaf dan tanah wakaf.Dan variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wakaf produktif pertanian sebagai variabel eksogen dan tanah wakaf, manajemen wakaf dan pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai variabel endogen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif Dalam menganalisis data yang terkumpul  peneliti menggunakan analisis Deskriptif dan stistika inferensial yaitu Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui Partial Least Square (PLS).  Dengan menggunakan data primer dari 82 Responden dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan nilai R-square wakaf produktif menunjukkan angka sebesar 0,247 menunjukkan bahwasannya variabel wakaf produktif, Tanah Wakaf dan Manajemen (SDM) Nadzir Wakaf memiliki pengaruh yang cukup lemah dan mampu menjelaskan variabel Consumer Satisfaction sebesar 24,7%. Berdasarkan dengan hasil Path Coeficient, disimpulkan bahwasannya Wakaf Produktif  pertanian memiliki pengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat. Akan tetapi, dari beberapa variabel wakaf produktif hanya terdapat satu variabel yaitu manajemen SDM Nadzir yang memiliki hubungan yang segnifikan terhadap Pemberdayaan Masyarakat.
