Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk at the Lamongan Branch Office. This type of research, namely quantitative. Several variables that are connected in this study are the variable of motivation (X1), work discipline (X2), and employee performance (Y). The type of data used is primary data. Primary data is data obtained directly from respondents. The analysis technique of this research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with the same population and sample, namely 50 people. The results obtained from this study are that motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on employee performance at PT. Bank BTPN Tbk at the Lamongan Branch Office

Abstract

Community income becomes a reference that an area is considered prosperous. The existence of the industrial revolution 4.0 makes the spirit for the community to compete to improve the quality of community resources so that they are not colonized by technological sophistication. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effect of the amount of production and quality of human resources on employee income in the Al-Vieta hijab convection. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample used is a saturated sampling of production employees with 25 respondents. Analysis of the data used is validity, reliability, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The mathematical model as a representation of the effect of the number of production and quality of HR on employee income in hijab convection Al-Vieta. The results showed that there was an effect simultaneously on the amount of production and the quality of human resources on employee income at the Al-Vieta hijab convection. The results of the coefficient of determination (R ^ 2) of 0.725, meaning that the amount of production and quality of human resources contribute to affect employee income by 72.5% while the remaining 27.5% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied by researchers.

Abstract

Banyaknya bisnis UMKM menimbulkan persaingan yang cukup kuat antar pemilik usaha. Penentuan strategi pemasaran secara tepat perlu dilakukan agar tercipta loyalitas pelanggan. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat variabel yang diteliti lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan penelitian sebelumnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk anyaman bambu di UMKM Cipta Karya Art Bambu Mandiri desa Sukolilo, dengan sampel yang diambil 174 orang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM dengan alat Smart-PLS versi 3. 3. 7. Uji PLS penelitian ini merupakan uji outer model, inner model, uji mediasi, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa pada uji validitas nilai loading factor > 0. 7 dan nilai AVE > 0. 5 dinyatakan valid. Pada uji reliabilitas nilai composite reliability dan cronbachs alpha > 0. 7 dikatakan reliabel. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas produk (X2) dan lokasi (X4) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dimediasi keputusan pembelian (Z) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan keragaman produk (X1) dan harga (X3) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Dalam uji mediasi variabel kualitas produk (X2) dan lokasi (X4) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dimediasi keputusan pembelian (2) disebut Partial Mediation. Variabel keragaman produk (X1) dan harga (X3) terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (Y) dimediasi keputusan pembelian (Z) disebut Non Mediation. Abstract

In recent years, social media has experienced rapid growth as the primary platform for interaction, information sharing, and community building. This phenomenon has transformed the communication landscape and influenced how companies interact with consumers. This research aims to deeply understand and contextualize the dynamics of social media interaction, implications for the manifestation of image, and digital business reputation in public perception. The research method employed is a qualitative literature review using data from Google Scholar for the period 1998-2023. The study results indicate that the dynamics of social media interaction have become crucial in the digital era, particularly in shaping the image and reputation of digital businesses in the eyes of the public. These interactions include responses to content, user interactions, as well as the role of influencers and communities in shaping public opinion. The image and reputation of digital businesses are formed through various mechanisms on social media, including user reviews, recommendations, and content dissemination by other users.

Abstract

Salah satu lembaga pemberi pinjaman di Kabupaten Lamongan adalah Koperasi Arsiyah. Koperasi ini menawarkan pinjaman kepada nasabah di wilayah Kabupaten Lamongan setiap harinya. Koperasi Arsiyah memiliki aturan yang menyatakan bahwa pinjaman hanya dapat disetujui hingga 40% dari harga jaminan debitur. Terkadang Koperasi Arsiyah masih enggan untuk memberikan pinjaman meskipun lebih dari 50%. Dengan menawarkan estimasi alternatif dan mengkonfirmasi kelayakan pinjaman yang dibuat debitur, sistem pendukung keputusan pinjaman membantu divisi analisis kredit Koperasi Arsiyah di Kabupaten Lamongan membuat pilihan. Sistem ini berisi beberapa kriteria, termasuk jangka waktu pinjaman, biaya agunan, dan kondisi barang, dan menggunakan pendekatan fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk memperkirakan kelayakan debitur untuk mendapatkan pinjaman. Berdasarkan situs web yang dapat digunakan oleh para analis dan pemberi pinjaman Koperasi Arsiyah, metode prediksi ini dibuat.

Abstract

This study explores carbon emission disclosure by non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2016–2022 period. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of institutional ownership on the intensity of carbon emission disclosure, as well as the moderating role of environmental certifications such as ISO 14001 or EMAS in this relationship. The method used is quantitative analysis through unbalanced panel data regression with a fixed effects model, including variables such as institutional ownership, environmental certification, and their interaction. The results of the analysis show that institutional ownership significantly increases the level of carbon emission disclosure, as oversight pressure from large shareholders encourages managerial transparency. However, companies with environmental certification tend to reduce additional disclosure, as if they already feel they have met credibility standards. This is evident from the negative interaction coefficient between institutional ownership and environmental certification. This finding reveals a paradox: certification, which should increase environmental responsibility, can reduce the initiative to share information voluntarily. In conclusion, regulators and institutional stakeholders need to promote policies that ensure consistent emissions disclosure, including among certified companies, to reduce information asymmetry and strengthen carbon accountability.
