Abstract

Statisfacation is the perception of something that has met expectations. Based on the initial survey conducted at the Dentist's Practice, which ordered dentures at the Dental Athallah Laboratory, out of 7 dentist respondents who ordered dentures, there were 6 respondents who were dissatisfied with the quality of the product produced, such as the base thickness, and the dentures that were made. loose, 5 respondents felt the service provided was not optimal, 5 respondents felt that the price of denture made from thermos was more expensive than other laboratories, 4 respondents complained about the inappropriate timing. The purpose of this study was to find out a description of the satisfaction of dentists in ordering dentures at Athallah Dental Laboratory Pekanbaru City in 2020. This type of research uses quantitative research which is descriptive in the data collection method using a questionnaire with 29 dentists as respondents. The results of this study indicate that the satisfaction of ordering dentures at the Athallah Dental Laboratory is 15 respondents (51.7%) who are dissatisfied, and 14 respondents who are satisfied (48.3%). The service for ordering dentures at the Dental Athallah Laboratory was not good, there were 10 respondents (34.5%) and 19 respondents (65.5%) felt that the service provided was good. There were 13 respondents (44.8%) who felt that the price for ordering dentures at the Athallah Dental Laboratory was expensive and 16 respondents (55.2%) felt that the price given was cheap. There were 15 respondents (51.7%) who were not on time to order dentures at the Dental Athallah Laboratory and 14 respondents (48.3%) who were not on time. Abstract

Diarrhea is also called vomiting, a child under five is said to have diarrhea when he has a bowel movement that exceeds the usual daily limit, has loose stools, his stools soften until they are liquid. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the environment and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five. Data obtained from Petonggan Village midwives found the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers in Petonggan Village in 2020 was 160 toddlers. This research is a quantitative research, with the type of cross-sectional research. The population in this study were all toddlers living in Petonggan Village, Rakit Kulim District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, amounting to 144 toddlers. A sample of 106 children under five, sampling using Proportional Random Sampling, namely by taking a sample to calculate the proportion based on the type of sub-population, and then a random sample is taken. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between clean water sources and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five with a p value = 0.015 and a POR value = 3.136. There is a relationship between landfills and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers with a p value = 0.027 and the POR value = 2.813. There is a relationship between sewerage and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five with p = 0.003 and POR = 3.769. There is a relationship between family latrine ownership and the incidence of diarrhea in children under five with p = 0.015 and POR = 3.241. There is a relationship between the behavior of washing hands with soap and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers with a p value = 0.005 and a POR value = 3.600. It is hoped that the Petonggan Village Community Health Center will provide counseling to the community about the importance of environmental hygiene so that children are not susceptible to diarrhea.

Abstract

Behavior is a very important thing to note in dental and oral health. The behavior that people do depends on the knowledge they have. Dental and oral health is very important because if the teeth and gums are damaged and not cared for it can cause pain, interference with mastication and can interfere with other health. Good oral hygiene can be realized through good and correct knowledge and behavior in maintaining dental and oral health. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between behavior and oral health care during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Rumbai Health Center in 2021. This type of research is a quantitative study with the help of a questionnaire and the design used is a Cross Sectional Design with Accidental Sampling Techniques. The population is 1034 patients and the research sample is 91 patients. The time of the research will be carried out in October - December 2021. The independent variables in this study are knowledge, attitudes, age, education, employment, economic status, government policies while the dependent variable is dental and oral health maintenance. The results of the study showed that there was no relationship between knowledge, attitudes, age, education, employment, economic status and government policies on dental and oral health maintenance. It is hoped that it can add motivational variables and use different designs or methods. Keywords: Behavior, Dental and Oral Health
