Abstract

In 2013 are 2 cases an accident that results in 1 person died.So also in 2014 by one case of an accident resulted in 1 person died and some case of an accident else has happened. This showed that the high the number of accident caused by bus trans metro the city of pekanbaru. The purpose of this study is to find the application of work safety and health on the bus driver trans metro the city of pekanbaru. The kind of research used to research this is observational with the quantitative approach analytic with the design research cross sectional. A population of subjects as many as 100 composed of entire the bus driver trans metro pekanbaru with the sample of the 80 people. Technique the sample used is by means random simple. Test results bivariate show that the training pvalue = 0,001, work experiences pvalue = 0,001, the health condition of pvalue = 0,688, Stress pvalue = 0,834 work, and SOP pvalue = 0,002. From test bivariate it can be concluded that a significant relation exists between training, work experiences and SOP by the application of health and safety work at a bus driver trans metro city pekanbaru. Expected to transportation department city pekanbaru communication information, improve the quality of the driver work by granting provision education and training in an effort to prevent an accident in stages and sustainable appropriate tasks and responsibilities

Abstract

Musculosceletal complaints are a complaint on the skeletal muscle sections felt by a person starting from a very mild to very painful complaint. If the muscles receive static loads repeatedly and over a long period of time, they can cause complaints of joints, ligaments and tendons. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between job factors (work postur of patient lifting and load weight) and individual factors (age, body mass index (BMI), exercise habits and working period) with musculosceletal disorders (MSD’s) complaint on inpatient room nurses at Teluk Kuantan General Hospital. The type of research is a quantitative using method observasional analytic with cross sectional study design. Research was conducted on June-July 2018. In this study a sample of 56 nurses inpatient rooms at Teluk Kuantan General Hospital, all nurses were used as research samples. Data was analyzed by univariate, bivariate, and multivariate. The result of this research was 66,1% proportion of musculosceletal disorders complaining. Variables related to musculoskeletal complaints are work posture and working period. Confounding variables are weight and age. Unrelated variables are body mass index and exercise habits. The conclusion of this study is that the work period is the most dominant variable influencing musculoskeletal disorders with (p-value=0,007; OR: 17,949; 95% CI: 2,212-145,619). It is recommended for nurses to pay attention to the correct way of lifting patients so that they can adjust to body posture, and for K3RS should more active in providing training related to ergonomic patient handling.

Abstract

Rumah sakit jiwa memiliki risiko yang lebih tinggi terhadap masalah kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja. Keberhasilan SMK3 Rumah Sakit merupakan hasil dari penerapan komitmen dan kebijakan pada tiap rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis penerapan komitmen dan kebijakan dalam Penerapan SMK3 Di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif analitik dengan menggunakan metode observasi langsung dan wawancara mendalam serta melakukan penelusuran dokumen. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis menggunakan bantuan matriks yang berisi hasil wawancara dengan masing-masing informan disertai dengan tinjauan literatur yang berkaitan dengan kenyataan saat ini. Hasil yang di peroleh dari penelitian melalui informan bahwa komitmen dan kebijakan di RSJ sedang dalam tahap perumusan. Sehingga hal ini menyebabkan tidak maksimalnya kinerja komite K3. Secara organisasi telah terbentuk komite K3RS, hanya saja anggota komite K3RS tidak hanya memiliki tupoksi K3RS, tetapi memiliki tupoksi lain. Program K3RS yang terlaksana dengan baik, hanya pengendalian kebakaran. Program K3 di RSJ hanya mencakup program keselamatan mendasar saja, program penting lainnya masih dalam proses perencanaan. masih banyak program K3 yang tidak termasuk dalam anggran Rumah Sakit. Peneliti menyimpulkan Pimpinan RSJ diharapakan merumuskan terlebih dahulu mengenai Komitmen dan Kebijakan K3RS, sehingga program yang di buat mengenai K3RS mendorong terwujudnya K3RS dan dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Kemudian diharapkan anggota bekerja secara purna waktu di unit kerja komite K3RS. Seluruh jajaran direksi dan anggota komite K3 Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan sebaiknya membahas lebih dalam mengenai SMK3RS secara menyeluruh untuk menyatukan pemahaman dan memperbaiki kinerja K3RS. Mental hospitals have a higher risk of occupational health and safety problems. The success of the hospital's SMK3 is the result of implementing commitments and policies in each hospital. The research objective was to analyze the implementation of commitment and policies in the application of SMK3 at Tampan Mental Hospital. This study is a qualitative analytic study using direct observation and in-depth interviews and document searches. The data analysis technique used is the analysis using a matrix that contains the results of interviews with each informant accompanied by a review of the literature relating to current reality. The results obtained from research through informants show that the commitment and policies in RSJ are in the formulation stage. So this causes the performance of the K3 committee is not maximal. As an organization, a K3RS committee has been formed, it's just that the members of the K3RS committee not only have the main duties and functions of K3RS, but have other main duties and functions. The K3RS program is well implemented, only fire control. The OSH program at RSJ only includes basic safety programs, other important programs are still in the planning process. there are still many K3 programs that are not included in the hospital budget. The researcher concluded that the RSJ leadership is expected to formulate in advance the K3RS Commitment and Policy, so that the programs made on K3RS encourage the realization of K3RS and can be implemented properly. Then it is expected that members work full time in the work unit of the K3RS committee. The entire board of directors and members of the K3 committee of the Tampan Mental Hospital should discuss more thoroughly about SMK3RS as a whole to unify understanding and improve K3RS performance.

Abstract

High noise levels in hospitals can contribute to stress and fatigue in hospital staff, reducing the speed of healing of patients. Noise level measurement is in accordance with the existing quality standard in Permenkes No. 7 of 2019 in Mesra Hospital, Kampar Regency, there are several rooms that exceed the predetermined standard values. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of noise against quality standards at Mesra Hospital in Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Interviews and observations were conducted to 5 informants through in-depth interviews. The location of the study was conducted at the Mesra Hospital of Kampar Regency in May-July 2020. The results of the study and the measurements made showed that in front of the intimate hospital had a high noise level such as the lobby during the day the measurements were made with 69 dBA results, for the results of corridor measurements / which hall from the measurement results during the day produces a value of 67 dBA, and the results of measurements during the day in the medical record room produces a value of 67 dBA. From observations and interviews with informants it was found that in handling noise levels were inadequate such as the absence of standard operating procedures regarding noise handling, as well as the absence of printouts of noise measurements that had been carried out and also the lack of noise control at the front of the mesra hospital. Still the loud voice of a traffic vehicle inside the lobby was caused by the lack of tree planting in the front of the mesra hospital.

Abstract

Dalam pasal 87 (1) UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan disebutkan; Setiap perusahaan wajib menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (SMK3) yang terintegrasi dengan sistem manajemen perusahaan. Menurut OHSAS 18001:2007 SMK3 adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen organisasi yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan kebijakan K3 dan risiko risiko K3. Dengan diterapkannya OHSAS 18001:2007 diharapkan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, produktivitas dan citra perusahaan. Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi sistem OHSAS 18001:2007 di PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Duri-Riau 2020. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif dan subjek penelitian ini adalah Direktur Operasi, Manajer HES Corp., Manajer Operasi Rigless, dan Pekerja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SMK3 berdasarkan OHSAS 18001:2007 Pada PT Asrindo Citraseni Satria dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar internasional yaitu OHSAS 18001:2007 yang menyatakan bahwa perusahaan telah membangun komitmen dan kebijakan K3, telah melaksanakan perencanaan K3 berdasarkan identifikasi potensi bahaya dan penyediaan fasilitas K3 serta implementasi rencana K3 dengan baik. Untuk itu perlu ditingkatkan rutin konsultasi dengan HES dan Operation manager untuk meningkatkan semangat karyawan serta mengevaluasi pelaksanaan dan melakukan sosialisasi dan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan motivasi K3 serta mencari masukan. In article 87 (1) of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning manpower stated; Every company is required to implement an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) which is integrated with the company management system. According to OHSAS 18001: 2007 SMK3 is part of an organizational management system that is used to develop and implement OHS policies and OHS risk risks. With the implementation of OHSAS 18001: 2007, it is hoped that it can affect employee performance, productivity and company image. The general objective of this study was to determine the implementation of the OHSAS 18001: 2007 system at PT. Asrindo Citraseni Satria Duri-Riau 2020. This research is descriptive with qualitative methods and the subject of this research is Operation Director, HES Corp. Manager, Rigless Operation Manager, and Worker. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of OHSMS based on OHSAS 18001: 2007 At PT Asrindo Citraseni Satria it is implemented in accordance with international standards, namely OHSAS 18001: 2007, which states that the company has built K3 commitments and policies, has carried out OHS planning based on identification of potential hazards and provision of OHS facilities as well as implementation of the OHS plan properly. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the routine of consultations with HES and Operation managers to increase employee enthusiasm as well as evaluate implementation and conduct socialization and approaches to increase OHS motivation as well as seek input.

Abstract

Aspek kenyamanan termal dibutuhkan dalam menunjang produktivitas saat bekerja. Penelitian ini berfokus pada ruangan mesin Pabrik Kelapa Sawit (PKS) Sei Galuh yang terletak di Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi ventilasi dan nilai kenyamanan termal berdasarkan standar ASHRAE dalam skala PMV (Predicted Mean Vote). Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengukuran terhadap ukuran ventilasi, suhu udara, kecepatan udara, kelembaban udara yang dilakukan pada siang hari dan kondisi cuaca terik. Informan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 4 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ruangan mesin PKS Sei galuh memiliki 6 buah ventilasi dengan luas bukaan keseluruhan sebesar 16,65 m2. Luas lantai pada ruang mesin PKS Sei Galuh sebesar 65m2. Rasio bukaan ventilasi sebesar 16% dari luas lantai. Hasil pengukuran menunjukan suhu udara berkisar antara 28,7oC – 33,7oC dan berfluktuasi. kelembaban udara berkisar antara 59,8% - 64,4%. Kecepatan udara antara 0,13 m/s – 0,30 m/s. Kondisi kenyamanan termal yang dirasakan cenderung hangat. Hal tersebut terbukti dari perhitungan nilai PMV yang berada pada pada angka 0,93 hingga 2,06 serta keterangan dari informan yang merasa agak panas. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kondisi kenyamanan termal di ruangan mesin PKS Sei Galuh masih berada pada kondisi yang yang kurang nyaman untuk bekerja. Diharapkan agar dapat melakukan pemasangan peredam panas pada bagian atap serta pemasangan sistem ventilasi mekanik untuk membantu mengeluarkan udara panas dari mesin sehingga kenyamanan termal dapat tercapai. The thermal comfort aspect is needed to support productivity at work. This research focuses on the machinery room of Sei Galuh Palm Oil Factory (MCC) located in Tapung District of Kampar Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out the ventilation conditions and thermal comfort values based on ASHRAE standards on the PMV (Predicted Mean Vote) scale. The research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection is conducted by interview and measurement of ventilation size, air temperature, air speed, humidity of air carried out during the day and sweltering weather conditions.. The informants in this study numbered 4 people. Based on the results of the study it is known that the engine room of MCC Sei galuh has 6 pieces ventilasi with a total opening area of 16.65m2. The floor area in sei galuh MCC engine room is 65m2. The ventilation opening ratio is 16% of the floor area. The measurement results showed air temperature ranged from 28.7oC– 33.7oC and fluctuated. airhumidity ranged from 59.8% - 64.4%. Air speed between 0.13 m/s – 0.30 m/s. Perceived thermal comfort conditions tend to be warm. This is evident from the calculation of pmv value which is at the number 0.93 to 2.06 as well as the information from informants who feel rather hot. Thus it can be concluded that the thermal comfort conditions in the sei galuh MCC engine room are still in a less comfortable condition to work. It is expected to install heat reducer on the roof as well as the installation of mechanical ventilation system to help remove hot air from the machine so that thermal comfort can be achieved.

Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja adalah suatu kejadian tiba-tiba yang tidak diinginkan dan mengakibatkan, luka- luka, kerusakan harta benda atau kerugian waktu. Mengetahuai hubungan pengetahuan tentang kecelakaan kerja, keahlian kerja, pengawasan K3, pelaksanaan prosedur kerja dengan Work Accident di bagian Stasiun press PKS PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif analitik dengan desain cross sectional respondenya adalah seluruh pekerja pada bagian proses di bagian press pabrik, penelitian ini dilakaukan dari mulai bulan Juni – Juli 2020. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 42 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik  chi-square dengan derajat kemaknaan (?)=0,05. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel yang terdapat hubungan dengan kecelakaan kerja adalah pengetahuan tentang risiko bahaya (p value = 0,005, OR = 9,167), keahlian kerja (p value = 0,021, OR = 6,250), pengawasan K3 (p value = 0,012, OR = 7,741) dan pelaksanaan prosedur kerja (p value = 0,022, OR = 6,600). Penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang risiko bahaya, keahlian kerja, pengawasan K3, pelaksanaan prosedur kerja dengan Work Accident di bagian Stasiun press PKS PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati Kabupaten Rokan Hilir Tahun 2020. Di harapkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dalam menjaga keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja antara lain dengan disiplin menggunakan alat pelindung diri sesuai dengan prosedur yang ada dan berperilaku aman saat bekerja, sehingga tidak menyebabkan terjadinya hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti kecelakaan kerja. Pihak perusahaan sebaiknya mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan K3 untuk seluruh pekerja agar dapat bekerja dengan aman dan selamat. The Work of Bumi Sejati in Rokan Hilir Regency in 2020. This study is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design. The respondents were all workers in the process section of the press factory. This research was conducted from June to July 2020. The sample of this study was 42 respondents. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test with the degree of significance (?) = 0.05. Results: The study shows that the variables that have a relationship with work accidents are knowledge about hazard risks (p value = 0.005, OR = 9.167), work skills (p value = 0.021, OR = 6.250), K3 supervision (p value = 0.012, OR = 7,741) and implementation of work procedures (p value = 0.022, OR = 6.600). This study has a relationship between knowledge about hazard risks, work skills, OHS supervision, implementation of work procedures with the Work Accident at the PT. Hasil Karya Bumi Sejati  Rokan Hilir 2020. It is hoped that to increase awareness in maintaining occupational safety and health, among others, by using discipline to use personal protective equipment in accordance with existing procedures and behave safely while working, so as not to cause unwanted things such as work accidents. The company should conduct K3 trainings for all workers so that they can work safely and safely.

Abstract

Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) merupakan suatu Metode untuk mendeskripsikian terjadinya bahaya yang meliputi Frekuensi, Severity hingga melakukan Evaluasi Konsekuensi dari potensi kerugian yang akan terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis penerapan metode Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) dilihat dari Identifikasi Bahaya, Penilaian Risiko dan Pengendalian Risiko pada Kegiatan Pengelasan di PT. Kunango Jantan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif dengan jenis pengolahan data Analitik dengan jumlah informan sebanyak 5 orang terdiri dari 1 Supervisor, 1 Staf Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, dan 3 Pekerja Las melalui Wawancara Mendalam, Penelusuran Dokumen, dan Obsevasi Lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus  tahun 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil Penilaian Risiko terdapat 13 Sumber Bahaya yang menimbulkan 18 Risiko yang termasuk didalamnya 12 Risiko dengan kategori Rendah, 2 Risiko dengan kategori Sedang, 3 Risiko dengan kategori Tinggi, dan 1 Risiko dengan kategori Ekstrim. Dan pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan perusahaan sudah cukup bagus dan perlu peningkatan lagi agar tidak terjadi kecelakaan kerja. Secara keseluruhan setiap Proses Kegiatan Pengelasan di PT. Kunango Jantan sudah cukup sesuai dengan Bahaya dan Risiko yang ada, sehingga perlu dilakukan Penilaian Risiko lanjutan untuk mengevaluasi program pengendalian risiko yang sudah berjalan agar pekerja dapat bekerja dengan efektif tanpa khawatir bahaya yang ada dilapangan.       Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) is a method of mendeskripsikian the danger which includes frequency, severity to evaluate the consequences of potential harm is going to happen. The purpose of this study to analyze the hazard method identification, risk assessment and risk control (HIRARC) seen from Identification Danger, Assessment Risks and Risk Control in the Welding in PT. Kunango Jantan. Type this study of use of qualitative data processing analytic of informants 5 people consisting of as many as 1 Supervisor, 1 Work Safety and Health Staff, 3 Welding Workers and through in-depth interviews, tracing documents, and obsevasi field. The research was conducted in june to august the year 2020. The research results show that of the Assessment results of the risk there are 13 a source of danger that raises 18 risks which included 12 Risk to a category Low, 2 Risks by Medium category , 3 Risk to a category High , and 1 Risk to a category Extreme. And control risks company did good enough and need another increasing employment accident that from happening. In the process of any whole welding in PT. Kunango Jantan enough in accordance with existing risk of danger and, so it needs further study to evaluate risk risk control program has been running so that workers can work effectively without worry he hazards.

Abstract

Sistem tanggap darurat kebakaran merupakan metode yang digunakan pada bangunan/gedung untuk memperingatkan orang terhadap keadaan darurat, penyediaan tempat penyelamat, membatasi penyebaran kebakaran, dan pemadaman kebakaran. Data kasus kebakaran di Kota Pekanbaru sepanjang tahun 2018/2019 mencapai 193 kasus yang terdiri dari kebakaran bangunan dan lahan di wilayah setempat. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis peran pustakawan dalam pelaksanaan Sistem Tanggap Darurat Kebakaran di Gedung B Pustaka Wilayah Soeman Hs Pekanbaru tahun 2020. Penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam yang dilaksanakan di Gedung B Pustaka Wilayah Soeman Hs Pekanbaru. Teknik pemilihan informan yaitu purposive sampling dengan informan kunci Kepala Bagian Umum, informan utama Pustakawan dan informan pendukung yaitu bagian peralatan dan perlengkapan dan security. Analisis data menggunakan triangulasi sumber, metode dan data. Hasil penelitian adalah tidak terdapat struktur organisasi tanggap kebakaran, terdapat beberapa sarana sistem proteksi aktif yang tidak berfungsi yaitu APAR dan hydran serta terdapat beberapa sarana sistem proteksi pasif yang tidak berfungsi seperti tidak adanya pencahayaan darurat, kurang berfungsinya tangga kebakaran dan tidak adanya tanda penunjuk arah. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu belum optimalnya pelaksanaan manajemen proteksi kebakaran, struktur organisasi, sarana sistem proteksi aktif dan sarana proteksi pasif. Disarankan kepada manajemen Pustaka Wilayah Soeman Hs agar dilaksanakan simulasi kebakaran setiap tahun, membentuk tim tanggap bencana, menyediakan APAR, membuat lampu dan penerangan darurat dan melakukan pemeriksaan berkala terhadap seluruh alat proteksi kebakaran. Fire emergency response system is a method used in buildings / buildings to alert people to emergencies, provide rescue places, limit the spread of fire, and extinguish fires. Data on fire cases in Pekanbaru City during 2018/2019 reached 193 cases consisting of building and land fires in the local area. The research objective was to analyze the role of librarians in implementing the Fire Emergency Response System in Building B Pustaka Soeman Hs Pekanbaru in 2020. The research was qualitative with in-depth interviews conducted at Building B Pustaka Soeman Hs Pekanbaru. The technique of selecting informants is purposive sampling with key informants as the Head of General Affairs, Librarian main informants and supporting informants, namely the equipment and equipment and security section. Data analysis used triangulation of sources, methods and data. The results showed that there was no fire response organizational structure, there were several active protection system facilities that did not work, namely fire extinguishers and hydrants, and there were several non-functioning passive protection system facilities such as the absence of emergency lighting, less functioning fire ladders and no directional signs. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of fire protection management, organizational structure, active protection system facilities and passive protection facilities has not been optimal. It is recommended to the management of the Soeman Hs Library to carry out a fire simulation every year, form a disaster response team, provide APAR, make emergency lights and lighting and carry out periodic inspections of all fire protection equipment.

Abstract

Infeksi saluran pernapasan ada penyakit saluran pernapasan yang bersifat akut dengan berbagai macam gejala (sindrom) yang disebabkan oleh berbagai multifactorial. Infeksi ini disebabkan karena virus, jamur dan bakteri. Gejala dari penyakitnya yaitu tenggorokan sakit, batuk kering atau berdahak. Berdasarkan data kesehatan pekerja di balai pengobatan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh tahun 2018 terdapat 78 kasus penyakit saluran pernapasan, sedangkan pada tahun 2019 mengalami kenaikan menjadi 189 kasus penyakit saluran pernapasan pada pekerja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu diketahuinya hubungan antara masa kerja, lama paparan, paparan debu dan penggunaan APD terhadap penyakit saluran pernapasan pada pekerja pabrik kelapa sawit di PT.Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 57 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan cara total sampling. Hasil penelitian dengan p value < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara masa kerja P value= 0,000 dengan OR (95% CI) = 99,167 (15,122-650,328) dan lama paparan P value= 0,001 dengan OR (95% CI) = 22,235 (2,688-183,910) dan paparan debu P value= 0,003 dengan OR (95% CI) = 1,864 (1,402-2,477) dan pemakaian APD P value= 0,001 dengan OR (95% CI) = 1,950 (1,436-2,648), terhadap penyakit saluran pernapasan pada pekerja. Diharapkan pihak pabrik agar menyediakan sirkulasi udara yang lebih nyaman dan sehat serta meningkatkan tindakan proteksi terhadap kesehatan pada diri sendiri. Symptoms of the disease are sore throat, dry cough or phlegm. Based on the health data of workers at the PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh medical center, in 2018 there were 78 cases of respiratory disease, while in 2019 it increased to 189 cases of respiratory disease in workers. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between work period, exposure time, dust exposure and use of PPE against respiratory diseases in palm oil mill workers at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Galuh in 2020. This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples in this study were 57 respondents with the sampling technique using total sampling. The results of the study with p value <0.05 indicated that there was a relationship between tenure P value = 0,000 with OR (95% CI) = 99.167 (15,122-650,328) and length of exposure P value = 0.001 with OR (95% CI) = 22.235 ( 2,688-183,910) and dust exposure P value = 0.003 with OR (95% CI) = 1,864 (1,402-2,477) and the use of PPE P value = 0.001 with OR (95% CI) = 1,950 (1,436-2,648). It is hoped that the factory will provide a more comfortable and healthier air circulation and increase protective measures against one's own health.
